Oh finally watching something that's kind of on right now that's not Game of Thrones is not animated something a little bit different is everybody familiar with the Chernobyl thing yes so Chernobyl is in Ukraine there was an um they were using nuclear stuff and there was a big [ __ ] and it had a meltdown and there is this just a lot of times nuclear power yeah yeah the elephant's foot there's just a [ __ ] pile of like radioactive pile of goo at the bottom of this [ __ ] basement and if you go down there you will get super cancer I don't know how they did this but they were able to take a picture of it using mirrors like that yeah they just put a bunch of mirrors down the hallway so they could see where none of this is I mean this is history but they were able to take a picture of it using mirrors but like if you if you actually physically stood it like you wouldn't even make it down the hallway maybe would is like you would get you would get ultra cancer before you go to there you would die before you even saw have you seen the terrible movie chernobyl Diaries well they go to the center but it's pretty gnarly yeah dogs anymore I mean this is history there's like bears it's like yeah there's like crazy [ __ ] it's like fallout world over there legit well sorry for the history listen but I just heard so much about it I heard that like this is a really good like thing for HBO after Game of Thrones well it's because of the radioactive dragon what should this happen we get the smoke cloud the cloud and like the best kept falling like for weeks like our cars were covered in like that's prob'ly well I slowly and my parents told me that like the same happen for years yeah I mean like the just we can't like their decay so guys that being said this is not a market substitute please watch the real Chernobyl on your own we're watching the Arts on our HBO subscription on Hulu because we'll fancy yeah you want to you can support the normals we have a patreon and with that we're able to get early access things we're also able to do fun things like the podcast and a cooking show watch this as well uncut the way the Lord meant it to be and divided you have your own copy yeah HBO it's a timber graph yeah what is 12345 is that the exact time you think that it happened a timestamp like just right let us I would try my hardest not to laugh too hard but if something's funny man I'm a busted guy what my kunai oh yeah what is this I love what you did some faceless hilarious though McShane putting a mix a man anything about watching guess what extra trailer reaction right here is this Deadwood what up what it's back is that Timothy Olyphant I think it's a movie they're making your Deadwood movie dude Tim Pol Pot is perfect for this I'm broke and they all wants your name from house of cards we should watch dead wood from justified Deadwood the movie holy so literally saying well I saw him old town rhodes but a moving plane dude it's all right looks great that's pretty cool I didn't see the original dead one but hey I haven't either but I wasn't a wooden violence adult content there's a little reaction for y'all save me some points that's not like and us but it justice today the just world is a sane world there was nothing saying about you know boy on care for you and me a few reasons why spin off he's come true oh and he left his cat a gang of food it's like fictional it's like a doc whoa there it is there is it just happened Oh God oh you can see God would have waited like wow what a way to show this and you wouldn't think anything you wouldn't be like other [ __ ] we're in the radioactive zone yeah very fun just look there they're [ __ ] already there's done like magic beans [ __ ] [ __ ] thank God he's the one who's in shock he doesn't want to admit I mean how would he know like I think that they're describing he's like the can in fact because he can't I was down there were ups no contingency I'm telling you about a-rod I think that's where like the rocks Hayes that's the last time they ever saw each other Oh unfortunately the radioactive [ __ ] brought legals each other look miss it war you'd burn this is like watching the Titanic but like immediately in the disaster yeah I mean stolen Titanic everybody knew they were fun and late that's where we are I mean people that know them they're done to have to do what they can to try to help so that's what they did they stayed they died look at this guy is it affecting some people quicker than other systems me the closer you are to it the faster you gonna be affected this must be the elephant's really don't think all the parts knowledgeable we think they're I mean as far as like radiation sickness we knew that it would kill you believe but they don't know one know how the reactor blowing cost radiation leak or anything not their faces are hurting that you probably should know this guy I don't think he knows what the [ __ ] going on are so useful it's like he's trying to prevent a meltdown it's as high as it goes it's Brickton phobic he's in denial he's he's in shock he knows deep down what's happening unless you tell them right away yeah