lentil peas and dar rice is Dar rice is for B you know b b and would you believe I'm going to make some Curry mango too just I green F back there no man I just boil that that is mango that we got from and it was cheap food and B full and good Cal you get your little bowl of Calo on the side your provision OK rice STW beef or pork or chicken or fish many choices yeah that's why I like to vary the water yeah and boil it up more Swizzle it mhm and then do the chunky but I always say I am really not an Indian cook you know I just try my own stuff but it tastes good of course man and you enjoy it mhm and I'm still alive after 53 years exactly so when this is tender still a little tough mhm so listen now this pot still going guns yeah boy this called this do but mhm that's a piece for you to Pressure I feel people cook it it tastes really good for my sister told me and I tried it and it was too she say you have the Roy skin I still had to make thato don't worry man comeing up and she say you Curry said cut a small cook it well soft she said when you put that in the ROI and you wrap it and you bite remember you're not seeing it you think you eating conks you know eating Pebbles too you have to cook it sof so you figure this will get soft I kind of find it hard you know yeah that could get soft man one hour the next hour 2 hours I a know asking I'm really sincerely asking you sound like you know 2 hours I now would you put that into a pressure pressure cooker yeah M but why you don't like a pressure cooker I really don't ever see you cooking with pressure cooker I don't know why I just seem to be afraid it blow up blow me up I've seen them explode already in a fashion I mean I'm not afraid of but a lot of things I'm not I don't have fear about in the kitchen generally okay I not afraid of the C as so you would be mhm but mhm but really mhm um I just just never got the pressure cooker after not that it blowed up or everything but I just don't know why I never maybe because I never used to cook too much you think that you didn't used to cook much but at the time my used to cook M had a pressure cooker I like it when I see the steam Escape you know it look interesting yeah yeah that's some more that now just let it try don't mhm cover this spot and um yeah you want to go out and sit down in the POR a little bit and talk if you feel like it do you want to walk around the garden anything well you can walk around my any time Dar I met an interesting lady in the um in T post K's T she look very contented mhm and I said to her you look very comfortable she said you know I have just been with my plants this morning okay and I I guess you know gardening ready is a it is a wonderful thing yeah it is Lea loves her garden love to be in the garden okay I'll tell for Perfection and it does and it hurts our relationship so day by day we are learning that it's not it's not right to fret too much about some things I always say you know that there's a bigger picture out here a picture of relationships a picture of good living God guided living that is the truth of the matter I am hoping that buan will pass and he will come in with his wife Lisa it being his birthday today he told me he says he's a Gemini also I am too and he says also that you know men can be impulsive Gemini men can be impulsive is it gemini or Gemini whatever we can be impulsive if about things when I had a heart attack in 2019 it occurred to me Lance boy August will be 5 years if I Live 5 years years ago you would have been gone the grass would be cut by someone else the house would be painted by someone else the car will be serviced by someone else not that have the mechanic it's just that we tend to put so much emphasis on what is not important the important thing is how hammer you know but I just checked it l and your be pleasing or it's quite soft really you have stronger teeth than me that too I feel I feel as answer yeah stronger than mine stronger teeth than yours mhm so yes so today we going vegetarian but yet I'm putting um I'm putting chicken giz for flavor in the yeah how you doing how you doing the well boy I never cooked that mango before yeah never no but I know I saw Tony did it and you boil the mango with some salt right and some sugar to take away the bitterness uhhuh the sourness yeah and then you put a little oil in the pot the acidity you want to cut back on yeah okay okay you put some sugar in it right as you say you boil it with some sugar uhhuhh and you you you you burn some sugar mhm throw in the mango doesn't have to cook for long because it's already cooked being boiled mhm and you put some AAR Masala you have that therea I have AAR Masala and if you don't know what you do I put no you know you know I guess I that's how people come up with recipes you know they didn't have something and they try something else and they said what I try to taste even better if if we if I was a fellow striking for Perfection I said but Louis you want to make this thing here you're not properly prepared you don't have the anchala I mean right you you can't make it without it you can't make it without it well I'm glad you're not like that sweetheart H I'm glad you're not like that because I know about if you can't serve granny it because so prop right right right so so I am not phased by the fact I mean a good recipe is to have all ingredients M but that isn't I am not so perfectionist that I will not make it because I don't have something especially if it is just something that is not very so important MH mhm but when you put what you have to put you get perfect results yes but you don't have to strive for perfection in every little thing no you know and especially as you're growing older yeah what was greatly important to us is our secondary or third yes because you know don't have to worry about what other people think that's that's the trouble with being younger too we think too much of what other people think yeah we over think and you know something L years ago it was said don't worry about how you look too much because nobody's looking looking at you in reality that's true nobody's looking at you everybody's looking at themselves not others so don't kill yourself over how you look I I think there there are a bigger picture of what we need to strive for MH than perfection in one area or two areas and you can't live up there it you know you can't live up to always be Perfection mediocracy is bad but sometimes okay mediocracy is acceptable it is that's what a person can put out that's what a person can give we ought to respect that and if it is better to be mediocracy than failing to try cuz sometimes people will tell you I cannot cook because they are no real big cook but they can cook but they will tell you I cannot cook and will not even try M you know I cannot boast of being a perfectionist cook but I can cook with love and the cup of love makes up for what other ingredients missing all right my great good so you want to see mhm Check Yes and I will have to close off this and my charge is running pretty low okay now okay great good Mommy I got to let this charge for a while I have to
