Can a Model Handle STIHL Timbersports?

[Music] so we made it here today enshrine North Carolina we're having to be trained by a professional lumberjack like a fog ax throwing you name it we got it here today's just day one we're gonna be getting ready for the steel timber sports competition so stay tuned because there's so much more action here to come [Music] timber sports basically if you got the old-school technique of how they took down a tree the technique is the same the equipment is totally out of sight if you can't get that log seven in twenty seconds now you might not even advance to the next round that comes down to mental toughness [Music] I didn't be able to do that I mean it looks like it's a lot scarier than I thought it was just stay positive and focus slow and steady practice hard don't get hurt okay guys Here I am I'm going to meet my trainer Dave do it and he is a timber sports superstar timber sports so you want to learn how to be a lumberjill yes okay today's a training day tomorrow you compete boy you're halfway there you've got the plaid shirt welcome to the axe throwing competition you have one x 20 feet back from the target it's a double-bladed axe let me see this thing all right just feel the axe out remember throw and the follow-through release here right about there I'm kind of scared actually perfect it's dangerous I'm operating like serious equipment here that wasn't so good you just have to bring it down remember hands at the bullseye [Applause] you do it you do it hey Lauren are you ready for the single buck this is called the misery whipped because it uses every muscle in your body let's set the sauce straight in the wood and my legs are gonna do the work [Music] so the saw is actually really hard to work I'm working up you know a wedge in there for you take the tension off [Music] how long does that normally take you seven seconds Wow what fastest if anyone has ever done it seven seconds that's me that's you you get it it's your misery with the misery whip okay Lauren we're gonna do the stalks Olivette I've always kind of had a little bit of a fear of chainsaws [Music] well so the head judge is gonna look at these two disks make sure they're complete this okay make sure that blue line is still there I think I can do it [Music] yeah I can feel that in that machine that engine and through my whole body it was like oh you have to take a disk that is tradition I'm so anxious to see how you're gonna do tomorrow whoo-hoo I'm pumped so here we are and it's competition day right now they're just going over the rules I feel good about the upcoming events that I trained for yesterday I'm still very nervous because I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing [Music] on competition day we're gonna do the ax throw that bulls how you drilled yesterday we'll see if we can do that again [Music] it was easy yesterday oh you want to show me how to do it a lot of people try to throw the accent over rotates it'll go under the target over the target will bounce off the target last effort they put in the better they'll throw [Applause] disappointed my axe throwing event but you know on to the next event hopefully I do better next time with the single buck the most important thing for Lauren to remember watch the teeth going into the wood focus on that one point the single buck saw and I was dreading it but you know it was better than I expected could've done it I'm glad I actually got through the log so I would say it was successful for the stock saw what's important go fast but stay focused be under control and have to complete this timers ready contestants ready I'm not sure how she's gonna do most competitors on their first try have a little trouble with the start [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] so stock stock experience was so amazing whoa the audience was cheering for me that whole event was just awesome all together we all had bets that you might disqualify in the stocks on you made to actually perfect dis within the 4-inch line stocks also toughest events on my mind your champion good luck in your next challenge [Music] so awesome guys join me on my next adventure
