hey hey what's up YouTube this your boy ray Mack y'all look this is what we're gonna do as you can see I got some of these here wings already washed up and I patted them dry individually with some paper towels try to get as much moisture that I could offer these fear wings today what we're gonna do is we're gonna do is her mom fried chicken wings take our style a lot of y'all already went you know we go to Chinese places and one of the favorite things that I like getting out of the Chinese restaurants is some fried chicken wings all right so we're gonna try to basically create our own homemade takeout fried chicken wings alright so let's go ahead with this and I'm gonna give you the ingredients as we go along creating this here recipe alright alright the first thing that I do have that I want to put in this here ingredients is some black pepper I'm sorry some white pepper all right so we just want to put in a little sprinkle of this and I'm gonna try to leave some measurements below for you guys to try out okay and on that way definitely you should be able to try to see a recipe at home next thing we're gonna do is put in some black pepper we're gonna get all the odd readings in here alright and I love some Chinese food what's your favorite Chinese takeout alright I got some garlic powder and then we're gonna put in some regular salt and like I said I'm gonna leave the measurements below for you and this is some sugar okay so we're gonna go ahead and add our liquids first thing that I'm gonna add in here is the soy sauce leaving measurements below for you so you won't have a problem with this and the next thing we're gonna do is add in some of the stop seen on cooking wine I got this that be Auriemma grocery store and if you never went to an oriental grocery store I tell you you guys need to go check it out I mean it's really something to go into am Auriemma cooking store I mean oriental grocery store I'm going back because they got some knives that I want and I got to have these type of knives and they were cheap you know I'm saying they also said that they sharpen their knives as well so I'm gonna definitely go there and purchase some knives so we got um some sesame oil now I need you to be extremely careful with this and sesame oil because it's sesame oil is strong so I'm going to measure this I'm putting in 1 TSP or sesame oil like I say this sesame oil man once you put this sesame oil in your recipe there's no taking back I mean so you got to be careful extremely careful we're using sesame all this stuff is powerful but it brings out the flavor in your food just because it's about the amount that you put in the next thing that I'm going to do is I'm going to add some corn starch all right so I do have some corn stock and I'm going to put in 1 tablespoon of corn starch so the next ingredients is going to be some flour this is two tablespoons of flour last but not least I'm gonna put in an egg one egg that I already beaten done so now I just want to mix everything and this is basically how easy it is you just take all your ingredients and just add it to your wings and just mix everything together that's basically what you want to do so from here we're going to go ahead and let this marinate for two hours I'm gonna leave this on the counter for two hours and let it marinate or if you want you could wrap this up and put it in your fridge for overnight indefinitely you'll have a better flavor profile if you allow it to marinate overnight but this is what we've got and let me see if I can give you a close up on this here just to show you this is how our wings pretty much looks once we got all of our seasonings and our liquids and stuff combined all right so only thing we want to do now is just let this marinate and then we'll go from the next step from there with the cooking process all right so we'll be back okay YouTube family on got our grease on the on fire right now we'll be waiting for word to get to about 350 degrees before we start frying these wings as you can see right here there's a little moisture that's in these wings we let these set let these marinate for about two two hours but if you got moisture that's in these wings because we want these wings to be coated all you have to do is take you a little bit of flour just love little flour then I want you to take some cornstarch you don't have to measure this put that on there and just mix it up I would say we want these wings to be coated and they will be crisp there we go that's what we want I'm gonna go ahead drop these in this grease there 350 degrees temp we're gonna put a little bit at a time here not going over the crowd these so I got a total about seven whole wings that I pretty much been made into wingding we could put the whole bunch in there all right I've got a basket on these wings I'm trying to keep these wings and Mary's down so they'll click even and they smell pretty dang good out here - okay I let these cook for about seven minutes now what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna take these out of the grease and put them in the basket doesn't spring for a little bit and then what I'm gonna do is let this grease come back up the temperature then I'm gonna go ahead and drop them back in and let them cook again for about a mother seven minute okay this is not a wings of looking on the first seven minutes like I said I'm gonna go ahead and get them back in again watch the heat on the grease come back to 350 and I'm gonna drop in for the second time for another seven minutes and then that'll be it will be ready to serve these babies up all right we're gonna go ahead and get these in the second floor [Applause] she'll have a nice little crisp on these wings for the second cook I'm gonna set the basket on there keep some of these four moves and after seven minutes I'll be right back okay family these wings is done they are ready baby are they ready what's going on I can smell the wings up in the air tell me what's going on wings gonna wing check this out follow the recipe you can come look look look at this time listen this these are crispy chicken wings cooking the first seven minutes take them out let your arm oil heat up to about 350 degrees again drop them again for the second time for about seven minutes ever longer you want them some people like they wings kind of hard some people don't like their wings hard all right so this is what you do this right here get some mumbo sauce and go to work this is your boy redneck style i'ma bust into one of these yeah let them cool down I'll be right back okay you two family I think we pulled it off so this is our homemade Chinese takeout chicken wings and we got some homemade mumbo sauce and look pretty dang good y'all yes indeed and it tastes good too so what I'm gonna do is do a taste test right quick I'm gonna go ahead and take this hit wing for you guys man if you look at it nice little color on it you know what I'm sayin I'm gonna eat that chip y'all I got two so I think I might be done with the wing series but this is definitely been a fun doing and I'm a dipping in this young mumbo sauce my god we shot melodies now I gotta try nice and crispy yes Lord just delicious y'all look at that mumbo sauce on that I gotta go for one more I'm gonna eat that tip I'm gonna go for one more this one's calling me yes well it's calling me their mumbo sauce off the hook that good I'm on one go eat yourself it's like a double deal my boy is too delicious chicken is done all the way through this is dang good girl almost better than real Chinese takeout Oh thank y'all so much for checking out very much kitchen and Grill try these recipes man trust and believe me you just might like it chicken is good and crispy to me that chip I'm out of here love and not hate love somebody and hate nobody peace thank you so much for watching ray Mac's kitchen and Grill visit me on instagram Facebook or Twitter if you want to become a red match family member all you have to do is click on my photo and also watch this video as well give this video a thumbs up and comment below love you guys love and not hate peace [Music]
