race St tomorrow so really we're just trying to stay low key and catch a Vibe yeah just do what we normally be doing if we doing this at home ever get into surfing um I I like surf a little bit in Florida satel I think is the way the locals say it we call it La um salsa Park salsa Park Tommy John's field whatever you want to call it Palm City city of Ang we're here got a 5count deck tomorrow night steeple for this guy going for some Olympic standards hopefully take a crack at sub 13 who knows it's going to be fast race we're all trying to PR so it's going to be crazy got Matt in the 15 and Winer Winer sneaking in there for that runner up position so Beetle scum defitely I just got a PR as the race goes off and I've run 336 but those highlights are taste of what is to come this I have more in the tank I got more in the in the in this race the best American 5000 me runner at this time three time NCA champ on oron from Ethiopia BYU arawi bring up 11 winner [Applause] last very specific targeted goal time where the green lights are set at again with clink and throwing that means our top three are five those are K1 and K2 P Center has done his duty halfway through this 5,000 m [Applause] race M and mwe that's one mile to [Applause] go come on M moving up as well second tier on the [Applause] and S morga 12 51629 was H was [Applause] it's it's like it's we're all done everyone did super super well um I wait everybody but like a little bit the guys will have to talk about their time I personally ran 406 did not feel that awesome that's a PR though um I'm happy with it legs did not feel good about 4 met in so all things considered good day good day for me good day for everyone and now we're in La for days so aome now only real ones would really know California like it is crazy this is a terrible interview but a great night great night pretty much PR's all around honestly took her right at the pr Rachel with a second PR I think Cole and I both had like almost 10sec PRS in the so Matt Winer with a little PR as well so I think everyone's pretty happy with their performances so was up it's a great night in La we just had Obby ner trying to join team maybe uh all right back to the crib after eventful night on the track what sub 13 for B man and Cooper I think he's number four alltime American so somewhere else on that list but top I think I'm the 14th to break 13 so big night achievement that I don't know can't take it lightly but we got bigger fish to fry as the summer goes on so it's going to be uh it's going to be fun moving forward but definitely pretty crazy to check that off the box or all rolling right now and so it was cool to see everyone kind of just turning up and hitting their stride up pun intended but it's good night PR Wonderland don't mind the Tulips almost took it to the world record holder but I let him have this one going to double back it pre next weekend take on another some more big names try to get some get some scalps anyo we're fueling up water and a burger glass of red wine it's cherry juice um but I think everyone's pretty happy with it I've been talking for seven minutes now so I'm going to shut up we're going to have a nice whole night get some shed ey check back in tomor
