and the winner of the bapa for best actor goes to Killian Murphy for [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] ofen [Applause] [Music] oh boy um Moly Moly uh thank you very very much baa um I have a few people very important people I want to thank very quickly um the most dynamic decent kindest producer director partnership in Hollywood Chris Nolan and Emma Thomas Thanks for thank you for seeing something in me that I probably didn't see myself Chris thank you for that extraordinary exhilarating script and for always pushing me and always demanding Excellence because that's what you deliver time after time again um I want to thank Donna Langley Universal for making this perfect home for our movie from the beginning I want to thank Adam schweiter David Weber Craig bankey Tom Reed Luke cson all the Julies you are the best um I want to thank my fellow nominees and my op and homies that was a that was a rhyme um um and in fact all of you in the room I know it's a cliche to say that I am in awe of you but I actually genuinely am in awe um Oppenheimer was this colossally naughty complex character and he meant different things to different people and you know one man's monster is another man's hero and that's why I love movies because we have a space to celebrate uh and interrogate uh and investigate that complexity and it's a privilege to be part of this community with you all um and finally uh to Ivon Maliki and Aaron you're my best friends and I love you so much thank you guys
