Welcome to my channel. We'll be making Turkish meat and vegetable recipe. Rub the lamb shanks with: Olive oil.. Salt and black pepper. Paprika. Season the meat from both sides. Keep it refrigerated and start preparing the vegetables. Onion (250 grams). Bell pepper (100 grams). Potatoes (500 grams). Two eggplants (400 grams). Two tomatoes (250 grams). Olive oil. Three tbsps of tomato paste (45 grams). One tbsp of thyme, and one tsp each of paprika and salt. One and a half cups of water. Pour it on the vegetables. Add the meat. Hot peppers and bell peppers. Garlic. Wrap it with parchment paper and aluminum foil. Preheated oven. Oven temperature 400°f, 200°c. Bake it for two and a half hours. Let's prepare the dough. Three fourths of a cup of warm water. One tsp of yeast and half a tsp of sugar. One and a half cups of all purpose flour (250 grams). One tsp of salt. One tbsp of olive oil (15 ml). Knead the dough. The dough consistency is soft. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour. Flatten the dough. Cover the pot with the dough. Eggs. Sesame seeds and black seeds. Put it back in the oven to bake the dough.
