Building a Catio and Catio design ideas.

[Music] hey guys I thought everyone might want to see our new catio 2019 designed and built this year so come and take a look so this is the front door as we approach the new patio this is the outdoor litter box where they can go and do their business outside but let's go ahead and take a look inside [Music] come on in to the new catio so that's our carpet so there's a lot of different things in here but let me show you some of the shelving so this is the shelving and this is the little guy he is having a ball so the shelving runs in various stages and they can run and jump and and play and hop up and then there's this big guy this is lucky he likes to Sun himself we have bird feeders out here too feeders for them to watch the birds my wife put matting down so they can get a good grip when going and the shelving runs all the way across to the other side and then they can come down this log that we got out of the woods and and secured to the floor as well as this one here and we made some other little shelves in the log and some rope let me show you some of the plants that we just put in [Music] okay we got some ferns here with them to bat away and play we got some ivy we have some pom and for them to drink we got a little fountain let me show you how they get in and out so we have a pet door here that goes into the kitchen so they go in and out of the pet door and they can jump up we got some hammocks forum and this little guy up here and then along the far side we have some cat paw lights all solar and we have rope lighting and at night the rope lights are really nice [Music] [Music] so the catio build is 8 by 12 and it has a plastic shingle roof and it's angle so the water and leaves will come off it and then here in the corner we have wireless cameras which will connect to our phones so we can watch the cats at any time of the day or no matter where we are so this is the catio from the outside and we'll do a little walk around we got some hanging plants that'll attract hummingbirds here's the bird feeders - decorations and they can come out at any time we had help with a carpenter Lou and a bunch of other stuff we did ourselves and it's uh pretty much finished finally got it done sir it's our dream can do and there's two [Music] so that's pretty much it hopefully you liked our new caddy Oh everybody's been enjoying it they're all fine in their new spots [Music] [Music]
