Gojo and SUkuna are by far the strongest  characters in Jujutsu Kaisen. But how do they fair   in the much stronger universe of Chainsaw Man? Can  they even keep up with with some of the stronger   devils? It’s actually much more complicated than  it may seem. So today we’re going to be matching   Gojo and Sukuna up against the 5 strongest  characters in chainsaw man to see how they do. The weakest strongest devil that we’re going to  be matching Gojo and Sukuna up against is the   Doll Devil. The doll devil is dangerous  in general for 2 reasons. First of all,   she has the ability to turn any humans she touches  into dolls. As far as we know this doesn’t work   on devils or hybrids but that doesn’t really  apply here. This means she can easily raise   an army of people and she can manipulate the  bodies of the dolls she creates, turning their   arms into swords or making them act like humans.  This gives her a huge level of flexibility as   there seems to be very few limitations to  how she changes people. For all we know,   if one of these dolls touched Sukuna he would  instantly turn into a doll. Now, obviously Sukuna   isn’t dumb enough to let 1 touch him for free  but what about 100, or 1,000, or 10,000? Sure   he could open his domain but this brings me to the  second reason the doll devil is so strong; as long   as there is 1 single doll alive, the doll devil  can repopulate. So in Sukuna’s case he would have   to kill every single doll under the devils control  in existence without getting touched a single time   and that just seems kind of unreasonable. Gojo  could fair a bit better for 1 reason; Infinity.   You can get turned into a doll if you can’t get  touched, so in that aspect Gojo is going to fair   quite well. But, this does mean he cannot use  his domain for ths battle as technique burn out   will obviously disable infinity. But is infinity  enough for Gojo to win? The answer is maybe. If   he can figure out what’s going on fast enough  he could kill the dolls faster than the doll   devil can create them as he was able to kill  like 1000 transfigured humans in 5 minutes,   and that was bare handed. Really te  only thing Gojo and Sukuna have to worry   about here is running out of cursed energy before  they kill all the dolls, and I don’t think that’s   likely to happen considering the 6 eyes  and Sukuna’s efficiency. The Main reason   I wanted to showcase the Doll Devil is to help  illustrate just how strong the world of chainsaw   man will get. Because even the next strongest  devil dwarfs the Doll devil by a WIDE margin. It’s the Gun Devil. Here’s the issue with the  Gun Devil; we’ve only seen it’s 20% form. This   means we really have no idea how strong the 100%  form is or how it’s abilities might change. So,   we’ll be taking a look at the 20% form because  it’s still PLENTY powerful. To be honest,   I think this one might be easier for Gojo  to defeat than the Doll Devil, because it   is just 1 being, meaning that he doesn’t need to  worry about it surviving. Why is it only good for   Gojo? We’ll this is kind of a bad matchup for  Sukuna. The 20% Gun devil attacks soley with   bullets, and can attack from a range of over  1,500. It essentially sets a condition for   killing within a certain radius, before carrying  out a massacre. For instance, he can shoot a   bullet through the hearts of every person born  within a certain month, or through the head of   everyone within a certain age group OR aimed at  a specific person. This means that Sukuna would   be under constant highly destructive gun fire for  the entire durration of their fight. The damage   Gun is acapable of doing seems on par if not more  destructive than Sukuna’s domain, so he would have   to basically withstand his own domain for their  entire fight. While I don’t think it’s impossible   for Sukuna to sustain that kind of damage, he  would need to use Reverse Cursed Technique a LOT   to mitigate the damage, meaning he would run  though his cursed energy relatively quickly.   The Gun Devil is also highly durable as it took  Makima summoning 5 devils to beat him, so even if   Sukuna did open his own domain or used his other  techniques on the target, it probably wouldn’t do   that much damage. Pretty much his only chance for  survival is hoping the slash that cuts the world   does major damage to Gun in a way that either  limitis it;s capabiliies or cuts through him in   a way that prevent shim from healing. But even  launching the slash the cuts the world might not   be easy considering Sukuna needs to charge it with  chanting and hand signaling which would leave him   unable to use RCT for a decent amount of  time. While I don’t think it’s impossible   to Sukuna ot win here I don’t think he has an  easy time. At least not as easy of a time as Gojo,   because infinity should just stop all the bullets.  As far as we know they are just normal bullets   without special grpoerties besides their aim,  so the gun devil should have literally no way to   damage Gojo. This is going to be a recurring theme  against the strongest in chainsaw man; many of   them struggle to counter infinity because cursed  weapons and domain amplification don’t exist in   chainsaw man. But there are a few that can get  through it, which we’ll be talking about later. But for now, we’re moving on to the hybrids.  