Caveman For A Day Challenge

my nipple bigger this week on gmn we are doing an episode about meal replacement shakes and for the good mythical more we're going to have the guys make the ultimate DIY meal replacement shake so I've asked Kevin and Lizzie to go on the internet find a bunch of DIY recipes and then ask the crew to taste-test the shakes they make and decide which shake the guys will be making on the show alright so berry shake yes for sure green shake yes peanut butters shake yes and we want to do a fourth one there's like no other categories no let's do a fourth one just to throw off whoever the poor victims are that we're gonna give this to you gotta be smart about it though we have to have a reason for why it's gross we'll just say they're all these are all high in protein yeah yeah I am protein oh no wait yeah high protein so it's a meal replacement shake so we'll say this is the highest protein shake and then we put like like corned beef and eggs in it so I am most excited about the fourth shake yes rattling Kip asked Mike and Alex to do a number of odd things in the recent past this week on a good mythical more episode they asked them to become cavemen for an entire day to live their day like cavemen and they told them that they could wear whatever they want ah out in the wild where we belong you know oh I guess we kind of got to get into the caveman mentality but we got to do though it's hunt like they used to they just see racks know they get prey what no no you gotta be fast to survive in caveman land I'm the fastest guy alive I run faster than your car maybe but not faster than me bottom line is I'm the Alpha here Mike I'm the nerdy alpha oh come on I'm getting to the brontosaurus first I get to brontosaurus now know my gestures coming up be cool lines coming up - I this week that has to do with World Records and one of the World Records is for something called gurning which is essentially just making like the ugliest face possible so the winner of that episode gets to judge a mythical crew gurning contest and chase is taking photos of the crew making horrible faces give me the ugliest face than you have perfect 3 2 1 go like that's good can I have like an example looks like you just smelled something really bad I think that's all they got man I don't know it was it was really ugly yeah okay let me you just what it comes to well okay you could just do this is really what it's like having a sister I'm in charge of the vanilla cuz knowing you you're gonna pour this whole thing in there when it comes to extract you only need like a No [Music] this is the green one this is the green one well this is damp so he didn't make noises for everything acquitted it smells good next one is peanut butter can the peanut butter has peanut water is what that is okay so we're gonna do this in layers to make this one look super cool there's a whole body in it in fact if we cut it up or just throw it in you probably want to peel it you just pull that from the bottom so you notice that some monkeys do it wait be careful of that what do you want oh is that what that's supposed to look like I don't know use the one who knows what you're doing okay all right what easy does it seven there's a reason why they have me cook on the show now we blend taste like vanilla peanut butter yeah okay show me how you're gonna layer this yeah I have a feeling they're just gonna it's not gonna do what you think it's gonna shake number four the protein protein shape I've never opened the can but achievable why doesn't every cam ready it smells like dog food you can say that I like eggs but I don't like them coming out of a plastic sack Oh oh cool so you got all the liquid in four beans there yeah [Music] it's like the blenders trying to drown I gotta wait wait swallowing here for hours I'm gonna puke the cave guy life is not for you however for me it's one of the best days I've ever had okay guys you could do a little tasting for us here okay we have to figure out which one of these is gonna be the mythical obsession that we want to use in the more for the meal replacement episode I'm scared it's very tart this is not garbage looks like pea soup is it pea soup Cheers huh is it banana it's not as green tastes like cake yeah sort of carrot cake I thought it was gonna be more veggie like it's bubbling what was going on I got the bottom peanut butter yeah it's just so slimy like the liquid texture of its a liquid this is dumb I can tell already oh look at it human being you're fishing this yes there is tuna fish in this what it tastes like tuna fish there's corned beef and there's Greek yogurt cottage cheese two different kinds of beans and bean water a lot of eating garbage yep okay so I know you don't like the last one but you got to pick a winner at least out of those three for rhettandlink you know what I'm gonna I wanted to go okay well that was a unanimous decision yes green it is there's a little trick for you everybody at home you take it you twist it I did and then you do this right here and you're poor well do this right here you do this right here well I didn't cut it enough in the middle sorry
