Conserve Water While Washing Your Car By Using This Neat Trick!

[Music] what's up chemical guys family today i'm going to show you guys three alternate ways of washing your ride without running water let's get started all right guys so the first method is actually our rinse free method so you guys may see a bunch of stuff right here in front of me i have two buckets filled with clean water i also have my rinse free solution a chenille microfiber wash mitt and two cyclone dirt traps so i'm gonna set them up right now so i'm going to set my bottle to the side i'm going to grab my wash mitt set it to the side and i'm going to set up my two bucket method first so what i'm going to do is actually grab my two dirt traps and then i'm going to dunk them in at an angle and set them down flat towards the bottom now with rinse free you don't need any kind of running water so the way you use it is you want to dedicate one of your buckets as your wash bucket and the other one as a rinse bucket so what this is is basically washing your car without the need of the actual running water itself so right now we're going to grab our rinse free and pour about two ounces into our bucket and that's equivalent to about two good squirts and then the next thing i'm going to do is grab my chenille microfiber wash mitt and dunk it into the bucket itself and i'm going to use the wash mitt to mix the solution with the water as well as allow the wash mitt to soak into the cleaner itself then once you're all done with that you want to then grab your wash mitt pull it out and then you want to wring it out slightly you don't want to ring all the water out you just want to make sure that it's heavy enough so that you can start wiping down the surface of your vehicle very carefully now the beauty about this product is you don't need to rinse it off all you have to do after you've soaked it with the solution is simply go to your car and start wiping it down now whenever wiping down your vehicle we always recommend applying no pressure at all so i just did this little section on the fender i'm going to inspect my wash mitt now this is the key thing you want to pay attention to you don't just want to go left and right go crazy wiping down your car because remember we want to wash the car but we still also want to refrain from scratching it and this is a great way from refraining from doing that so as you wipe look at your wash mitt before continuing on and then you want to carry on doing the same thing wiping away all the dirt dust and debris and then i've already done this fender with two wipes so what i'm going to do now is actually flip the wash mitt inside and then i'm going to start using the opposite side of the wash mitt to finish off the rest of the spender all right guys now once you do a certain section of your vehicle then you want to come back to your rinse bucket here and then you want to go ahead and scrub your wash mitt against the surface of that dirt trap at the bottom now that dirt trap has little ridges on it which is going to help knock loose any kind of embedded dirt and debris that you may have wiped away with your wash mitt and then you want to go ahead and wring that out same thing after we wring it out we want to make sure to inspect their wash mitt so before we go crazy going back into wiping it down would you want to inspect it make sure there's no dirt or any kind of twigs or anything that can potentially scratch the surface of the vehicle and then once we're clear we can grab some more solution and continue wiping down the vehicle right now after you do a certain section of your car since i've just done the fender what i'm going to do right now is i'm actually going to grab a microfiber towel and buff off the residue of any kind of remaining cleaner and grime left behind so i have my microfiber towel right here now you can use a traditional microfiber towel or you can use a microfiber drying towel to buff off any excess of the cleaner now that's the great thing about this product is you don't have to do a whole mess of rinsing off your vehicle you can simply wipe it down with your wash mitt and the cleaner and then buff off any excess grime or residue of the product and then once you're done wiping it down you can move on to the next section of your vehicle so i just finished doing this fender what i'm also going to do right now is the hood and basically the whole front of the car showing you guys how to properly use this method now the reason we're doing this method in the first place is because here in southern california there's actually a drought so there's a lot of water restrictions in a lot of neighborhoods so this is a great alternative way of washing your vehicle without having any kind of running water so that's why we're doing this in the first place so we're gonna be showcasing you this is the first method we're also gonna be showing you two more methods on how to wash your car and the great thing about this method is that you can do it in the luxury of your own garage space you can do this on your driveway in your garage out of direct sunlight right here we have the luxury having the detail garage so we have more than enough room to wash this truck with plenty of space so that's why we're in here today so we're gonna go ahead and continue washing the rest of the front of the vehicle and then i'm going to show you guys the other two methods on the back end of the vehicle [Music] alright