Is the suit structurally damaged from his previous tests or is this suit not suitable to survive an explosion of that magnitude at point blank?

Is a grenade even going off on the suit? Dumbass question, but in the video the comments are full of people saying the grenade is visible flying off camera at a certain time stamp. I'm skeptical it even went off or was live in the first place.

Keep in mind, it’s not even an EOD8, it’s a search suit, I don’t even think anyone still uses them. But having said that, I don’t think a 9 or even an eod10 will take a full on contact w/ a frag, they are not protection from shock only metal and flame.