right like here e right away take off I don't know you still wouldn't make fewer there your phones because look it's red light here immediately into the atmosphere right my ass isn't gonna old guy there's one of these does destiny it might have been two years Oh No he touched it sniffing hard but I think this is gonna be a good and a good tribute to all these people that actually tried to do something that helped prevent this or stop it from spreading further yeah you're not going down there hemostat has he's not cuckoo [ __ ] you carry some of these people like they probably still think they can get out you know realize you touch that [ __ ] thing man this guy started to [ __ ] realize it that's it humanity why did we [ __ ] around with it [ __ ] floored oh my god Jesus dude no you're doing this by the book time to knock him out the table right why do you know bro its weak I think it's him he's look at it he was right disinfectant no radioactive illness the cause the important thing is that neither you nor I wonder how soon before they knew like the whole city is like well we've been breathing listen no because I feel like love mix it out maybe so maybe there's tears but being in prison so there's still time to get away so I don't think people are immediately but we're actually the chief engineer from being approved for an engineer toxin off and you have a technical difficulty speaking to an accumulation of hydrogen and control system tank it would rather be damaging to the roof of the file we have to take your medicine [ __ ] [ __ ] takes their baby out in the night to stare at a burning fire no I mean it's creative nobody a travesty going [ __ ] else to do they just think it's a fire you know it's beautiful don't you know that if you could see that big from that they don't one knows about radiation roads they don't see a fire from that distance you know it's huge and it's probably a mass trauma that's going on right now all those people what they really came this I believe we're witnessing is literal phone it'll cause the irritation for sure I thought this guy wouldn't make it a little bit oh it's ray oh my god massive ring yeah they're gonna be ours we have considered key state secrets it is important that we ensure that this instance has no adverse consequences a dangerous business as Mark variation where it's limited to the plugs itself you so many outside poverty he's warning burns I say we evacuate the dark man is glowing the traffic affects completely normal shut the [ __ ] up there's no one's talking to you shut your [ __ ] mouth this is the situation here is not dangerous yeah you're inside of the [ __ ] nuclear proof room do you [ __ ] yeah you [ __ ] idiots I'm almost happy to see you with other stupid faces I mean but what they're describing for them at the time was an impossibility like that you can't conceive it because it hadn't happened before yeah [ __ ] you know most people have done that Alicia told you what he saw when the state's telling you to do something I mean he's not doing it he's getting a bullet right here right now this young lad on our walk and be like yo we're both about the dynasty what's going on here don't you see what's going on having fun didn't tell you guys about nuclear waste after this we just [ __ ] heroes I mean it's helping now like if you can get it in water I mean this doesn't need something to put out the fire this did help bro yeah seriously talk to him it's be like bro I mean we don't want to do this my man's got a military job though he's gonna get his job done I don't think he's gonna give a [ __ ] with these guys dude they did a really good job recreating this here Oh he's probably been outside to see MERIS [ __ ] oh they're letting him dance because he's an expert than Nina experts yeah political [ __ ] sucks ass not like wouldn't I mean it's the same attendant employed when the government phone calls you know like hey you need to be here you can't say knows what I'm saying it's rough I don't know what I expected I don't know what I was in for I was kind of blind documentary I hope he's doing something we serve I mean there's a story about like to like do whatever they could I mean it it didn't hurt it didn't help like how far I've just been mild and rounder mother the further away I ears they're showing you notes its gravity the Ratigan or whatever right here it's showing you right now the cloud is like coming towards a city let me the plants will come back big enough you know eerie whenever they do like documentaries about Chernobyl like to go to the apartments and literally like you can see like kids homework on the table like they just they left at a moment's notice they left everything oh [ __ ] me oh my that's [ __ ] stir Bingley guys finally over I don't like a watch now I'm ready bro no that's like that's holy [ __ ] I have to end it with kids walking in a bird dies you know I was kidding about that guys do that very realistic-looking bird dies whoever shot this man they really did a very good job just like the accuracy keep like the vibe 1980s like Russian even though they're speaking the email