can feel a touch overwhelming but fear not i have scoured the sales for you and will be sharing my pick of the best classy and elegant pieces on offer so sit back relax and i really hope you enjoyed this fashion edit black friday and cyber monday are of course a brilliant time to invest in a beautiful winter coat i often see pieces that maybe i've lusted after for months pop up in the sales and that does make the action of investing a little bit sweeter but before you start shopping with sales i personally would really advise that you write yourself a list of those pieces that you actually need for your wardrobe it'll just help you resist the urge of shopping shiny things along the way stick to your list and stick to your budget as you would hope i do have a few favorites firstly i am a little bit in love with my new grey mole coat i've been looking for that shade for a while now and i finally found the perfect one i just adore the shape coat for life i think from the high street i personally really love cars which is where i invested with my own camel coat they've got their quality to price ratio spot on their designs are always classy and elegant and i like how often they're using sustainable fabrics in their items these days as well reese always have a beautiful selection of coats i picked up this beige one at mango not so long ago and the quality is lovely but it's also worth having a good look through their collection because there's about four or five that i'd actually really love on my own rail it's also definitely worth a look at the nordstrom black friday sale as i found an array of beautiful coats that i would happily add to basket a beautiful coat will often be my biggest spend in winter so i want to make sure that i get the purchase right keep your eye out for high quality pieces at a price that's within your budget don't forget to double check fabric content and make a mental note of the items it will go with in your wardrobe is it on your need list will it look great in 10 years time and as always i shall link all of my recommendations in the description box below [Music] a bit like winter coats now is the perfect time to spoil yourself to that bag that you've had your eye on for months or years even a lot of the big department stores the designers and the high-end websites tend to have amazing sales for black friday so it makes sense to get yourself a deal but if budget is tight i would advise only splurging if it's on your list and you can absolutely afford it we all love a beautiful handbag or two but if it's not quite within budget it kind of spoils the fun of using it that being said when you have got the pennies this can be a very fun time of year there are so many favorites about right now that i could spend a whole video just waffling about beautiful handbags but thankfully for you i have edited it down to my absolute top 10 that i've not only been lusting after but also have the biggest discounts too i recently realized that i bought more knitwear this autumn winter than any year before it was a gap that needed filling in my own wardrobe and lucky for me the designers and the high street seem to particularly on form with their offering this season stripes are of course one of the big fashion trends that's going nowhere fast and it's an area that keeps growing in my own wardrobe that style will navigate and i love having that sprinkle of provision chic in my outfit you could take another trend box with your stripes and go slouchy or play it safe for more longevity with classic fit i found this gorgeous cashmere jumper chic for less and 20 off at h m i'm loving half slip jumpers this season and more stripes under 36 pounds i'm guessing the white company are doing black friday and if so i would choose this and you can never go wrong with a classic crew neck parisian style at mage paris a sprinkle of blue and 45 off this cable knit at nordstrom a bolt of blue with 25 off and i'm hoping this beautiful cashmere stripe jumper makes it into the sale too the very nature of knitwear always has that magic effect of making me feel more classy and chic and it's an area i like to invest so that i know i will have it for life and while i do love a pretty dress this autumn winter it's the knitted variety that reigning supreme and not only do i think they are super chic but they're pretty darn practical too how toasty does this one look i do have to be careful which yarn i go for with my eczema but thankfully there are lots of options across the high street and with the designers and even better for us right now there's lots of deals on too it's also an area i'm happy to go with something more fitted in fact i'd actually encourage you do the same as it really suits the look i personally prefer the options with longer sleeves and higher neck both for warmth but i think that just helps elongate your shape even more there are a lot of affordable options across the high street i wouldn't worry about investing in a knitted dress either as it's never going to go out of fashion at winter time i would just suggest going with the one that makes you feel the best and is the most flattering on your shape have i mentioned lately that i do love a blazer if you missed the memo i am starting to feel like the biggest fan and i'm happily collating a beautiful selection of forever versions in my wardrobe there's currently 20 off this french style blazer and 50 off this jacket by zimmerman still an investment piece i know but an absolutely stunning one a classic double-breasted blazer or a deep brown looks really luxe 33 off this herringbone version and you don't get much more classy and elegant than this theory interpretation arcade are always great for jackets and i don't know just yet if this one's going into the sale but i really really want it how gorgeous is that shade one of the big fashion trends this autumn winter 2021 would of course be the pleated loose trouser trend fast becoming a bit of a go-to look for me in my own alpha ideas i tend to be opting for tailoring but with a more masculine fit and i personally just love the look it feels classy and elegant sophisticated but on trend at the same time and although it is a trend it also feels really timeless too so it's kind of ticking all the boxes you could go with slightly thicker fabrics like wool blends that would inevitably give it a more structured look this pair are under 20 pounds 33 off this pair that i would style with ankle boots in winter and i love the wide leg on this pair from mary i bought this incredibly affordable version from h m recently and i've been wearing them on repeat dull your loose pleated or creased trousers with oversized knits or blouses half tucked into the waistband to avoid feeling swamped and think about adding pointed toe shoes rather than anything too chunky on your feet it'll help you feel a little bit taller and more elongated overall a bit like the loose trend in trousers denim is decidedly more on the baggy end of the scale this season though as i often say with denim i really wouldn't worry about what's on trend or not i would go with what suits you and what feels flattering on your shape first and foremost i tend to live in jeans more than anything else so the last thing i need is to feel uncomfortable in them so with that in mind i've scoured the high street and beyond for the best deals in all different denim styles from skinny to straight cropped to wide leg and my favorite barrel shape too there should be something for everyone i tend to listen to french women when it comes to jeans forget the trends and follow what you love it will have the best overall effect on your outfits in the end i do love a beautiful classic shirt it's one of those hard-working essentials in my wardrobe that never date and the key to finding the perfect shirt for me is all about the fabric content i love a cotton poplin that crisp and structured shape always makes me feel polished and even in winter it's something i reach for often to layer under a jumper or maybe a snuggly cardigan i'm also a big fan of silk when the price to quality ratio is right of course now although suzanne don't really do sales as such they often do big donations to charities at this time of year which feels like a nice balance to me so a good time to take a peek at their collections as they always have the most beautiful shirts and blouses you might remember this one actually that i bought a couple of years ago now i just think it's so pretty it looks like an heirloom piece and i know i will have it in my wardrobe forever i could do with a couple of new pretty blouses in my own wardrobe so that's definitely an area that i will be shopping this black friday i noticed recently that i am definitely lacking in the shoe department of late which is strange really as i used to be such a shoe lover and have a whole giant collection of them so in an attempt to up my game with touch i've been looking at the black friday and cyber monday sales and this is what i found there's 50 off these ankle boots by noose or a slightly smaller heel a really nice two another 50 off with summer sandals and insanely cozy looking boots from valentino garavani these are the ankle boots i have and the slightly higher heel is also in the sale i have these pointed toe flats in my shopping cart along with these sandals for summer i'm really hoping these knee-high boots go into the sale a stunning investment version 2 and there's currently 30 off
