foreign foreign foreign foreign foreign foreign foreign thank you foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] foreign foreign [Applause] [Music] [Music] foreign [Music] [Applause] [Music] foreign foreign foreign foreign [Applause] all right foreign [Applause] thank you foreign [Music] foreign foreign [Music] foreign foreign foreign thank you foreign and the patio is complete usually I do commentary throughout a video like this but for this project this might not be a thousand percent correct or the way that somebody else might do this so this isn't really a how-to video this is a how I video how I did my patio if you have questions leave them below but right now I'm going to try and answer some of them the Timbers that I used are six by six Hemlock landscape timbers they are pressure treated and they're rated for ground contact and I used a something called cut and treat on any of the cuts that will help them be preserved while they're in the ground I used 12 inch spikes some people use 24 inch rebar I just did this I think that looks a little better sometimes you would have these stacked on top of each other but I just did one row so I dug my trenches and I made this whole thing pitched away from the house just a little bit the the entire thing plus under here when I graded everything I graded it away from the house just for water runoff and then I did this little flower bed right here I put this up higher this is actually level and you can see the Stone running down pitched to the driveway I wanted this level so it would Define this flower bed area and then I did Mulch and I am probably gonna have to get a new plant because that one is looking a little sad I repainted the foundation just to brighten things up and I got some brand new patio furniture this is Ashley Furniture I got it at a local discount store if I can find it online I'll leave a link in the description I just so happen to have this concrete pad right here it was in the woods I don't know what it was used for maybe a boiler at one time but I repurposed it for my fire pit area this is a solo stove love that thing so I think this is going to be a great place to just hang out all that's left really is for my grass to grow but there's nothing much I can do about that I did everything I could it even got washed out one day the first day I seated it so I had to reseed it and then I put topsoil down and it's starting to come up but it's a little patchy and then lastly I put down the 3 8 Stone this color is golden brown I went with 3 8 because it's a little easier to walk on and it does move around a little bit some people mix in concrete dust and make it stick together there's also a clear liquid that you can spray on this to make it flat but I'm gonna see how it goes let's see if I get annoyed by rocks being kicked out all over the place but for right now it's great so that's it I hope you enjoyed and if you haven't subscribed yet definitely consider it for more videos like this thanks for watching we'll see on the next one foreign
