Create Animated Neon Text Intro in Filmora

hi everyone today we will learn to create neon text effect using filmora let's do it [Music] so on the home page of filmora we will start by clicking on titles we will choose the very first option that is default title and we will drag and drop it onto the timeline then we will double click on this and then here we will change the text to something we like I'll be writing the name of my channel here then change the font to a bolder font like impact then increase the font size to somewhere around 120 you can use any other font also but make sure it is a bold font then here in the drop down choose y Dot you will get to see multiple wire dot options here click here to see more Now to create the neon effect we need to find a wordant with glow around the text like this one or maybe this one let's find a better one this one is very nice let's use this one with this selected go to Advanced here turn off this fill button then go down and turn on the outline button then open further options of the outline and increase the thickness of the outline to somewhere around three to four then change the outline color to white and click on OK now duplicate this title layer by press selecting this and pressing Ctrl d now shift the original layer above and this duplicate layer below like this now double click on the duplicate layer and go to Advanced here do the reverse of what we did for the original layer I mean here turn on the fill button and turn off the outline button then click on OK now zoom in on to the timeline to have a better view now I after every single frame make a split on both these layers like this split on both the layers after every single frame number of splits will depend upon the amount of flickering effect which you want the more splits you make the more flickering effect you will get foreign part from the lower layer like this all the alternate Parts delete them now we are ready let's preview how this looks so this is how you create an animated neon text intro for your video using filmora I hope you find this video useful if yes please give it a like share it with your friends and please subscribe to the channel thank you