There is where the scaling and comparison between   chainsaw man and jujutsu kaizen get a bit weird.  Hybrids, on the surface, are much weaker than   Gojo and Sukuna. None of them have abilities that  can truly threaten either of these two, and none   of them have the durability to outright survive  attacks like hollow purple or strong dismantle.   And yet, they are immortal. We’ve seeen it time  and time again where hybrids get torn apart,   sliced apart, thrown around and poked full of  holes only to be fine pages later. This raises   the question of whether or not Sukuna and Gogjo  would be able to beat these opponents that are   other wise far inferior. I think it’s likely  they could find a way because the power gap   is so large. By beating the hybrids over and over  again, Gojo and Sukuna should be able to trial and   error way in to killing them without worrying too  much about depleting their cursed energy pools or   feeling truly threatened. I think two possible  ways to kill the hybrids are potentiallyHollow   purple and the open technique in combination  with Malevolent shrine. These were the two ways   Mahoraga was defeated, and that shikigami needed  to be killed in one hit, so I I think using these   methods should be somewhat effective in killing  the hybrids. Hollow purple might work if Gojo   puts a lot of cursed energy behind it and makes  it larger than the body of the hybrids as they   would pretty much be completely vaporized in that  case. Another possible way to win is to put them   in a situation where they can’t regenerate,  like putting their head inside a box that is   too small to regen a box from or just eating their  entire body and digesting it. Hey, tt’s worked for   others. But it probably wouldn’t work for the next  strongest Devil in Chainsaw Man: Chainsaw Man. We could debate on where Chainsaw Man is too far  down on this phsudoe ranking but that’s not what   we’re here to talk about. We’re hear to talk about  why these two should probably actually be able to   beat Chainsaw Man. Not easily though, it would  definitely be a hard and close battle. Chainsaw   Man has 3 main advantages that would make Gojo  and Sukuna struggle; His Speed, His Battle IQ,   and his regeneration abilites. For his speed, he  was able to completely outspeed the hell devil,   which is another extremely powerful devil. Even  the Hybrids could not keep up with him with the   exception of Bomb, who had to use explosions to  keep up and Quanxi, who is Quanxi. For his battle   IQ, he just fights like a monster. Every move he  makes is calculated to kill and do so effectively.   He single handedly won a 7 on 1 and did so in  the most optimal way possible. He also ripped   out his own heart and reformed his body around  it after kicking it backt o earth in order to   survive an attack from Makima, which is a huge  feat of intelligence and is the main example   for his insane regeneration abilities. Coming  back from just a heart is not something anyone   in Jujutsu Kaisen can do and I don’t think we’ve  seen anyone ese in chainsa man do it either, but a   few can probably come close. Chainsaw Man is also  incrediblities perceptive as he was able to locate   and ensnare 4 opponents from the middle of the sky  and successfully dismembered all of them. He is a   BEAST as an individual fighter, and to be honest,  I would love to see him go head to head with   Sukuna. Two four armed beasts fighting recklessly,  both incredibly intelligent in their own right. If   there were to ever be a cross over between these  two series this is one of thos fights that would   just have to happen. But I do think Sukuna takes  it ever so slightly, mostly because of the slash   the cuts the world, in conjunction wit his  domain. Despite his regenerative abilities,   Chainsaw man can take damage, especially from  strong attacks like Makima’s 1000 year spear.   This makes me think an attack like strong dimantle  would be effective against the devil as well,   and in Sukuna’s domain his healing would  have to further protect him from the constant   slashes. Obviously this whole idea goes to shit  if Sukuna gets too damaged in his domain and   it collapses though, so I think this is mostly a  first strike wins kinda strat. If Sukuna can open   his domain and land a Strong Dimantle, the rest of  the slashes should be enough for the devil to be   dismembered to a point that could be considered  losing. But if Sukuna opens his domain and gets   hurt before he can kill cchainsaw man, then he  just loses becaus ehis domain collapses and he   enters cursed technique burn out. As for Gojo,  well, Chainsaw Man has no way to get through   infinity… so he can just have a fun time until  he beats the devil. Damn, Infinity is so broken. And it will also help Gojo against our next  strongest Devil. The one and only; Makima. Makima   vs Gojo is a fight that has been covered a LOT.  So, I’m going to keep is as brief as possible.   