English yeah very parallel having done that yes much lot P will produce this is really holy [ __ ] market say your grandma grew up in Ukraine right I'm saying was she in Ukraine in general when it happened on the move you will know where she live in Ukraine it showed that moving at the end shot the big cloud going towards that city and and that city is those set of buildings is like very iconic those they always show but it also happened a very recent one in like I mean I mean if it was a Fukushima yes yeah and that [ __ ] leaked into the ocean like continues see like man that shit's like around that [ __ ] listen if you live and everybody was listening to this you should look if you live next to a nuclear power plant yeah there you go if you live next to a nuclear power plant so the [ __ ] goes down just enough you're not go to nuclear power plants around the United States although I'm sure like would with today's technology we are for sure I'll give us the benefit of the doubt that like I mean more modern more modern plants or a lot there's a lot more fail-safes so what if you guys think about the episode in general delicious I mean it was it was crazy yeah talk about the episode it's it was it was really crazy that they just um I thought we were gonna maybe see like everything that led up to it but they just like threw us right into it later and it was a very crazy way to show the start of it when we were following that that woman through her apartment and then you just see the explosion through the window and that's exactly I mean it would that was the coolest way to show it because it yeah that is just how anytime that natural disaster happens I mean that's how people are just in their homes just using the bathroom and next thing you know you're working in some [ __ ] this is crazy I'm interested in where it's gonna go man it's uh it seems super interesting I mean they're shining super well they also made you I kind of feel like so we all know that everybody's [ __ ] but just like with people people's reactions like they did a really good job at that like the dude is in disbelief he's like cuz nobody knows that this kind of core can explode like this it just like it's impossible like this [ __ ] you described and like clearly if I can crazy and like obviously homeboy needed to after you get your second report back in these like [ __ ] you know Amelie it's like if somebody was like you know the moon grew legs and walked away past that point you again I think I think these guys were you know trying to look out for their corporate identity but I really think like Dyatlov like he was I think deep down he needed corporate identity as the state good sir like if you were next bring your you know this cannot happen yeah there's gonna be tears gonna take a lot PO you like okay that's that's for sure but I think when guys like keep coming in one by one I think that like I think eventually I'd I was in there I could just see it in his face like put down he knew that yeah he was looking at and that fireman picked up that graphite and it was [ __ ] fired like thick-ass fireman's glove and it like destroyed his hand like through the glove I'm not trying to give any Dyatlov any props what I'm just saying is it's just that like the point I'm trying to get to is is that like crazy because it's like one of those weird impossibilities it's like Apollo 11 people they I didn't know that could the bureaucrats always be beer [ __ ] and they will always try to take the route that gives them the least amount of blame cutting off all the phone lines and changing the narrative and it's annoying that they're still even after they told that guy to listen they're like no two containers I'm not gonna contend with the energy expert who said three point six was the is already cause for alarm yes should evacuate it was well over a thousand it's burnout the part that gets to me the most is that they literally would like a room 2004 of our troops in your own people to die the temerity was time they need that many people to help evacuate oh yeah whatever they're actually that's a part that I see where even more my situation is is that here are three point six and he was talking about yeah so here we three point six is bad this dude is freaking on the end of it it was significant that's the thing is like I don't think anybody is it oh I mean it it's it's what everybody's been saying it's it just wasn't feasible to anybody that like you could live three miles away from the from the nuclear place and be affected by it I'm like no so I'm not oh they're the the death tolls from this I didn't get like a number because they're like you can't tell because it's just like adverse health effects yeah cuz even buddy when you gotta mean like you can live fifty miles away and been like oh yeah and you get like some kind of weird cancer when you grow up yeah like it's all like to the because radiation flux of your DNA so late that [ __ ] up like your bloodline like they're gonna show any like real document but like I've seen documentaries on Chernobyl before and it's really eerie when they go into like the