there are four ways to speak or participate in city council meetings live online via zoom live via the telephone live in council chambers when covid 19 conditions allow or emailing city council if you want to watch the meeting but not speak you can view it on fctv channels 14 and 881 or online at fcgov.com fctv connect to the internet on your computer or mobile device join the zoom meeting find the link on the meeting agenda or from fcgov.com when you'd like to speak click the raise hand button and leave it raised until called on using earphones with a microphone will greatly improve your audio experience please do not watch or stream the meeting on fctv at the same time due to delays and possible feedback [Music] dial the number shown on the meeting agenda enter the meeting id number when prompted when you'd like to speak dial star 9 to raise your hand when called on dial star 6 to unmute your phone when covid 19 health restrictions allow for in-person or hybrid meetings you can also speak to council in person at city hall 300 laporte avenue be prepared to follow strict physical distancing sanitizing and facial covering guidelines depending on current public health recommendations if you cannot or don't want to address counsel live during the meeting you can always send city council an email at city leaders fcgov.com [Music]
