good afternoon miss quad family it's May here today this afternoon I'm going to show you guys how to make some salted eggs I phoned the nursery where I get my plans if they have mud but they don't have any soil right now yet according to the girl that I talked to she said it's too early so today I'm going to show you guys how to make salted eggs using salted water so for the salted eggs we all need some eggs so here I have almost like to dozens of egg I have like three eggs missing here but this is good enough for our for our salted eggs and I have those jars there if you guys have bigger jars than the than the one I have you know those big big ones then you guys can use it but otherwise if you guys don't have you guys can use this kind of jars like make by my hands can fit inside so it's alright see can fit inside so this this these are the jars that I'm going to use today and of course we need salt and over here I'm boiling this water here we just need this much water and we're going to add one and a half cups of salt so we just have to boil the water so while waiting for the water to boil let's let's wash this eggs first just a hint okay you guys when my aunt Myrna was teaching me how to do a salted egg or it look nama a lot she told me ones that never never cook your eggs first before before making it into kind of like a salted eggs because once this egg crack and if while while while boiling it on the water while this eggs crack the and the water sips in wait wait wait wait okay hold on I get mixed up hold on good guys okay she said that never never cook your eggs first when making salted eggs because often happened that when you boil the eggs they they get like little cracks on the eggs sometimes you know sometimes we don't notice it and when you soak the egg in salted water what happened is the eggs inside they get they get so soft and you don't get a good salted egg so she told me never never cook your eggs okay just wash your eggs put it in a jar with a hot boiling water put it in and then live it for 25 days so that's what we're going to do today while we're waiting for the water to boil is we're going to rinse this eggs okay guys so just give me a few minutes okay makes quite familiar I already put half so we're going to add another cup okay they're stopped boiling again so I'd ago I added half and then it's top like this and then it started boiling so anyhow so we wait for it to boil we need to mixed it so we have to mix it until it dissolves and let's wait for it to boil the game it has to mix alright there you are now it's mix just wait for it to boiled again all right yeah it's boiling again once it boils and then that's it all right so I'm going to show you the eggs okay miss quad family this is our eggs now I already washed them you guys have to wash your eggs very well even if you buy the eggs from your market from the local market or local stores even though they look clean you guys even though they look clean on the tray please always wash your your eggs very well and do not throw this this container here or this tray here because we can use this one when the eggs are ready we're going to put it over here that's why I little I label it it says your cook salted eggs and before anything else guys you have to sterilize your jars okay i sterilize mine already and just hold on please sorry guys that was my sister who phoned me so anyhow again please don't forget to sterilize your jars okay make sure that your jars is clean especially with eggs you know you guys have to be very very careful okay so now that our eggs as you guys can see it's nice and shiny it's washed and I have my water I'm just trying to cool this water off a little bit but it's already finished I just don't want to put this water it on my eggs like you know like very hot water will crack the eggs so make sure that it's not it's not too hot so I'm trying to I'm trying to kind of like make this one a little bit cooler before I pour it on on my eggs alright so over here so excess wash jar is sterilized then we're gonna put the eggs one by one make sure guys that you put the eggs slowly that it won't crack okay you guys don't want any crops on these eggs because otherwise once you guys pour the call the the salted water you guys don't have a good outcome on your salted eggs because the eggs itself will get so soggy so I don't know if this X will fit I added three eggs because remember on the beginning I'm missing three eggs so I added three more eggs so I will have a total of two trays you know guys here in North America especially here in Canada when you buy salted eggs it's very very expensive back home when we used to go back home my aunt Mir now she always ordered me to trace of salted eggs in in Marikina market she lives in Marikina and she had this vendor that her so quick to order eggs because her eggs has has oil inside and it really tastes good but she's she's using duck eggs you know one of the best eggs to use for salted egg are duck eggs but since here at home me my dad and my sister eat ducks but my mom she loves salted eggs but she doesn't eat duck eggs so I decided to just use the regular eggs oops all right I'm gonna use this one for this one see it's an advantage if you guys have small hands because you can you can fit your hands on the job all you guys in my family I'm the smallest so I'm and out the shortest so oh it fits should I make more eggs I think that's enough I'm just gonna take the X from here and put it in here because I want everything to submerged on the water so that they're good all right so this is our to trace of eggs you guys now we're going to pour the water I hope I have enough water otherwise I have to make again okay my squad family now we're going to the salted water onto our eggs okay just did a one-minute I'm just gonna focus here I don't know I still have to make some more but this is what we're gonna do okay okay just give me a few more minutes so I have to make some more okay my squad family this is my second batch and I'm just also trying to pull this one off a little bit and then we'll be ready over here I just added like a half a cup of salt all right okay now we're going to pour because I wanna go it okay they have to submerge in water you guys have to be covered with water one of the one of the things one of the best way to test your eggs you guys if you want to know if your eggs is fresh is when you put them in a water and if they float see as you guys see everything is floating right now once you see one egg underneath the bottom that means it's not fresh anymore so to test if your eggs are still fresh you submerge them in a water so when they float but that means they are fresh like this ones here see you guys see this one is to fight from the top that's why I didn't go up but you guys can see all of them floats right so okay so you guys can see also that all of them are submerged in water so now we're just going to cover this actually I when I make salted eggs I don't really cover them it's okay just to leave it like that as long as they soak on salted water and what I do is this whole ganda okay may squad family I don't like I don't have a cover of this container so that the best way for me to do it is going it this way using a sleep locks over here using a zip locks ziploc bag big sandwich bag I put salted eggs started April 25th ready May 2000 is give like 25 days for my salted eggs - you know - to become salty if you guys want you can go for a month the butter I think 20 days is good enough so what I did was I just put it like that open the you open the sandwich bug or the ziplock bug and then you just put it this way yeah so then yeah all the way down there I think that's how far it will go this one here and make sure you guys the top are all submerged in water okay so this is how this is how I make my salted eggs guys using the salted water one of these days if the if the clay or if the mud is already available then I'm going to use that and I'm going to show you guys how to do that so for now this is it we're going to check this eggs in twenty days I save the the container or the box or the this tray here so that once they're done I can put all the way here I'm not going to use the food coloring to color my eggs with red or kind of like that a purplish color I'm just gonna leave it like that because I label the container anyway so hopefully guys you like this video if you like this video please give it a thumbs up and also if you guys are not subscribed on my channel yet please subscribe and don't forget the Bell button the notification Bell so you guys don't miss any of my videos anyhow yeah comment and share so thank you guys for watching have a blessed day everyone and may the good Lord bless us all so guys starting this weekend I'm gonna have my first special guest on the weekend to discuss some topics that you guys are sending me on my
