hi my name is marina and I'm 8 years old today two chefs are gonna compete to make my dream I'm Rhea yeah I'm Katie so what do you think of which would eat I think they would eat frogs marina saying she wants a frog that's a very specific amphibian I wanna draw it for us this is a plate what that's a frog that's a good way to eat you know frog eats any ball so maybe I buy a frog gonna cook it and I would like broccoli oh yeah I love broccoli Marina likes broccoli I was impressed with the children that like vegetables I'm an adult and I don't eat vegetables she's not the message I want to send eat your broccoli kids you like cauliflower not really okay pink bro curry I thought AHA die cauliflower into pink and then she said she doesn't like cauliflower so whatever it would enjoy now oh thanks but daddy but it's okay yeah usually if you find a hair on your dish you will send it back but this time she asked for it because no switches are ugly or they need good hair yeah so this is like Hoshi if she eats this she's gonna like get some luscious locks going is she taking this hair from other people yeah she's ripping hairs out okay wise I'm kind of excited about the Flies not sure why so Marina what's kind of fruit ooh do you like I love the chocolate chocolate okay for any fruit you like I love grapes strawberries there's a lot going on on this plate but I am pretty confident that I can Wow marina and I'm just gonna sit back and work my magic like a wench okay I think we have everything we need this is great oh hey we go so here's my plan for frog I'm going to carve cantaloupe look like frog and youths crepes for eyes and put blueberry for the flights I'm going to make chocolate dipped strawberries with white chocolate wings on it for brokering I'm going to make pink mashed potato and blanched broccoli on top for the hair I'm going to make friends made out of melted sugar I'm gonna make a giant Oreo cookie sandwich with a strawberry cream filling I'm going to cover that in green candy melts make marshmallow eyes make some candy melt feet and legs and that's gonna be my frog then I'm gonna make flies out of chocolate-covered pretzels and some Raisinets then I'm gonna make some broccoli out of sugar cookies and a strawberry frosting with some freezer dried strawberries on the tops and finally I'm gonna make some hair out of cookie dough and put a little chocolate base on the bottom of that I'm gonna do mashed potato first but it's gonna take a while I hope it's gonna turn pink how are you gonna turn it pink are you using like a dye or I'm gonna start with beets and if it doesn't I'm pink on I have a food coloring yeah I don't want to use it if I don't need to uh-huh I'm gonna make my Oreo cookie dough right now I'm gonna cream my butter with my sugar I just got an egg and I added some vanilla extract I just put some flour cocoa powder some baking soda in here I am NOT gonna immediately do this I use this spatula to incorporate the sifted dry ingredients just so that it didn't get all over the place I think and then I either stay incorporated it a little bit more and now I'm using my hand to really like get it all together and then after I'm finished with this I'm gonna wrap it up in some some plastic wrap and I'll chill it for a little bit so now I'm going to make sure I keep the strawberries now I'm gonna make my sugar cookie dough I'm first gonna mix flour baking powder we've got salt pan oh oh just put my sugar in there but just so much sugar in my drawer I think Canadians sugar is a wet ingredient um so I'm just I think raises is fine Riya has more cooking so he seems like katie is very nervous she's messing up the process of making cookie but we are friends I want to support her no matter wha even though we are competitive okay well no trigger with the butter so that's okay we're okay I'm making white chocolate rings wait you're doing great really thank you your little wings look really real thank you Oreo cookie dough has chilled and I'm gonna do two things for it so this is gonna make like the body of the frog I'm gonna roll this out and cut it into two big circles and then I'm gonna try to make some like cookie spaghetti for the experiment of a lifetime so why it's the idea I like idea I'm taking this slime juicer I'm gonna squeeze go through it she showed me the limo squeeze are to make cookie hair and I'm not sure how it's gonna come out okay ready Oh God Oh cookie hair other crazy weird thing to save the cookie spaghetti works this is a thing we are making this effect okay so I'm gonna heat up now my potatoes are done I'm going to put them in a ricer with beet oh my goodness oh the beads coming in are scary secret to good mashed potato is don't use through the processor cause it makes it gummy so I used potato ray Turner and I'm putting a little butter that makes also I learned from this show that keeps love cheese so my dough has been chilling I'm now rolling it out and these are gonna be my pink broccoli cookies now I'm blonde she broke free nice you have to salt won't be like sea water right now I'm making the filling for the Frog cookie and the frosting for the broccolis so first I'm gonna do some cream cheese and butter I like to do the cream cheese that will cut the sweetness down a bit can't handle that okay I'm gonna add some strawberries we can always add you can't take away well this look like a fly that's like huge you forgot your fridge right now I'm gonna carve this Cointreau it's open mouth and I'm gonna stuff with grapes oh is that his feet yeah oh my god that's so cute mm-hmm I'm gonna crush some dehydrated strawberries at the very top of these guys so that they have the broccoli top so this is gonna be a ball look oh my god does it look like a frog though yeah I want to be his friend I'm so proud of myself right now so I'm gonna just put in a nice little Sun did you say you're so proud of yourself yeah look my frog I'm displaying yeah oh I begin a new side of you right now right now I'm whipping up some whipped cream and I'm gonna fold the frosting in just so that it's a lighter filling for the cookie okay great cookie done I'm gonna go put it in the fridge well you know my candy melts I'm melting sugar and it's gonna be look like a caramel and I've just melted some chocolate and I'm gonna be making my flies right now using chocolate-covered raisins and some clips so do you just eyeball when it's ready like you use a thermometer I was gonna eat some ohmmeter but I've done that before I feel like I know boy estimated myself oh no yeah I think it's too dark now sorry gotta go for that sugar hair I've made it before I'm pretty confident so I didn't look recipe but it's not walking we do redo take too mashed potatoes I don't really like mashed potatoes who doesn't like mashed potato I also put cheap in there I don't really like regular mashed potatoes so I just think I would don't like the pink ones either the pink much potato might have cost me for the competition wow that looks amazing I like how the Frog looks like that I really let the bugs it looks really artistic that's really good I'll try their broccoli next well he likes strawberries wow this tastes really good there's like chocolate-covered raisins what I made bugs tastes good the hair Wow and the hairs really good there's like brownie I think the letter pad is white chocolate then it doesn't taste that good ah she doesn't like the lily pad that was a last-minute decision I shouldn't have done it but it's the only thing she doesn't like so I think I'm still in the game look so which one did you like better the melon frog or the cake frog it's really hard to choose but I liked the melon ma because you want you got my
