Chromatic Scales On Classical Guitar

all right so this is the chromatic scale warm-up that we do in class starts on the third string here the middle one and it goes one two three four the right hand I'm just plucking index middle index middle so I'm doing a free stroke [Music] then it goes to the second string does the same thing first string same thing then it shifts up it goes the opposite direction down when you get here you shift up keep going and then it goes up it's all the so you don't have to stop [Music] foreign [Music] and we'll start off with one pattern when we go index finger middle so I m I m or when I get to 12 I'll stop and then I'll recount and we flip it and we go m I m I so middle index on the way [Music] you can do it with all different combinations so in m i and a so your ring finger uh any combination with thumb so like p is thumb p and I those two p m p and a we don't really use pinky at all we just have a nail because it's a short finger for Ross cowdos so anyways that's the chromatic scale so and I usually do 16th notes so one E and A two e and uh so each one's a Beat [Music]
