meze is a must for those tables. I will give six delicious meze recipes prepared with Sütaş labneh. They taste completely different, but the table you set with them

suitable for every budget and taste. And I made all of them in one hour. Do you wonder how?
Let's begin. 'CACIK' WITH LABNEH & POTATO The first meze is
'cacık' with labneh and potato. It sounds different, but
you are going to love it. We have only a few ingredients. Boiled potato, dill, cucumber, garlic,
lemon juice, salt, black pepper and Sütaş labneh. Firstly, I am mashing
the potato with a fork. All these recipes are for 4 people, but
you can scale the ingredients depending on how many people
you want to dine with. A medium-sized potato is fine for me. It is easy to mash the potato
as it is boiled just now. You can make this recipe the day after. I recommend storing
the potato in the fridge after boiling it. You can mix the day after. As you see, my potato is mashed
easily since it is hot. Now, I will add 2 cloves of minced garlic. Let's add the garlic. I will chop a little dill. 7-8 sprigs of dill are enough,
but make sure you use the leaves only. Don't use the stems as they taste bitter. We want that great taste of dill. Chop them finely. All these recipes... The longest one takes 20 minutes. I will set a wonderful table in one hour. Let's add the dill. I will grate the cucumbers.
I need some of their juice. Use the wide side. Let's add the cucumbers too. I will squeeze half of a lemon. Now... Easy. Some salt.
Remember that the potato has no salt. A little black pepper. Let's mix the ingredients with a fork. The juice of the cucumbers
mixes with the potato. The garlic is mixed too. Now, the finishing touch
with Sütaş labneh. I added 2 tablespoons of Sütaş labneh
and mixed everything. Our first meze is ready. Let's taste it now. I am struck by the fresh dill and garlic. It is incredible thanks to
the crunchy cucumbers mashed potatoes,
and soft labneh. Let's serve it now. We will see all of them
on the table at the end. DRIED TOMATO SPREAD
WITH LABNEH & WALNUTS The next recipe is dried tomato spread
with labneh and walnuts. It is incredibly simple. Dried tomatoes, walnuts, garlic,
dried thyme, and Sütaş labneh. My dried tomatoes are soaked in oil. If you have regular dried tomatoes soak them in hot water
for 15 minutes before using them. Now, I will use a food chopper. It would be better
if you put them in order. Don't mix everything at once. Let's chop the tomatoes and walnuts first. Dried tomatoes and walnuts are ready. Add one clove of garlic and
as much thyme as you want. You may use cumin or dried mint
if you would like. Thyme is fine for me. A pinch of thyme. I add 2 tablespoons of Sütaş labneh. That is it. The colour is perfect. Let's remove the blade. You may use it
as a spread or dipping sauce. You can also eat it right away. I will taste it now. Perfect. It doesn't need more salt. It has the salty taste of dried tomatoes. The taste of labneh, walnuts,
and garlic covers the palate. It is amazing. I will serve it and put it aside. EGGPLANT SALAD WITH LABNEH You will love this recipe. We will make eggplant salad with labneh.
I have only a few ingredients. There are 2 medium roasted eggplants. Salt, black pepper,
paprika, one clove of garlic. I will use the zest of a lemon, and I will combine them with Süthaş labneh. I will dice the garlic
before the eggplants. Then, I will place the eggplants
and keep dicing. Some salt and black pepper. Lastly, lemon zest. Let's put this mixture in a bowl. The eggplant mixture is ready.
So simple. We can add Sütaş labneh now. The eggplant salad with labneh is ready. It is time for a taste test. It is incredible. You will love the taste of lemon zest
combined with that roasted taste. Thanks to the softness of Sütaş labneh this eggplant salad is in a class of its own. Let's sprinkle some paprika and serve it. 'HİBEŞ' WITH LABNEH The next recipe is 'hibeş' with labneh. We will use all the ingredients of
the original 'hibeş' recipe. I substituted olive oil with Sütaş labneh. It will have a spreadable
and thicker consistency. Here are the classic ingredients. Tahini, lemon juice, paprika. It will taste great if you use hot paprika. We have cumin, garlic, and some salt. And we will add Sütaş labneh. I will serve it with
roasted sesame seeds on top. I am adding
the juice of half a lemon to tahini. 2-3 cloves of garlic. You can add more if you want. Lots of paprika.
Slightly more than one tablespoon. It should be the hottest. I am adding a little cumin. Let's add some alt and mix. You will see that
the consistency of the tahini thickens with the lemon juice. I mixed thoroughly. It is time to add Sütaş labneh. The consistency is wonderful. Let's taste it now. All the measurements are
in the description below. It is spicy. All the spices, garlic,
tahini, and the sof labneh... It is incredible. You have to try it.
It's so simple. If the others seem difficult to you,
this one is extremely easy. I will serve it
after I put sesame seeds on top. You can also put some herbs. SALMON SPREAD WITH LABNEH I will prepare salmon spread with labneh. The spread is so simple. Smoked salmon, garlic, salt,
some lemon juice, and Sütaş labneh. But it will look wonderful with some capers, dill, and red onion on top. We put 80-100 grams of smoked salmon in a blender or chopper. 1 clove of garlic. The juice of half a lemon. Let's not add all of it at once.
It might be too sour. We will taste it. And Sütaş labneh. Lastly, a little salt. Don't add too much salt as
smoked salmon is very salty. Let's blend. It is ready. The colour, the smell, the texture.
You will love it. I mixed it well with a spatula. Let's taste it. The consistency is great. The salt is just fine.
You shouldn't add too much salt. Also, I think
a quarter of lemon is enough because the capers will add
a nice sourness and saltiness. But if you want it sourer,
you can squeeze half a lemon. Let's serve it. ROASTED CHARD WITH PEPPER & LABNEH Our last recipe is roasted chard
with pepper and labneh. It is so simple yet so delicious. It has only a few ingredients. Let's start cooking. The pan is preheated. I am adding a little olive oil.
You don't need to add too much. 1 dried chilli pepper.
It will be spicy. 1 minced clove of garlic. And chopped green peppers. We won't overcook the peppers. Once they are heated we add 2 finely sliced leaves of chard. And 1 green onion. Let's add some salt. The vegetables shouldn't change colour. You will see that chards shrivel quickly. Juice of half a lemon. It smells amazing. I mix them with the lemon juice. I turned off the heat.
It took 2 minutes. The vegetables are too hot. They will cool for a minute. Then, I will mix them with Sütaş labneh. It smells amazing. It is instantly combined with
the creamy labneh since it was warm. Let's taste it. The peppers... It is so soft.
The onion, chards, garlic... It is extremely spicy. It will be the new favourite of those
who love spicy foods, but it makes you want more as it disappears
in your mouth thanks to the soft labneh. All the recipes are great. II will serve this one too,
then we will set the table. As you see, we prepared six different
and delicious mezes quickly. We have sour, hot, and spicy mezes
and mezes with fish, peppers. Their presentation is incredible. You can use vegetables like me. You can widely slice some carrots so that it is easier to spread. You can remove
the seeds of small cucumbers to use them like spoons. You can use crackers.
You can use toasts. You can use long crackers for dipping. You can also serve
some cherry tomatoes to add a sweet flavour

with pepper and labneh. It has a great spicy taste.
