Before the recent material price insanity a local outfit that sells Amish built sheds and cabins was doing fully built out cabins, drywall, plumbing and all, for under 50k. There are a number of them around where I live used as a full time residence.
I had my storage shed built by them, they delivered with a gooseneck dump bed and mini forklift. When we moved I paid them $300 to come out, pick it up and move it, leveled set up and all.

It might be an option for some people to move a shed they have to their off grid land or it's also possible to find sheds for sale that are less expensive than building something new. A shed the size of the one in the video is surely big enough for some peoples off grid needs.

Had my 25 yr old 12x24 shed moved by some guys that had a “shed mule “ and a tilt deck trailer with rollers built in to the deck.
The tracked shed mule gizmo is very perfect for moving them into backyards etc .
Looking viable for the future of rent the dirt lot no utilities and go totally independent of the grid, on a bare cheap yard, tell no one , and living cheap
Things that only happen in america. Everyone else would just have rebuild it.
