Collecting CASH From A Car Wash Business! Ft. Investment Joy

all right everyone this is how much a car wash makes oh look at that and it's crazy just pulling this out because out of my vending machines i'm used to all one [Music] hey what's up everyone welcome back to a brand new video hope everyone's having an amazing day today i bought a car wash i just played y'all today i have here with me brandon you can come on out aka investment joy some of you guys might know him by his laundromat videos hey guys what's up it's brandon here with investment joy and i am here with my brand new friend you recently bought a car wash yes i did i actually bought two car washes and it has been just it's been amazing i've learned so much i've learned a lot of wonderful things i've learned a lot of terrible things and i'm exciting because he likes collecting money i think as much as i do so we have the number one money collection channel and i'd like to think i'm the number two money collection channel i mean which i decide well no you're bringing that well you could like more money oh that is what it is but anyways for today's video we're gonna go around a couple of his car or your two car watches uh we're gonna show some of the machines we're gonna collect the money show you guys how much a car wash can make now before we get into the video it hasn't been too long since you collected right nope so we might not be expecting too much [Laughter] but we okay everyone so to start the video i mean you kind of want to just give us the tour of the place and show us what you got yeah sure so this is a car washington watch cars here okay that's pretty much it i hope you guys enjoyed the video so this is the car wash um i have two locations and they were built by a father and son this is the sun's location he built this one in 1995 or 1996 and then over on this side we have three self-service bays they've got the big giant brush that shoots foam out and then it's got the high pressure washer in there and then depending on what setting you have set up on there um it'll mix soap or detergent or whatever there's a different combination that you can have there just to show you guys how much people here in ohio actually wash their cars we came here yesterday just to look at the place and see how we were going to film everything and it was like raining yesterday and there were just cars and cars coming in to get a car wash while it was raining that's the only thing that i didn't understand because over there in texas when it rains the car washes are closed and uh we charge at this location currently it's a dollar for two minutes we're increasing the price the cost of soap's going up the cost of water is going up so we're raising those prices at the other location we've already increased it to do to two dollars that's how we make our money and the margins are really good um we buy soap by the five gallon bucket so you can't just pour like some dawn soap into the container man that because [Laughter] okay so again i know you say you charge a dollar that's for the pressure washer and the soap now how much of that dollar is your your profit i'm guessing it cost me between five and ten cents for the soap and the water most of the cost is in the physical wear and tear on it this actually broke off in somebody's hand um i have to pay a mortgage and we're putting vending machines in both locations yeah you could you could do that get a vending machine put the the cleaning supplies for your cars now he kind of has something similar you have these which technically is considered vending machine but what do you saw these just the air fresheners right these are air fresheners they're 75 cents we need to raise them people come to this car wash only to buy these they don't come to wash their car they don't come to use the vacuum they don't come to use anything so once you buy the vending machines you want to show them like where you're going to put them because you're going to have them outside you're not kind of like sketched out about that what if somebody comes um so we've put in a really high grade 4k uh video system we've got really good security we're putting in two-way audio systems so one vending machine is going to go out here are you going to have it bolted down or no just like that i'll probably have a bolt down because i told you this yesterday but we had a vending machine that they broke into it and it was outside and especially if it's outside anybody can just come and pick it up which good thing they didn't do with mine uh which is actually going to be the next video where they broke into my machine it sucks i'm still trying to get the security footage so even with the footage i mean yeah but it happens i uh we won't have tons of money wrapped up in the machines and my hope is that i'll have them so loaded down with drinks yeah it'll be heavy it'll be super heavy yeah so we're gonna put one here and then over um there where we have the vacuums over on that bay i know you said that you want once you put the vending machine i don't know if it was at this location like the other one you wanted to make the sign that says cheapest pop in town we're doing both locations yeah both locations because he wants to charge 50 cents per can to make it the cheapest soda in town so everyone can come which even at 50 cents per can i mean you buy them for what like 25 cents um around here i'm paying 25 to 30 cents we're also considering bottles if we sell bottles they'll be at a dollar a piece and i found out that my vending machines are by far one of the absolute best investments that i have had from everybody i talk to that watches my videos that has bought your course they've told me that you are like the king of finding vinegar and i've said this many times ever since i started my vending machine business i have never ever in my life gone into a business and got a location that way it's all through online so if you want to know how you got to go down below views on tick tock i i have five thousand messages on tick tock on how to find locations how do you find locations that's the hardest part yep okay so we already showed uh the bays over here where people can clean their own cars with the power washer what do you call this this is the autumn this is the touchless automatic it's called a touchless because you don't the machine does not touch your car the the other type is called a soft touch where it actually has the big brushes yeah