It's really relaxing when you are slurping soup when in the middle of the rainy days. So, here is the very delicious budget friendly soup dish feautured recipe for today. Welcome to the Panlasang Pinoy! For our recipe, we are going to cook one version of"Chicken Tinola" The steps is very simple you can try this at home. I'm going to include the costing to monitor your budget. Here are the ingredients that we are using. Chicken. It is up to you guys how big or small the slice of the pieces you are going to do. Vegetable pear. Malunggay Leaves. Ginger. Onions. Any color of the onions you can use it. Garlic. Water. Cooking oil. Knorr Chicken Cubes. Here are all the ingredients. And I already include the price of the ingredients. This we are about to cook is good for 5 people. Imagine that 180.31 philippine pesos the total cost of all ingrdients. Its show that every person its total of 21.66 php for each person. The good thing having broth any version will do as long as the we put altogether all the ingredients. We can use cooking pat but I use wok. I'm going to put oil. After we put the oil since it is already heat. I'm going to fry the oinion. This is the yellow onions but the color is white. While we are frying onion we will put garlic. If it tinola the ginger will not be missing, I'll already slice the ginger. So now it already done. The good thing about what we are cooking is very simple. I'm going to put the chicken. We are going to cook the chicken until it become light brown. We are going to fry it mix with our aromatics. It become light brown of the chicken. We are going to turn all the side of chicken into light brown. Once it is already done we are ready to put the water on it. Here in our recipe we just put water. If you want to use the hugas bigas you can also use it. I'm going to put all the water on it. It will help to thickens the broth. I will just put it into rest until it boils. Lets cover it. Once it boils. Just going to mix it. And I'm going to put knorr chicken cubes. I'm going to use 2 pieces of knorr chicken cubes. Here are the first pieces. And the second one. Let's just mix it. So this point we are going to soften the chicken. So I'm going to soften all the chickens and cover the lid. And I will adjust the heat, I will adjust it to low. Once it set to low I will boil it until 30 or 40 mins. Or the chicken is already cook and ready. While that happen it will extract the flavors of the chicken. After we boil it 35 mins Low fire low heat let's just look it. As you can see. So now we're going to put other ingredients. Here are the vegetable pear or "SAYOTE" I'll slice it. Except the sayote we can also use papaya but there's no papaya in our costing so instead we put the sayote. And I'm going to put the heat between medium and high. So it will boil. So now will cover it. Let's just wait it to boil and once it boil we just need to rest it until 1 minutes. While we are waiting to boil the water. I have a question for you guys except sayote, papaya, malunggay leaves that you are what are vegetables that you are using. I'ts rolling boil let just low the heat we'll turn it on to medium heat. We can also put the malunggay leaves. The more you put the malunggay leaves the more it will become healthy. So after we put the malunggay we are going to mix it. Let's just continue to cook it until it 3-1 mins. After that we are going to seasoning it. After 3 mins lets check it out. So now it's half complete our Chicken Tinola. As you can see it is very simple to cook. And our ingredients it is all we need to complete our dish.
