Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
The year is 2020. BTS still don't know their first daesang was for Young Forever, not Wings π
I wanna personally thank the person who transcribed and edited the subs for saying βthis guy works outβ when Namjoon said he likes to run. π
I really love when they spontaneously burst out a song and dance during interviews
And to hear them describe each album is to learn again what their evolution has been like from teenage angst to the journey to loving themselves
Love Yourself: Tear really is the perfect album from the art to the songs to the aesthetics. That they were going through something so difficult while recording it must have left such a deep impact on them
"Effort doesn't guarantee success" - Yoongi said it right at the end of the Dark&Wild discussion and it's so true. You need a certain amount of luck and right timing, to have great people in your team, to have that vision and goal that is shared by everyone else. I'm happy BTS had/have these factors that made them so successful after experiencing a lot of hardships early on in their careers.
Also, JUSTICE FOR ON!!! I can't wait for them to perform it live.
OMGGGG I LOVE THIS!!!! This is REALLY good for Grammy campaigning. Iβm so glad this is finally out. Please spread this video so that Grammy voters will watch it!!!! Itβs so important that the boys get to discuss their music to the public.

Yoongi has three interview modes:
This was #3 and that makes me so happy.
This was a GREAT interview - they all had the chance to give inputs on the music, the process, the lyrics, performance... I really enjoyed it!
Just some of my thoughts on some things...
Dark & Wild part - Nooo Yoongi said that effort doesn't equate to success. I can't believe he felt that way. It's one of my favourite albums. I still listen to so many of these songs. They are timeless. A special shout out to my favouritest song in the album - Look Here. It's a BOP!
When I first heard ON, I wrote a review here that it was a song that represented their actual blood sweat and tears and I am so sad that us ARMYs couldn't give the song our best as we did with Dynamite and earlier songs. I hope we can give our best and lots of love to the next album <3
Edit: I wish they'd perform Butterfly in the upcoming concert. It's one of the most beautiful songs in their discography and it deserves to be sung in the concert.
Edit 2: Even Young Forever. I have seen only on concert performance of it - the Japan fanmeeting and that's it! It's not enough. Wish they'd perform Sea.
Omg seeing them talk about past albums is so rare! Thank you Pitchfork for the opportunity! Iβm sure theyβve talked about their albums before but this is recent and new and it holds tons of insight.
JK loving Euphoria and saying itβs his type of song really solidifies to me that his voice is meant for pop music.
Tae loving Mikrokosmos makes me feel amazing because it was my fave song from the album and back then a lot of people thought otherwise. (No hate, thatβs just how it was. Lol)
-Jimin and Young Foreverrr! πππ
Now I am greedy for a music focused BTS documentary where the members and BH producers talk about their discography for hours and hours... Netflix pls
