Coastal Maine Roadtrip

oh an anniversary road trip for our main mid coast trip this year where stars in south of boston and on day one we're headed to southport island with a stop in kinibunkport on day two we are day tripping from booze bay harbour to munheegan island and on day three we are going back home with stops in wisconsin and on cape elizabeth we're in this year we're exploring coastal maine so they're going to be lots of lobster rolls and coastal views follow us along it's not that way at caucus but there was a special market particularly made just for garcia and taking pictures of bush's compound so we to stop here here we are looking over the bush compound and just to join the world we're exploring coastal maine so lobsters are going to be a big part of our trip starting with top one it's already online it's 11 30. people are already hungry for lobster so it's actually very well organized the line was squeaked and then we could grab a table once we had our order in so the trip is about views and lobsters and you get both in this spot lobster looks amazing it's actually a tail where's butter it's another two hours before our final destination of the day southport island so approaching sound support [Music] so i tell and this is our room [Music] do hi we're in new orleans inn uh they're not too many people here we're here for our anniversary weekend and um it's right on the atlantic ocean uh it has its own dock so we're gonna go and explore a little bit around the hotel see you later he's talking about vivian it's anniversary weekend you should talk about me [Applause] somebody got the best sunset spot already i think [Music] [Music] following sunset pass [Music] i think i found a great property for anniversary [Music] there's a wedding at the hotel today so the restaurant is closed and they told us about it so we're having a picnic we love picnics amazing yeah so it's a morning of day two of our trip and we're headed to montgomery island from bus bay harbour we're taking a close by balmy today's vault and we're going to spend half a day on the island leaves at 9 30 and we're going to be back in booth bay shortly after four beats [Music] firefighting equipment out here try and follow uh pack it in we will show you how we spend half a day on the island in a separate video but here are the highlights of our day we bar took an art walk went on a short hike took a boat around the island to see magnetic cliffs on the eastern side and tried local beer and lobster [Music] [Music] so [Music] so [Music] it's a magic hour wheat with tingering tangerine but it's um it's great it's tasty it's not chewy and the bun is perfectly boiled so it's good and it's local lobsters looking ahead to the right the two islands are the georgia's islands and allen just outside different islands whale cruises lots of restaurants shops i'm just gonna go for a quick stroll [Music] now we're crossing the bridge to south port island city and island so you have to allocate extra time just in case it is closed so you're not late for your boat [Music] on the way home we're stopping in wisconsin and cape elizabeth the town's arguably best known attraction is rats eats also known as the best lobster roll in the state of maine tell me what's special about it the best lobster roll in the state of maine delicious [Music] vitale's very special anniversary present for me was letting me walk the streets while he was patiently staying in life all right so we were in line for close to two hours to get this most famous lobster rolls from red eats family business number one in me we're gonna tell you how they are so you mix well real close the tail and then i'm gonna pour butter okay a sheer amount of this lobster it would be good for two lobster rolls [Music] oh there's our trails here gorgeous and easy and who said it isn't exercising in athens yeah ancient theater you're right very unique park with sort of little private alcoves for your own picnic um i wish you