yeah that actually brush your car off i do want to show you guys the the touch list because i don't think anyone's have you seen a car wash in texas that's like this no i know every car wash has the brushes like you mentioned it doesn't touch the car it just goes around and it sprays the water sprays the soap too right yes or it's just the water yeah it's water in the soap and it mixes and as you come in the bay it shoots water under your car i said 200 degrees for a reason yeah guys we're taking a little break because it's freezing outside we're from texas we're not used to this this is cold but i did a collection the other day and a t-shirt and i could have wore shorts i had so many funny comments then how on earth is this possible it's ohio guys i don't know why i've over here in ohio i was telling him yesterday we went out to eat to a restaurant and it was cold at night and just a lot of people over here walk without a hoodie like there's people in tank tops shirts and it's cold outside like it's crazy yeah [Music] you need that for them lips look at you guys are they crusty don't be zooming in that much i know you guys it's cold they gotta see here put a lot now go get a napkin for that oily forehead you guys shut up all right brandon so how much money would it take for you to go through the car wash me personally to walk through the car wash yes oh my gosh have you ever thought about it i would totally do that i thought about doing a youtube video taking my kids through the car wash but i would go i don't know i would do it for a fundraiser but or we could do a fundraiser for charity or something maybe we'll get jaime not liz no her too he's coming with us no can't do that tour we'll get jaime and me and we'll walk through the car wash we'll do that whole thing yeah and guys it's not gonna be these it's like the automatic one over there yeah it's the automatic i've always wanted to go through a car wash so guys go down below drop a like on the video and we'll go through it next time you come that really sucked because i thought you needed to take a shower real quick oh no oh no the police are here are you okay with being on video uh we can't okay all right we'll block him out are you guys so now for what y'all been waiting for we're gonna be collecting money from a few of the machines uh we're gonna be the first one is gonna be the big automatic bay so this is where people put in the bills i'll let you do the honors also this is what the inside this is what the last side looks like the quarters are there just as a reserve it gives change in quarters we take the money in dollar bills okay so real quick checking it out this is the coin hopper where like he said it gives back the change all this can be filled up it's a 700 note bill stack 700 bills 100 bills so if it's like ones tens twenties that can be thousands if it was it was 20 it'd be what 14 000 14 000 that's right 14 grand that's crazy we do not keep 14 grand in this please be aware nowhere close to that wink wink all right everyone this is how much a car wash makes oh look at that and it's crazy just pulling this out because out of my vending machines i'm used to all ones yeah and this one's tense it's fives ones there's a lot of tents actually wow check this out so again this is this is the biggest money maker right out of the car wash oh yeah this is maybe for like a day uh probably a day and a half it's just a day and a half how often do you collect every single day every day every single day well thanks for the money [Music] i'll get fired from my job my brother works at a car wash and it the owner recently bought it for a million dollars oh wow and i go there all the time and he tells me that the car was makes or at the peak before covert it was making like 80 to 100 000 a month yeah covet just dropped the sale significantly all right everyone so now that we put money out of that machine over there we're gonna be doing the little dispenser so again we have this one over here this one the spence's um yes this is a towel dispenser it's a fully mechanical vending machine which i never thought about it we don't have you don't want to run power in every single one of these so it's fully mechanical it holds the quarters i've actually never seen the inside of one of these machines i've always wondered what they look like but i'm guessing this is oh so it's just like the flaps and then it just drops so people buy the towels to like drive their cars they buy their i don't know they buy towels for some reason the money goes in the bucket okay and that was what a dollar i think uh probably a dollar fifty in there a couple of bucks and the good news is oh that one's almost empty they're almost sold out the bad news is they're almost sold out and so it was really important that we come out here and check it and uh a little bit more than a dollar a few more coins so i just want to see how it turns on the inside two so so once you put the coins in you pull on that and there you go i had no clue how it worked that's awesome you should put like um like some skittles up there you guys have suggestions on what we could put in one of these i'm all ears we got a guy in town that's now making uh replacement custom graphics he's dirt cheap i mean astronomically cheap on his graphics so we could vend anything anything out all right so we got the towel dispenser over there we got the arm raw and then last one is air fresheners the most popular one the air freshener most popular one it's empty oh there's one left we got one more one poor tree left in this forest of ending and uh so all right so for that one got some more coins okay so the next one we're going to be collecting the money from is the ones over here where people put the money in to use their pressure washer so you put the money over here choose the walls but the money is actually over here on the other side so there's like a little boat down here which i don't even know yeah i've never seen these before this is a big i would pity the fool that would try to break into this thing oh my god i'm not saying it's a challenge and it's heavy too my partner i mean you're saying it's not a challenge i mean i'm not i don't want to challenge people but you know i actually had a guy come in and he showed me how they break into these machines and it really got me thinking of how would you break into something like this so here's a day and a half just for two bays yeah so that's two days i get the honors