Gojo probably wins. The main issue for him is  Makima’s pseudo invincibilities as a restul of her   contract with the Japanese Prime Minister allowing  her to transfer ant of her injuries to Japanese   Citizens. Depending on how exactly this works, he  would have to kill Makima like a hundred million   times, and as a Japanese Citizen himself, he would  probably die in the process of killing her unless   he can figure out a way to kill her that prevents  the contract from actiavting, like eatting her or   killing her in 1 hot and vaproizing her from  existence. Luckily he has just the ability to   do that. Plus makima likely doesn’t have a way  to get through infinity. In the death battle   they claimed her force shorts could get through  infinity but I don’t really think this is true,   at least not based on my interpretation. I awayst  though it was just like a strong blast of energy   or something, not a space ignoring shot. I think  there is a possiblity that the weapons she summons   could ignore infinity similar to the Inverted  Spear fo Heaven if they’re strong enough as they   do sometimes have secondary effects, but who  knows if she can choose the effect or if she   would have to get lucky. Regardless,  she has no way around Unlimitied void,   so I doubt Makima really has a way  to beat Gojo if he opens his domain. Sukuna on the other hand, would have to get  unconventional to beat her. See. Sukuna likely   isn’t considered a Japanese citizen considering  that he lived well before the modern Japanese   Citizen system was created. This means he should  be exempt from her damage spreading ability,   meaning that if he survives long enough  against makima he could run through all   100 million japanes civlians preventing  her from healing and subsequently killing   her. This would not be an easy task though, as  Makima has a huge variety of offensive options   at her disposal. If she learns Sukuna’s name  she might be able to squash him like a bug.   She can also use any combination of the devils  under her control to fight against him like the   fox devil zombie devil and angel devil. Sukuna  would pretty much have to draw his domain if   he really wants a chance at killing Makima  100 million times. This inherintely puts   him at risk as Makima is capable of summon  weapons that do major damage to Chainsaw Man,   meaning they would definitely pose a threat to  Sukuna and could destroy his domain. But he does   have another option rather than trying to kill her  100 millin times. He could just eat her. I mean,   he is a cannibal and it did work for denji. If  Sukuna opens his domain, cuts Makima to bits and   just heats her like Human Tartare, that might work  for him as well. In fact I think this is probably   his best chance at winning. And I guess this is  technically a possibility for Gojo too I guess. Primal Devils and why they are  completely out of JJKs league  Anyway, the next strongest devils are where we  hit a wall with Gojo and Sukuna. It’s the primal   devils. The primal devils are the devils based on  humanities primal fears. That is, fears that were   ingrained in humanity back during the primitive  ages due to evolutionary need for survival. At   this point in time we know of 3; Fire, Falling,  and Darkness. These are the strongest beings in   the chainsaw man universe. They have never been  killed, and never been beating. Even Makima has   very little power when compared to them,  and the times that they have shown up they   have created carnage on a level that makes the  shibuya incident look like a minor car crash. Take for instance the darkness devil, who  dismembered many of the strongest characters   in a series in a matter of seconds, and made  the doll devil physically invincable. Or the   falling devil who’s ability to make people  fall messed with gravity so bady that it   created tsunamis across the globe in her few  minutes of appearance. Or the fire devil who   can apparently take any appearance it wants to,  and can give that power to others. Each primal   devil has enough power to pretty much end humanity  on earth, and as such i don’t think Sukuna or Gojo   can really stand a chance. Maybe GOjo could put  up a fight against the falling devil since her   abilities mostly related to gravity and he should  be unaffected by those, but these devils have so   much regenerative power and so much health that  even a hollow purple would do next to nothing to   them. Sure it might do some damage as denji  cutting Falling up did some as well, but she   was healed seconds later so it would probably be  the same for anything Gojo throws her way. As for   offensces, Darkness also has the ability to bypass  infinity, as it can damage people directly without   any kind of physical contact, meaning it can  easily bypass infinity and make Gojo hemorage from   within. And considering that Gojo is a stronger  entity in the universe of Chainsaw Man, I think   it’s safe to say Sukuna would not have  a chance against these devils either. But these actually aren’t the strongest devil  chainsaw Man. There is one that’s stronger and   that’s the death devil. This is confrimed by the  Famine deilv who says Death is the most feared   devil of them all. But, we can’t really dictate  exactly how these kind of match ups would go,   as we haven’t actually been introduced  to the death devil yyet. Regardless,   it is the DEATH devil and it is  stronger than the prima devils so,   there is really no why Gojo and  Sukuna could beat this devil.
