Interesting tid-bit that they don't explain:
This isn't actually Will Smith's trailer. He's probably rented it out several times but this is just one of a bunch of specialized trailers that the company (Anderson Estates) rents out to celebrities/the production companies on shoots. Ashton Kutcher, among others, has rented out this exact trailer as well. They don't actually shell out the $2.5 mil to keep these things.
Source: I was the sound guy on another reality show that was basically the exact same thing as this and I was in that very trailer. At the time, it "was" Ashton Kutcher's.

My God that presenter is cringe worthy, the girl is just as bad with her cheesy cliches. That was irritating to watch. Nice trailer though.
