cleaning the Garden Railway Track

hey everybody welcome back to soda the backyard really and today I want to talk about let's talk about track cleaning there's my beautiful no drain looking a great I love that things still smile into alright so let's see what we got here I got an old piece of track and I got some cleaning products here a bunch of cleaning products I've bought this here is a rail and track cleaner this one here is a nickel track cleaner and the protector sorry I got those mixed up one and two ones the cleaner twos the protector then we got some steel wool some same cloth sponges this here's a magic eraser this thing works great soaks up all the dirt and grime after you've cleaned your track now the way I like to clean my track is with one of these little track erasers these things are great I think they're a lot better than the steel wool or the same cloth and if you use this with surprisingly a little bit of pure vinegar you use pure vinegar with the track cleaner eraser on the track you see this one's pretty dirty I'll show you how to clean it and have it nice and shiny okay so we'll take a bit of vinegar and we'll put it in this container here take the track eraser and I just dip it in the vinegar and go on the track okay there you go there take the magic eraser dip it in the vinegar give it away there's your track nice and clean then what you do just take the water and you rinse it off with the water you don't rinse it off the vinegar is gonna turn your tinder track on you if you wash it off you have a beautiful clean track like that doesn't take much and it's nice and easy and over here I have this train car here it's actually the tracks I could unhook it it's actually a trackside cleaning car and what I've done is I've taken the erasers and I've sliced it thinly and glued it to the bottom of this track at this track cleaner moves up and down and has metal weights inside and the metal weights keep it on the track and this just goes around and cleans off the track they do this every time I run my trains and I do the other method with the vinegar whenever I'm having a major problem with a section of track so that's how I clean my track have any comments or suggestions please let me know because I'd really like to know and of course talk about trains
