hi everyone today we'll talk to Kiran Kiran have done his summer internship in Mexico metal company and then final placement in UA Dubai so okay jokes apart so I want to make this video to get motivation from you that what can I do so that I can also get the international job because that's one of the dream for lot of people to go International so we'll talk about all these things so let's start with your background first where you from uh I am from Ahmed nagar Maharashtra I had done bch in chemical engineering from University Institute of chemical technology zura after that I joined family business for two years and uh majorly working in the rural area and seeing the opportunities I decided to join the pgdm rural management at V school and coming here we are learning different subject from HR Finance uh marketing operations so I got interest in operations so you applied to V School via c c 88% yes sir super so the best part of V school is that the placement are common so you don't need to be like you are from rural you are from this thing so placements are common so when metal came into pictures for some internship for being a rural background is there any kind of a benefit or is there any kind of a bad partg other so how was what was you feeling and how was you getting the field from the college so basically as you said we are having umbrella placement here so we will get equal opportunities to prove ourself and similar thing happened with me for the metal process we were shortlisted through written processes then there were three rounds of interview and uh we we got the equal chance to prove ourself so yeah it's the equal process we will get the equal opportunity and simplicity you have confident and while being simple I that's your biggest thing which normally people are smart they try and tend to become more smart a very good VI energetic VI okay so now how College help you here what is the major fact you think so uh college has groomed Us in various different aspect where trying first from the curriculum communication skill ourself uh project management skills and all basically getting fit for the industry job because the industry is changing in a rapid manner talking about the operations it is going towards the analytics so we need to be in par with the analytics skills also to have the domain knowledge because if you you are having a good domain knowledge and uh then applying the analytical skills uh we will be able to get a good insights so in that aspects the college help me a lot um mentors are there who will constantly help you at any time call them we will get the response and this all things a lot so when it come to the international placement you cannot directly go to us or Europe because India you can do inter compy transfer so you work for a international company in India first for six months one year then you transferred abroad directly we can't apply we can only apply for Dubai Middle East normally in general the Middle East and then either say Singapore uh Thailand all these countries so southeast Asia so how this company came into picture so yes sir so this company we got the opportunity to apply to this company and luckily it was for the supply chain the biggest and the strongest area of mine so uh there was the technical round case study round and after that we were put into the different scenarios they uh they tend to understand ourself how we can best fit in their company and that's how I got the opportunity for the landmark I hope I will do well there yes you will do well so directly you can go to Dubai and all so so lot of people come and tell me with that interational experience so if can spend couple of years abroad so otherwise du is very expensive very expensive my [Music] last coming from that background so I had very much inclination towards going abroad so so you should have that kind of exposure want to come back to then you choose that never stop anybody never judge anybody right so it is a really good place to stay like we all have the myths but it is is not like that Mexico it is a good City we were there in montre basically the place of all mountains so the place was good there was no T and even the people were more supportive there even if you ask for a good product recommendation they will genuinely telling that don't purchase this and all so they were helping us and majority of the internship experience was rich because we were interacting from various level in the hierarchy and it has enhanced my skill basically so what passion was I was having so I has carried on and now I will apply in my job correct and do you feel that mexa summer internship helped you in the final placement as well you got some extra points for that yes so it has helped me a lot because the skills we learned there was very different so we were uh doing problem solving there so we were Guided by some of the industry's best mentors so project management aspects problem solving skills observations and all so it has helped me during my final placements also correct correct correct and by the way you can see the screen TAA because it's