homes and like you you you you see literally like dinner plates like on the table blender you can see their lives just like just like took an x-ray he assured that his wife's hand or one of his hands he died from it that's why they call it the Reagan that's how you like measure radiation to the rankings oh yeah the like back in a bagger they doctors would literally no rats on you know that's what always freaked me out when I got x-rays it's like okay so you're gonna go in the other room right right okay oh wait so pretty where are you gonna go see like outside of this room you don't it's like imagine all the explosions and people that got burned and people that got hurt when we were figuring out like gas and petroleum and all that and those explosions and all those accidents didn't quite matter so much because radiations long-term it can [ __ ] a thing up for ten thousand years you know I mean like so it's like it's a stepping stone and it [ __ ] sucks ass but like as technology progresses terrible things happen and people you got wearing your lessons from the schools long ways to go I am one of those people who absolutely disagree with the use of power plants nuclear power plants because the byproduct is the waste and unless you've addressed your entire operations and how you handle your waste because that's part of what you produce then you should not be doing that there is like in the ocean that he just dumped Oh yesterday and that's just unacceptable for me I don't think that should be happening like unless you figure out a way to there is no way let's just well that's why you should organic it wasn't for that you would not be will see like we had what it's like we did with C Mon energy get from it you know but I agree with her that we at this point in science we can work on the renewable energy be happy to give you the point where that set and we can do that but we're just not doing we should just stop using that type of energy unless we figured out how to handle the waste yeah I think the only camp I mean the only reasonable way to as of now because like nuclear waste is around for a long time is kind of too buried underground but label those areas that's about getting it but you can't why because all right so our civilizations gonna not exist eventually right eventually we people that speak English won't even be around if the planet continues go for that long we don't know how to market so that people won't [ __ ] with it because like we were like we should put signs up it like caves that have like military-grade balloons and people in the future are gonna they're gonna see that what's in there it's a treasure like what's buried in it like there's no way to legitimately market to keep people out future people that's on them we should put like spikes around it they like we should make them hard to get to but upside to Santa I'm not caring about the future people if you put people in I think it's treasure like legit wait wait look it up this is awesome pirate's gold they literally pirates animals chains languishing stolen crossbones used to mean death but now it's treasure if we comes not caring about future people's how we got to the situation all in crossbones can still see a pirate flag gonna wake that shit's treasure what I'm saying look it up this is a real thing scientists are legitimately having the problem being like we can't put labels on it because we don't know how to label it for [ __ ] 10,000 years from now millions a whole new human races now or whatever Neanderthals it'll be like the fine like it's like greenhouse gases now okay so I really enjoyed the scene where they showed the core I thought that was really [ __ ] awesome wonder if they did use the merest thing to just see a how or kind of everything happened after it cooled down and it was just like a chunk of rock but I mean I wonder how you know the science behind figuring out what that would look like core just oh there's a picture of this dude there's a photo down like peer down the hole yeah I really like how the events played out too because first I was like I kind of wish they spent more time building up the character development for kind of supposed to care about these people but right when the disaster starts it's kind of cool to just go along with the ride and then seeing how these people are trying to learn as you go as it go along I'm gonna keep introducing people like that oh maybe we don't really know I think she is really yet they just kind of showed her a few times I think it's sort of character development it's more just like this happened so it's just like that whatever you're seeing happen to real people and those yeah we don't even know but I mean it's just it's hard it's hard to watch man it was really hard to watch yeah yeah it was very hard to watch what's pop into the next real life Meryl the elephant oh wow they can actually oh wow they can actually go there no no no you gotta see the original picture hey everybody thank you for watching the HBO series True noble with us we are going to watch the rest of this series and just start posting it out on our patreon
