Chicago’s Best Pizza: Paladino’s Pizza House 1647

I'm in Bucktown at Pizza house thanks to a cup of suggestions including one from Rosa who said I could thank her later for sending me here or rose up why not just thank you now from what I hear there's some pretty unusual toppings on their pizza I love pizza so I'm throw the where pizza house in the tuck episode tell me a little bit about Pete's house it's a throwback to a pizzeria that I used to own in the 80s does the pizza have shoulder pads in it no it doesn't it's just a homestyle old-fashioned Chicago pizza place when you talk in traditional style Chicago pizza sausage is a mass but generally not turkey sausage this is something unique well the pizza that we're gonna make tonight is called the spicy turkey but we thought we'd introduce a little healthier way to go about eating the pizza without feeling guilty is this your idea well I wish I could say it was my idea but it wasn't it was actually my girlfriend's like well you can sound camera because you know we can cut it just says your idea you want me to see what's mine already because your girlfriend's gonna kick your by if you say it was you're right no she's gonna oh yes absolutely I want to know from you is why you guys just kind of expect that we put our heart and soul into everything we're passionate about what we're doing and we have almost 40 years of experience doing it you have the same pizza every week when you come in here and that pizza you have is good turkey beats up it's a culinary delight if the turkey gives it more flavor I'm curious to know how healthy this is actually gonna be it's gonna be 0 beats up at the end of the day which is healthy today what is hell pizzas helping I find it healthy and you studying my gags no absolutely I don't believe that steal it though no right now in a different episode that now I'm gonna have to watch all your episodes he say he doesn't watch just like one lucky Turkey I'll give roba a pardon on this one we seasoned our bird and move on to the dough first thing we're gonna do is knead our doll I need you get it we hand roll our dough there you go take a little bigger swing there you go take it my stuff and now we're gonna get it to the size oh you have done this before maybe want to take times okay and he's got a stuff in there well 14-inch pizza gets a ladle oh you're an idiot and a half how are you George hey don't judge well good usual tonight he usually gets the spicy turkey / fix we load her up with cheese and it's time to tucky down down get down get down whoa rubber hits it up with homemade jardin ARA and into the oven she goes the world's healthiest pizza according to this guy cuz there's turkey on earth I'm sticking with it yeah a lot the crush which is a nice cornmeal on the Carmel on the ball that's the kicker for me absolutely I wasn't sold by the idea of Chucky sausage if I love that flavor I go for it before the pork sausage anytime and I feel so healthy I feel like I'm losing weight just sitting down a robber apart from all the bread and the tomato sauce and cheese it spurts kimchi's come on if you guys know of anyone else doing crazy things with turkey let me know I'm a tea to the ban I'm gonna gobble gobble gobble
