Cleaning an Enamel Cast Iron Pot

in 2011 I made one of my first cast-iron bargain scores and he's still one of the best at a flea market I found a huge litter say 13 quart enameled cast iron Dutch oven or French oven for only 6 bucks it was already beat up and the lid was missing but there was no way I could pass up a bargain like that for the past eight years this is one of one of the most useful pots in my kitchen as I've used it for cooking many pots of the pasta sauce tubes Boston baked beans and even just last week I made South Carolina barbecue hash but this pot has not only become stained the enamel itself has become worn down and the pot is unfortunately reaching the end of its lifespan so here's what happened when I tried to clean up a beat-up worn down and very stained enameled cast iron pot problem is the stains are below the surface so it looks like we have no choice but to move on to step two this is probably as good as it's gonna get unfortunately I think this pot is reaching the point where regrettably gonna have to evil a start looking into the replacement which is a shame this has been a really useful and faithful in MO pot and it's huge started for a great price probably couldn't beat that but well certainly got its money my money's worth out of it and on the other hand well that's how we clean in an enameled cast iron pot
