Crooked Patio Awning

[Music] good morning and it is a beautiful fall morning here in southern West Virginia we're here today to work on this awning patio awning as you can see it is rolling up very crooked this is actually a very simple fix so if your awning looks like that when it goes up I'm gonna show you how to fix it so there's a there's a screw right here it's supposed to hold this fabric from slip it should actually be on one on each in but I've already looked on the other end and there's not one there so all you do just take that screw out and just slide the on till it till it's square again and then we're just gonna put this screw back in and actually go just put that screw back keep the awning the fabric from sliding again we're gonna go to the other end and put a screw in there too a lot of times they put the screw way back in the fabric I like to just put it right there to the fabric so that should be a lot better alright we're on the other end nail and I'm on the same off shoes screw in it too all right now we're gonna run the awning in and out a couple times make sure that's good we're gonna run the awning in out a couple times make sure it's good we might have to make another slight adjustment but probably not well fit Swissy [Music] [Applause] all right now run it all the way in please yeah it should go up nice and square if not we'll make another minor adjustment I believe it's gonna be okay yep all right nice and square again yeah so so there you have it that's how to adjust your patio awning if it's rolling up crooked it's told you it's gonna be quick and simple so thanks for watching and please don't forget to subscribe do all the normal stuff ring a bell give me a sleeve McCallum and give me a thumbs up so thanks for watching
