CELEBRITY BEYOND | Aqua Class Stateroom Tour

well welcome to the aqua class Veranda stateroom  on the celebrity Beyond let's head inside welcome back to the channel I'm Terry with next  wave cruising and we're here on the beautiful   celebrity Beyond to show you an aqua class Veranda  stateroom and there are things you're going to   find here that are very similar to a concierge  class stateroom or a regular Veranda stateroom   but there are some upgrades in aqua class and some  services that we want to make sure you're aware of   so as we came into the stateroom we have a little  bit of a foyer and one of the great things about   the newer ships like celebrity Beyond is that you  have your own temperature thermostat room controls   right here inside the door and you can sync these  up with your app your celebrity app so that these   controls are also on your phone whether it's  temperature lighting the shade at the end of   the room all of these things are a couple of push  buttons Away really nice Technology Center and one   of the really nice upgrades when you're here on  Celebrity Beyond also up at this front end of the   room is the bath and it has some upgraded features  because you're an aqua class so let's take a look   look well here we are in the bath and you can see  that the general layout and footprint of the bath   is the same as the other Veranda staterooms On The  Edge class ships here on Celebrity Beyond you're   going to have a very large mirror you're going to  have shelves on either side of the sink above a   nice counter space a very big sink and I'll make  sure you see something I missed which is there's   a really nice big draw under the sink that has  the hair dryer in it as well as an additional   set of open shelves with additional storage for  you you'll see that this bath has the same rounded   shower with the glass shower door which is really  nice tiled from floor to ceiling and then here   comes some upgrades because you're in aqua class  you have that wall Tower of shower head so like a   very large rain shower type shower head above  you a couple of jets coming off the wall and   a handheld wand in addition you'll see that there  are upgraded bath amenities in the shower as well   and as you look around you'll just see that  everything here is well proportioned for you   to enjoy a relaxing and very comfortable stay on  the celebrity Beyond so as we come just another   step into the room we have a large double door  closet and this is one of the areas where you're   going to experience additional upgrades because  of being in aqua class you have not only of the   shelving and the hanging areas small safe  which is pretty standard but you've got an   umbrella for your use a pair of binoculars and  two yoga mats and in addition the inside of that   closet features a nice full-length mirror which is  really great when you're getting ready for a day   or an evening on the ship now there's a lot more  storage next to your double door closet as you can   see all of these compartments open up around the  art Niche there are shelves up and then there are   another four shelves down all of which are hidden  and tucked away once you close the doors on this   extra storage area you'll also notice that your  router for Wi-Fi for your room is located in this   closet space too so once that closet door and  those storage areas are closed you can see how   neat and clean the design is in the living space  here in the aqua class Veranda stateroom and right   next to the closet is the living area it has a  large sofa with a nice piece of artwork above it   and then across from that you have the desk with a  backlit full-length mirror behind it and that desk   is going to be really helpful because it does push  in if you want more floor space and don't need   the desk you also have several large draws there  are three draws and they're each divided in two   sections and in the white section of that dresser  is actually an under the counter refrigerator so   you can keep things stored cold there be aware  that things that are in the fridge are not part of   your drink package the other thing that's really  great on the Edge class ships located on the desk   is your technology box that is the white box right  there on top of the desk and when you look inside   you're going to see that you've got European plugs  us plugs and USB so what a nice opportunity to   collect your wires put all the re the Chargers  in and get everything charged up so whether   you're going on an Excursion or enjoying the ship  you and your technology are ready to go foreign [Music] space is the king-size bed there's a  nightstand on either side with open shelving   and reading lights and a phone on one side and  this is a really comfortable place and you've   got a great view out of your Veranda window based  on this placement of the bed closer to the veranda   at the foot of the bed there is a flat screen  TV mounted on the wall for you and that's going   to be a great spot to watch your mustard  drill videos to check your onboard account   and there are some limited numbers of music  and TV and movie stations for you to check   out while you're on board you can also  check your daily planner and make sure   you're taking advantage of everything that the  celebrity Beyond offers throughout your cruise   now as you're part of the aqua class service level  there are some things outside of your stateroom   that are really part of your cruise Fair one of  them is the specialty restaurant blue blue is a   great restaurant it offers the same rotating menu  items that are available every night as specials   in all the main celebrity dining areas but it  also has some customized clean menu options and   some cocktails that are very specific to Blue it's  a smaller restaurant with a high service level and   you're going to really enjoy the opportunity  to sit and have breakfast and dinner in this   gorgeous restaurant now one of the key features of  your Aqua class Veranda stateroom is that you are   in an infinite balcony room and some people love  them and some people don't you may want to try   them out though there is really some benefits  to the way that this setup is is put together   for you in fact you then get all of the balcony  space basically as an extension to your stateroom   it is all air-conditioned as long as the window  at the end of the room is up and closed and if   you want to use this area as a balcony you  can definitely do that we're going to take   a look at the controls that you have on the wall  here one is for the window to go up and down and   so if we push the button we'll hear a little  bit of engine noise and here comes the window [Music]   and as you may be able to see when the window  is open you have basically this upper section   with fresh air coming into the room making the  entire room like a balcony almost like the French   balconies that you may have experienced  if you've ever taken a river cruise it's   high enough up that you don't feel that you're  tipping it's probably just a little bit under   chest height but very much an open space with  a great unobstructed view in the aqua class   stateroom when you're done with the window there's  a simple push button to close it back up [Music]   with the window closed you're in basically a  panoramic Ocean View room with this Extended   space and if you say wow it could get a little  bright and sunny in here or when it's time to   go to bed in the evening the other control  you have is for a screen basically a shade   that's going to come down and give you both  privacy and block the Sun or block the view   to anything that might be outside when  you want privacy here in your state room   this has a variable control so you can stop  it where you want you can take it all the way   down to the ground or you can raise it back up you  should be aware that for the outside window if you   have it down and the ship is planning to do any  special outside maintenance like window washing   the captain and the staff crew can automatically  raise windows on any side of the ship that they   need to either because of inclement weather or  cleaning so this is all really great space and you   may say I really like the idea though of stepping  out from my room into a balcony and celebrities   thought of that for you as well with the  flexibility to take these folded partition doors   and you can close one or both of those when you  want to separate perhaps with the open window   and outside balcony from someone who's doing  some other activity resting or just wanting to   stay inside the air-conditioned space in your  stateroom so this is a really easy to use very   kind of flexible system that is part of your life  that is part of your infinite veranda [Music]   foreign something helpful in this video I'd ask you to  give us a thumbs up
