Hello my friends it's nina good morning today is going to be a chill day in my life I have no makeup on, the cyst is out. We are thriving I don't really have a lot planned today and that's good It's good to rest. It's good to chill out. Now most days of the week I actually don't wear makeup I think I only wear makeup like twice a week and that's only if I'm ever filming it is so early in the morning I can't really talk it is 9:17 a.m. Usually I'm filming around 11 a.m. My voice hasn't warmed up yet Usually throughout the week. I like to let my skin breathe and heal I washed up, I'm letting my moisturizer sit All right now I'm going to drink some water and then we're going to make breakfast I did not mean to plug my merch But this is a sticker that I've made and then this is a shirt that is part of my merch collection I also have hoodies and stuff if you guys want to get that you also don't have to, but I like it Stay hydrated kids I have a bunch of editing that I need to do and then I'm going to play a little bit of animal crossing and then I think I'm going to try to make dalgona coffee people have been making dalgona coffee or whipped coffee I'm gonna see how that goes. I don't know if I still have instant coffee. If not, then completely ignore what I just said but yeah, let's just enjoy this day and chill out. We are enjoying this overcast the weather today. cute i found instant coffee. Oh my goodness. It expires next year. we're good So, how are you guys doing Yeah gotchu ow Don't mind the mess, we made kimbap yesterday which is also what i plan to do today i am in the process of editing a video after this I'm going to reward myself with animal crossing and some dalgona coffee i used to have one of those hand mixers I don't have that anymore so I have to use my actual hands I don't even know if I have a whisk i hope I do or else I have to use chopsticks and then we'll be here till the end of time But I'm just going to finish up this video and see you in the next clip. I am going to take a break from editing and I am going to go make the dalgona coffee now Let's hope that this goes well so I don't have a whisk or a tablespoon measure. What am I doing? I'm going to make dalgona coffee. My mom is standing by over there. She's gonna watch me suffer. i have a fork. I'm going to do this the old-fashioned way. I don't even think that's the old-fashioned way I'm going to find a big spoon and just call that a tablespoon. I'm going to call this a tablespoon So we need instant coffee for this recipe. I have two cups I'm going to make some for my mom if I actually execute this well I have just a regular glass cup and then I also have a mason jar I'm not really sure what's going to look better and then I have some sugar here And then I already went ahead and boiled some water. Let's do this. That is deep the recipe actually calls for two tablespoons of everything I'm going to double that probably not the best idea but I have no other choice. Here we go Do you see it? we've got the instant coffee. Is this a tablespoon? I feel like this is too much I think the more the merrier That's so much. Do you see that? Honestly, I think two of these might just be enough I'm going to just leave it at that That's so much instant coffee. This is good enough next I'm going in with the sugar This is just regular granulated sugar Oh my god it's going to spill hold on here we have about an equal amount of sugar going to add one more That's a lot. Here's our mixture so far this might honestly make a lot Okay i'm going to pour some boiling water away from my phone, here we go You know, some people don't have whisks in their houses like me I think using a fork will be good It will show if this is possible I'm gonna stir it around a little bit I added the water see it smells really nice. i don't like the sound of a fork on metal maybe this is why people use a whisk it's not really easy to mix everything up. I'm gonna wear an apron. I'm scared I just want this to go right there's already foam in it. I feel like that's a start I have the power of- i don't know what I have I'm kind of just letting it tilt a little bit It's actually changing color I feel like if I just believe in myself this will work out Whoa, it's changing colors really fast. Maybe I'm stronger than I thought you guys can see that color. It's changing. I feel like- I'm really surprised right now. i feel like I should have made more at this point. I will tell you guys in the beginning I was actually kind of discouraged I thought that this wouldn't go well with a fork but honestly It's getting bigger this just shows that all you need to do is believe in yourself, not give up, and just have- I'm actually getting kinda tired I feel like I could still go a little bit more maybe i'm angy Honestly, I think that's good enough I'm done I have some almond milk that I can't really carry up anymore This is some unsweetened almond milk. This is the only milk that I have I feel like this would have tasted amazing with oat milk but this is all the store had. My hands are shaking I'm going to pour the milk. I'm so tired gonna pour a good amount. That should be good oh my arms should i put ice? i should put ice. Here's some ice do you put ice in lattes? Yeah, I think you do. I'm going to taste it Wow, that's good here is a clean spoon. Here is our finished product. We're gonna do this here it goes Here is the final product I'm going to have my mom taste it should I put the straw in? yea Okay, it's pretty thick you have to mix it it's really concentrated I think it'll taste decent whoa look at the color That looks really good so this is what it looks like mixed up that looks like a latte here is the color, that is lovely there we go Here is my finished attempt at dalgona coffee I like how it's kind of leaking into the milk slowly. That's really pretty I'm now going to try this out I am mixing this all in because there's no point of it just sitting on the top now. I'm going to drink it now. That tastes so much better with milk. I was expecting it to be overwhelmingly sweet. but this is actually a very delicate sweetness. I can actually taste the coffee Wow I am not mad at that I'm actually kind of digging it. I can now consume this while I continue editing this is actually a fun activity to do you get a drink in the end I feel like because I put in so much effort into this I'm bearing it but honestly in my opinion it tastes decent Oh, that's good. here you go, cheers time to continue editing. This is actually really good would I ever subject myself to doing that again? Maybe hopefully I can finish this video today. I am NOT going to play Animal Crossing until I finish this My island is slowly coming together my islands name by the way is somiseom It's basically my Korean name plus Island in Korean somiseom I'm trying to incorporate little influences from Korea into my island So I'm truly living vicariously through Animal Crossing I really want to go back to Korea but that is not in my plans for a long while Anyway back to editing. There is not a whole lot going on right now but here she is got some trees got these little pathways and then we have this little stone thing got a nice outdoor bath She is coming along and then I put an iron fence just for this view then somewhere I want to put a telescope I think I'll put a telescope on this little corner here Ideally, I actually kind of want one of those tourist telescopes here, but this is good for now Nice little telescope hoping to add more in the future but that is kind of a preview look at my little orchard We have apples, oranges The oranges are my native fruit and then I have apples pears and then I used to have cherries But I picked all them yesterday now I'm going to decorate my house I'm going to kindly take out all my bedroom belongings. I'm gonna take a picture while i'm here This is my house and then I have my little beach backyard I specifically chose the location of my house because of this tiny little beach. I have a hammock under a palm tree Look at the shade then this is probably my favorite part I have this little seaside swing so I get a good view of the beach. gonna take a picture here It's a nice sunset.
