Hi everyone! I'm excited to finally upload my first YouTube video This is my first time recording my build process... plz be kind :) Feel free to turn off CC; there's just a few details I may need to mention ^^ I filmed this with an iPhone 15 Pro Max... I am no expert but I did my best filming it! Also, this is simply an unboxing/build, and it is not a tutorial! Full build details/parts are in the description below! If i did have to give a tip, it would be to read the manual... it will help you a ton! and to also watch tutorials and tips online (Shout out JayzTwoCents lol) This was my first time using a contact frame and replacing Intel's stock loading mechanism I did some research and wanted to try it for myself But it's supposed to help secure Intel CPU's for slightly better pressure and thermals I wasn't sure if this is only beneficial for 12th gen models, but after some researching, I found that many still use contact frames for newer gen models, and they are extremely inexpensive (camera slowly dragging down lol) I was originally going to get G.Skill's Trident Z, but I noticed that this XPG had "ROG Certified" boost clocking Since most of my PC consists of compatible ASUS ROG Parts, I figured this would be worth a try! And to top it off, the mirror look is very cool... On a side note, I have unboxed this AIO and tested it on my older PC to see if it works, since I bought it from Mercari... so if you wonder why it looks slightly used... well... because it is and she works perfectly ^^ these fans that I took out are unfortunately not going to be used since I wanted to use Lian Li's fans So subscribe if you want these fans! also don't take me too seriously :) I missed a spot oops In this case, I had to use my own thermal paste since I have already used the AIO's stock thermal paste on my old PC I know there's a big debate on how to properly apply thermal paste but I'm listening to JayzTwoCents (shout out, once again!) and I am using the spatula method I used Isopropyl cleaning wipes to clean and remove the old thermal compound! I also made sure it was dry before directly applying it Time to finally use this beautiful case! I know what you're thinking... I have peeled some plastic off beforehand... but don't worry, I kept most of the other parts on for later ^^ Believe it or not, I was mostly excited to unbox the PSU it's a PSU model sold only in China, but I found it on Newegg and the cables matched the aesthetic I was going for! I did notice that these cables are thinner and they contain more wires than your regular 24-pin cables... very odd The cable combs I had did not properly comb them... I'll have to look into thinner cable combs and a cable comb for the 12VHPWR as well... I decided to go with Gigabyte's RTX 4070 Ti Super AERO (what a name...) My original goal was to get ASUS TUF's 40 Super Series, but I failed to get my hands on one. Gigabyte's GPU still matches the build's aesthetic very well, so it all worked out... Sorry, this is all the cable management you'll see from me... peeling time ^^ That pretty much wraps up the building process... Thank you for watching! Now for the final setup, aka the best part... Thanks for watching, like and subscribe for more!