again don't drop it [Music] do you ever go through the coins through each one and check for silver i'm i really hope you don't yeah i don't and i get that question i i don't know if you guys get that question on your channel i do i i don't we just get so many quarters i'm not gonna sit there so if it's silver like how much is the quarter worth like five ten bucks between four and five dollars if they're just a standard one just based on the silver value so there you guys go for a guy that owns a laundromat card washes and gets tens of thousands of quarters and only got three and only got three silver quarters and you know at the end of the day it's probably not worth for me to go through my quarters as well yeah all right everyone so that's gonna be pretty much it for this first car wash i'll be collected from a few machines so right now we are gonna be going to a second car wash and we're gonna be collecting money from a few other machines over there so you guys will be able to see how much coins we collect from two car washes for the last day and a half so we'll see you guys over there all right everyone so here we are at the second car wash again this one is pretty much identical to the other one so we're not gonna be going through it we're just gonna be collecting money from a few of the machines at the other car wash he did say that on this one he did have the credit card reader so there you guys go that's what it looks like i came out of the car wash uh one day we had a really good day i had three thousand dollars on me in cash and i was i felt really like oh my gosh i'm gonna get robbed so we're trying to figure out how do we limit our cash in this and credit cards are the thing and we're already seeing a decrease at this location and the amount of bills we're taking in it's going down a little bit every single day all right all right so this one looks identical like the other one you still got that huge stacker for the bills the coin hopper so we will grab the money out of here wow not as much as the other one but once again we are taking cards yeah there you go and even though the the stack might be little i mean there's tens in there there's fives i'm guessing there's between two and three hundred dollars cash in here and i'm not sure offhand that how much we've run in credit cards today i think it'll pay the bills today but we'll see are you guys so now we're collecting from this i'm so used to calling it machine what would you call this it's just a coin vault the coin voice so this one's for the two bays also like the other one right yes so this is one bay so there's just not there's just not going to be as much oh so it's one bay not two not two so we got there's probably 15 20 bucks in here so goes in this is all right now that one is for the two days yes so i mean there's there's definitely uh at least twice maybe three times more quarters that were in the last one but once again is that the key to the lock this is um it's uh i'm trying to think of what vending machine you would have there's a big giant cam lock in there and there's essentially it's a two lock system you have a key and then you have a oh so it's two logs that you go through yes that's why i just it would be so hard to get into one of those coin vaults yeah once again it's not a challenge um but it's just i look at him like man that's secure man they did a great job of building this i'm gonna have to cause it's outside as opposed to my coin pusher that we've had it robbed like four or five times down in the laundromat yeah so okay so now some of you guys might be wondering exactly how much a car washing cost now i'm not gonna lie after you bought the car wash i did go online did some research see how much some car washes over there go for it and they were like one to like five million dollars so the big question is do you want to tell them how much you paid for your two car washes or just one okay so there's two answers here um one we paid about 250 000 per car wash and then there was a storage locker facility on there but we only had to put down about five percent um which is about twenty thousand dollars per location that was not bad and the deal is um i made this uh course and to show people how would you buy a car wash with minimal money down you use something called a purchase money mortgage that just means where you write your own mortgage you make somebody else the bank so then you don't actually have to go to a bank to get the money you go to a private source and it we just it was a really great deal and a lot of people don't know you can do that so i've got a little educational course to show people and train people how to find deals that'll accept those and then how to write the paperwork and do those kinds of deals all right you guys so right now we're gonna count all the coins that we pulled out from the two car washes we didn't collect from a every single machine uh so it's i don't even know how much that's gonna be yeah but that's not way to find out i'm sure this is the oldest coin counter you guys have ever seen it's older than me and that's saying something so this is this is what was happening when it was getting too cold so i'm wondering if uh maybe maybe there's moisture in the coins from the car wash 2 000 years later all right all right finally done yeah 782 quarters let's say 783 quarters in there all right guys so about 783 quarters i'm sorry it took a while this machine is like 5 000 years old it's older than me which says something but so i think quarters not nine bills right yep just this is straight quarters nothing else so 782 so almost 200 bucks yeah about 200 bucks um probably in less than half a day for those specific handbags this the car wash money is just so easy to sort out we have tens uh neither we just enabled the car wash to take 20 builds um the former owner had made a decision for one reason or another to not accept 20s of the car wash we just enabled them and we're not getting too many 20s so this is the last bit right and there it is so 978 and then there was coins exchanged so realistically the quarters would be profit too so that would take us up to uh about twelve hundred dollars for the car wash so there you guys go with the cash and the bills for the car wash i bought 1200 and that's without us even collecting from every single machine we missed the vacuums we didn't collect the vacuums yeah they're miserable to get into so thanks for not making me crawl on the
