Whitney's gonna be alright he's got a couple of cuts and bruises but nothing serious see remember anything no just that something smashed his truck and he woke up in the ambulance you need to talk to mom I think I really freaked her out this time she also made her really proud Clark dad something else happened to me this morning when I woke up I was kind of floating floating as soon as I woke upmy crashed I mean head what's happening to me I honestly don't know soon as you start breaking the law of gravity we're definitely an unchartered territory so she would stop look Clark I'm your father I'm supposed to have all the answers that kills me that I don't but you gotta have faith and we'll figure this thing out to get well son I'm here you can share it with me if you want dad I've survived a lot being inside that twister I've never been so scared in my life I couldn't see anything and things were bouncing off me I didn't have any control I know it could have been the wind Rolla said I was moving toward the truck and it felt like I was willing myself to do it felt like I was flying do you remember anything that happened after you got pulled into that wall I just remember the last couple days even that's a little jumbled Clark your mother tells me you can fly kal-el can fly Clark Kent is still earthbound how did that feel amazing and scary because if I could do that maybe I'm capable of anything you are Chloe I don't know how to stop him it's not you can just fly after him this guy can fly God Clark you gotta get on that one doors would open if you to just wait it we don't have time to wait for ancient technology between the two of us we can cover more ground of course would help if you could defy gravity explain to me again why you can't fly not sure guess the humans are right kal-el girls do mature faster than boys it's Clark remember just a walking don't look back you want a glass with that Oliver just the person I want to see right now so um I'm gonna tell me what started this last weekend go and enjoy the party trust me it'll be a real buzzkill to listen to me whine like Patsy Cline yeah you're probably right you know um I may not be at the top of your confidant list but if you ever want to talk I'm here I'm just having all these feelings and I don't know what they mean Oh who's the lucky guy having this conversation with an axe is bad enough without turning up the awkward dial you know there's there's moving on in theory and then there's the moment that actually happens if you'd like we can start now and I'll just be a really good friend okay it's like I was going along and it just snuck up on me and I tried to ignore her but then there these moments that you can't maybe I was reading it wrong and add insult to injury it all went down at tonight's tribute to romantic bliss I know it sounds sappy but I thought just for a minute someone needed me well I'm sure he needs you Lois that's sweet of you to say but how do you know because I know Clark you know I only learned to fly after my kingdom was attacked and taken for me it was only then that I realized it wasn't the throne that was important it was my people my wife you have the capacity to break the chains that are holding you down Clark what you do dr. fate envision will come to pass you'll soar higher than any one of us so if you're just here to babysit me as a favor to Clark I was with the heart-to-heart something tells me that story time wasn't exactly part of the agreement it's my wife I've been hearing her in my thoughts and last night I had a vision of her when that happens I know I'll be joining her soon in a new life but to do that I must first leave this one leave like die it's time I meet my destiny Lois before I go I wanted you to meet yours you can't do it without you you're his shayera kal-el instead of trying to force the noise out why don't you just focus on one thing live inside that one noise make it your whole world I love you I love you too like there's something that we need to just for now can we leave tomorrow till tomorrow we just have this things fall nothing has changed
