Can Marbles Stand On His Hind Legs?

I feel like it's gonna take a special type of person to sit down and watch a video like this just as much as I think it takes a special type of person to own a chihuahua Chihuahuas require a lot of patience a lot of love their five pounds of just pure delightful stupid I made a video a while back where I did nothing but try and teach marble how to sit on a hard surface because he will only sit on the carpet and a lot of people have been asking me how is that going and to be honest with you I've kind of given up a little bit there's rare occasions where I've seen Marvel stand on his hind legs this I literally have video footage of it I just want to see if I could teach my 11 year old five-pound Chihuahua how to stand on his hind legs since adding a fourth dog to our mix a very large dog he's already command a lot of attention bunny takes up a lot of our attention and time because she's still learning how to be a dog it is really nice every once in a while to just give marble the one-on-one attention personalized treat and training that he deserves do you think he's gonna even understand the concept no you understand that the risk of making a video like this just like the one where he had him sit there's a possibility that this nothing's gonna happen let's just get everybody's expectations on the same page I'm gonna try I've seen him do it which is why I know it is possible because I wouldn't want him to do something that like his body isn't physically capable of I've seen him stand I told you I literally have video footage of him landing although we might not get the results that we're looking for as people the most important thing is that we're spending lovely one-on-one time with our little boy who deserves okay show us your sick show is that yes 100% success rate my marble I'm gonna teach you a new trick okay I'm gonna teach you my goal right now is just to get him to look up because it seems like all he wants to do is bury his face into the carpet and do cute things which he already know his works very well okay okay that's not really what I'm looking for would you look up like I said in marble sit video he was my only dog for two years before I got Kermit it took me an entire year to teach him how to sit so I am no stranger to the amount of patience then it might take to teach him anything else follow the treat with your eyes I don't know why it's moving farther and farther away up look up look up in the year it's like everything that would possibly help him survive he just suppresses because he'd just rather be cute well it's food yes good boy yes good boy look okay I know it doesn't look like progress but that is huge progress no but look yes completely oh good oh she's pissed by the temper tantrum toddler I'm gonna try a new approach since I'm just trying to get him to look up I'll drop the treat once he looks up when you had to reward a dog for looking up in the air no that was a good one I think buddy's super jealous right oh yeah yes that's good looking up so she could get closer to the treat yeah when you truly food dripping hey that's not for you Oh bunny I'm so jealous soon as I hear your cooing voice he did a little jump jump a little tiny jump I think the trick is with him is that I do really have to like give the command and then give him five minutes to process he needs a little while to think about it should I try it on the hardwood floor because then he won't be inclined to just lay down on it maybe if we put him on the hardwood floor since he we know he doesn't like to sit and lay on it he'll actually sit those are good little jump tiny so I'm having a little more luck getting him to look up on the hardwood bunnies cheering by the other know she wants trees we'll just make really unpleasant noises something I think something not for the yeah Julian I don't think that that's helpful [Music] I know that would usually work he jumped he jumped I don't have a military-grade cameras I couldn't capture that job do you see we have to get like the forward momentum and the excitement and then he can jump up as he goes back okay come on forward momentum upward momentum momentum upward yes good yeah it's working yeah he's light on his feet like my god do you see because he wouldn't even look up the greatness she's gonna be competing in back yes come on they're all so mad there isn't it full inquire in the other room you can do it you can do anything you dream of mobile someday we're gonna teach you how to jump up just like peachy and you'll fly from the ground into my arms alright I'm gonna work a little bit Julian's gonna go console the other dogs that are having extreme jealousy of marble learning a new trick alone hi crazy girl pays to cry kids here you go sweetheart threshold when he's gonna get bored and whatever but I'm just gonna keep doing this for a little bit so that we can see if he has any progress or none what he's already made progress and think of all the time that we get to spend it oh good job he just really enjoys this time and he deserves it because I feel like in a house full of hounds you know it's often just about the hounds and he needs his own little special good boy see but if I keep holding it till he does it he gets a little frustrated oh good job good blah do you think he has the balance to do that for more than like a second No remember up good Oh are you impressed with the jumper was super impressed I honestly did not think he was going to get to be jumping you don't see do it like I said in the wild I mean it's funny because usually you're trying to teach your dog to not do this right for more bold it's like no get in there but Eddie oh good one oh good boy this is the stupidest thing I've ever seen but for marble-like he really doesn't do anything you know that little jumping is a very very large movement this is 10 times more impressive than when you got says you think yeah you kidding he's good boy oh he's so athletic look at it oh yes you dunk on a marble I'm trying to get him to extend you know yeah I know you can't really do it that well but no you count a little bit good well it was a big one we'll also keep in mind when you do that the place he had a leash on yeah so you kind of tug on it not for me my mom you had a harness song and it start out hey you know what Wow marble yeah wow what are you not impressed she's 11 years old is this not just a metaphor for life like it doesn't matter oh yes how far along in life you are it's never too late just to learn how to stand on your own legs Wow oh good yeah it's like super impressive he's big he's so physically incapable of everything I know the honey they're all jealous but you know what you're always such a good quiet sweet boy when they're getting trained - huh you proud of yourself I mean considering that like I can teach him how to stand on his own two legs you'd think I could teach him how to eat out of a bowl but I can't I'm impressed that he no longer needs his running head start here oh good are you getting a little tired of this is that fun can be mumble yeah I'm so proud of you are you proud of yourself two more bites a treat here in my hands if you want honey come here grand finale bud whoa ten out of ten just because I'm little doesn't mean that I don't also like learning new tricks I can do it I can I'm smart I just need like several hours at a time but you know what's so cute about him is that he's really patient like after that whole time like you don't even training Kermit or other dogs that get really frustrated and then they just give up like he didn't give up no I think he's too stupid to give up that's gonna be me but if he doesn't think there's other option yeah and also I think like you know when like frustration stacks up mm-hmm and then a dog will quit well as the frustration stacks up for marvels he forgets it so it's like disappearing like I said I know you have to be a certain type of person we'll watch a video like this and I think you have to be a certain type of person to make a video like this because it requires a lot of patience but I'm so proud of you do you like your brothers and sisters out so your dog you coming yes we all know that you can sit okay let's see how long it takes people a Oh two seconds that's what we're trying to teach you not to do look at these ones yes we all Marvel that's you someday you'll see this marble that's you oh do you know that took marble hours to learn how to do oh oh see that's why I'm still nice to train him alone as tall as me yeah good here are you cheated well-marbled I know that to some people it doesn't really seem that impressive and that this was really boring but to me bud I'm so proud of you and I