guys so we just finished cleaning up the front end with our rinse free waterless wash solution now i'm going to show you guys our second method of how to wash a vehicle without running water and that is with our swift wipe waterless wash now this is a product that you can spray onto the surface of your vehicle and simply wipe it away with a premium microfiber towel now it's extremely easy to use i have to do is simply spray to the surface allow it to dwell for about you know five to ten seconds grab your microfiber towel and gently wipe and roll your wrist as you wipe to prevent any kind of hard dirt lines from accumulating on your towel i'm going to show you guys right now so with swift vipe all you have to do is simply spray the surface i'm going to start right here just so you guys can see normally i would start off from the top and work my way down but in this case i want to give you guys a better demonstration of how it would look so after you've sprayed it you want to give it about you know five to ten seconds and what that's gonna do is it's gonna uplift dirt grime and debris from the surface that way it encapsulates it in the lubricated bubble and you can just safely scoop it right off the surface of your car so i'm going to grab my microfiber towel and i'm going to start wiping and as i'm wiping i'm going to roll my wrist that way i re show a fresh clean side of the towel on the entire panel that i'm working on you may see that in some areas i didn't really get so well that's completely fine you can always come back and do the exact same thing and then on areas where you have b pollen and bird droppings feel free to spray a little bit more product that way you can safely wipe it away and then what you want to do is come back with the opposite side of your microfiber towel and simply buff away any excess of the cleaner and any kind of grime left behind all right guys so we just finished cleaning up that section and swift white did an incredible job but not only did it do the job of cleaning the vehicle it also protected it now swift wipe does contain a built-in sealant that's also going to help protect against things like dirt dust debris and pollen from sticking to the surface of your vehicle thus keeping your vehicle cleaner for longer and last but not least this swift pipe experience while you're wiping down your vehicle alright guys so right now what we're going to do is i'm going to finish up cleaning up the cab with our swift wipe limited edition mint scent and then don't need to dilute it it's ready to use as is and the great thing about this waterless wash is that it has carnauba wax and that also has some clay in it as well so you'll notice at the bottom of the bottle here it has a heavy concentration of that so before you use this product you want to make sure to give that a nice thorough shake that way you can thoroughly mix in all that clay and wax within the product now sometimes that pollen gets very stuck onto the surface of your vehicle and you really want to take it off so that clay is definitely going to help you and that also has that carnauba wax so if you're a fan of carnauba wax and the glow and the effects that it has on your paint this is going to do an incredible job at just giving it that nice kick of shine and it's extremely easy to use it goes on just like swift vibe so i have to do is simply spray a coat onto the surface in this case i'm going to do the tailgate i'm going to set my bottle down then i have some premium workhorse microfiber towels here and then we're going to mimic the exact same thing we did with the swift wipe and we're going to wipe in one motion while rolling our wrist that way we don't create any kind of hard dirt lines get this little lip up here and then once you do a certain section you want to go ahead and flip it to an opposite side of your towel and you always want to wipe with the fresh clean side every single time unless the side that you use is still very clean so if it's still fairly clean feel free to go ahead and use that side again just be cautious of how much there's on the surface you're going to wipe that way it doesn't get too much and you don't scratch your surfaces so extremely easy to use all you have to do is simply wipe and then the difference between this product versus a product like the swift wipe is that this one does leave a little bit of residue behind so it does leave that little wax carnauba haze so if you guys are familiar with the planet carnauba wax you guys ever noticed like it hazes up and then you gotta buff it off well exact same thing only that right here it's gonna leave a very very faint haze so it's not gonna be a heavy haze like an actual cream wax making this extremely versatile and useful to use an outdoor solution or you can also use it here inside the comfort of your own garage and just like that we're going to buff off all the excess of the carnauba that we've buffed off from the cleaner that we've wiped so far and we're done it's as easy as that using a waterless wash it's extremely easy and as you guys saw it's very quick sometimes it can even be faster than a traditional wash so you know even if you don't have everything that you need for a traditional washer maybe you have a restriction against washing your vehicle with running water these waterless wash solutions are a perfect alternative way of washing a vehicle [Music] [Music] all right guys that's going to go ahead and wrap it up
