CPD SAYS THE OFFICERS VEHICLE IS MISSING. THEY ARE WORKING TO DETERMINE WHETHER HIS SERVICE WEAPON WAS ALSO TAKEN OR RECOVERED AT THE SCENE, ALTHOUGH HE WAS WEARING SOMETHING THAT COVERED IT.
