hello everybody it's your boy zigzag and welcome back to Universe Sandbox you guys left a ton more suggestions and we are going to go through some of those today on our recent video we got a suggestion from Captain Crick to give the rocky planets in our solar system some water vegetation air and city lights so basically to terraform them and make them habitable let's do it here we are in our solar system let's start with Mercury Mercury is closest to Sun and has a very thin atmosphere composed mainly of oxygen sodium hydrogen and helium it also doesn't have any water on it and is extremely hot let's throw some water at it first let's go to tools and select material we were going too fast in simulation and completely missed it the water has just shot off into the space let's slow down the time and try again okay here we go now it's dropping on its surface but it's not staying there and just keep Vanishing but I know just the thing to do to make it hold on to it what we have to do is add a little bit more of hydrogen to its atmosphere and that should do it okay now we talking the water is staying put on the surface now [Music] I think there would be enough water now let's add some atmosphere to it since it's just five percent of Earth's mass so let's keep the atmosphere like that too [Music] okay cool I'm gonna change its atmosphere color to Yellow and let's give it red clouds [Music] okay nice now let's add some vegetation and city lights [Music] perfect and the vegetation [Music] all done let's take it for a spin and see if everything works out okay everything looks to be fine let's check the life likelihood we got some of it but it soon dropped to zero since it's so close to the Sun it wouldn't able to support life oh the water that got launched is still here and is orbiting the Sun the second rocky planet on our list is Venus also known as The Morning Star did you know that it's also called Earth's sister Planet due to its size being 95 similar to Earth and it has extremely thick atmosphere so instead of giving it more we will make it less thick its atmosphere is 93 times more massive than the earth since it's almost similar to Earth and size so let's make it 90 of Earth atmosphere [Music] well look in it without its massive atmosphere it's looking beautiful look at the details on it gorgeous looking Planet let's add some water to it how the water is settling down on the surface is very cool its topography consists of vast planes towering volcanoes and deep Rifts that's why instead of covering a single area water is spreading in forms of isolated water bodies [Music] okay it's enough water I think let's turn on the atmosphere and clouds what I want to do is I want to change its colors let's go with purple [Music] awesome [Music] and for the clouds let's make them dark well I think it's looking cool let's also turn on the city lights to make it more amazing okay now let's go to composition and check out its life likelihood great its habitability has increased to 16 and Earth similarity has gone up to 44 percent the next planet on the list is Mars so let's get close to the red planet did you know that Mars is home to the largest volcano and has one of the longest canyons in the solar system okay cool let's start with giving it an atmosphere it already has one but it's very thin so since it's about 10 percent of Earth's mass let's give it an atmosphere equal to that of Earth okay now let's throw some water onto it I upload Universe Sandbox videos regularly hit the Subscribe button to see more I put a lot of effort in making these videos if you are enjoying this please give it a thumbs up thanks alright let's turn on the atmosphere and clouds and adjust their colors [Music] for atmosphere let's go with red to live up to its name of red planet and let's make the clouds yellowish green let's turn on the city lights awesome and of course the vegetation but let's change its color also [Music] how awesome it's looking right now fantastic the life likelihood has gone above 11 and Earth's similarity is around 66 percent not bad right next we are doing Pluto but before that let's make a quick stop at Venus I just can't stop thinking about it gorgeous isn't it okay let's do Pluto now it's very dark out here so let's turn on Surface lock to see it better the icy surface you are seeing is not water ice but Frozen nitrogen methane and carbon monoxide it has no water but before adding any water let's give it an atmosphere it is very smaller in size to Earth but because it is extremely far away from the Sun I am giving it an atmosphere equal to Earth so that it can entrap some heat and get a little warm to support life let's adjust the atmosphere opacity okay and let's throw some water on it [Music] all right let's turn on the clouds and adjust their color [Music] Also let's turn on the city lights [Music] and the vegetation [Music] okay let's check out its habitability it has reached 7.5 percent which is great considering it is so far away from the Sun hit the Subscribe button to see more Universe Sandbox videos and if you like this video give it a thumbs up if you have any suggestion drop it in the comments below thanks for watching this and I will see you in next video foreign
