This will be the base of the locomotive The large pneumatic cylinder is too big to fit in the locomotive Instead I will use two small cylinders (both modified for more airflow) The switch is modified too, it's almost impossible to make a engine with small cylinders to run with a non-modified switch This is the output Thanks to the modified parts, the engine runs smooth on the firts go The switch have some play tho, I will fix this with a rubber band Not a huge difference, but still better Now let's try to fit the engine on the locomotive A loop of regular LEGO train track to try it on I'm using an air compressor to run it It runs, bur poorly Adding a weight to get better traction I'm also changing the flywheel to a bigger one It still runs poorly tho The train barely gets enough power to run, hopefully the worm gear will create more torque I will also move the engine to the center to get more traction The flywheel is to small It runs better! But slower :( It's really wobbly too Yeah, it's pretty bad Maybe a part 2 will be needed ;)
