I made chocolate decorations that are useful for making cakes at home. Cut the parchment paper into 10 cm X 15 cm. Roll the parchment paper into a cone shape. Fold the end inwards so that it won't come loose. I skipped the chocolate tempering process in this video. Be sure to temper chocolate to get good gloss and hard results. Fill half the chocolate in the prepared parchment paper. Fold the top part. Please cut the ends a little with scissors. Squeeze into desired shapes. I'll use a rolling pin to shape it. Wrap the parchment paper around and tape both ends. Squeeze the chocolate in a zigzag diagonal line. Squeeze it on more time in the opposite direction. Now I'm going to make a semicircular shape. Spread chocolate thinly over small parchment paper. Roll carefully and tape both ends. And let it harden. When the zigzag pattern is completely hardened, use a piping tip to round shape it. It can break easily at this time. If you dip piping tip in hot water and make them warm, the break less. It's cut, but I think it's pretty in its own way. :) The semicircular pattern is thin, so be careful to loosen it. If you make it like this, it's really useful for making cakes at home. Decorate your own cake with your own chocolate decorations.
