basically about my travels from the east coast to the west coast and how I almost lost touch with myself surrounded with me surrounded myself with the wrong people surround yourself with the right for our lives movement and all those brave students speaking on every news channel not not knowing political terminology but just speaking from their heart and I was sitting on this song and I was I was watching one of them debate in front of 12 very intimidating looking politicians and they were they were saying lyrics to this song and no one had heard the song it I had never felt such a feeling before him right as I felt it I kid you not like ten minutes later they called me up and asked if I'd perform at their ceremony in downtown Los Angeles honoring all the students who lost their lives that day [Music] [Applause] [Music] we know that the world is a crazy place but hopefully three minutes and 30 seconds of the song like this of a song from another artist anybody multiply it by however many millions of people listen to it will get us a couple hours of these world peace at least that's the goal [Applause] [Music] it's a tall order but I believe I had that in mind when I was writing this record this records called change it's one of my favorite songs I've ever been [Music] why are we looking down on the sisters and brother his love for the weak so we know everyone's father and we know the sea together we can make that shine around there were too many others crying not enough love to go down little face another day [Music] we gotta make the shape [Music] what a
