give up on life dealing with grief i believe the lord wants to encourage us this morning from psalms 91 verses 14 through 16 and it's going to read a little different because i'm reading out of the message bible but i believe that god wants to arrest our attention with this these scriptures this morning psalms 91 verses 14 through 16. it says if you hold on to me for dear life says god i'll get you out of any trouble i'll give you the best of care if you only get to know and trust me call me and i'll answer be at your side in bad times i'll rescue you then throw you a party i'll give you a long life give you a long drink of salvation so read it's the word of the lord why don't you just encourage somebody around you and say neighbor you got to hold on to god but with everything you got and trust him [Music] god we praise you today god we bless you we honor you we glorify you there's nobody greater than you oh god we can search all over we can search everywhere but there is nobody and a lot to be depressed about and a lot to be stressed about but i'm trying to connect with somebody today that'll just say i just choose to tell the lord thank you my praise is a choice i'm not being forced to praise him but when i think of the goodness of jesus and all that he has done for me my praise is a choice there it is [Music] if you're praising here lift the low if you praise him he'll give you joy you praise him he'll put strength in you my god my god [Music] [Applause] [Music] it is by this on this afternoon that we know how god favors us he has not allowed our enemies to you ain't got to be confined how the lord bless you i want to praise him according to how he's blessing me i put her expectation on it good things are getting ready to happen and i'm not gonna wait till they happen i'm gonna start praising him in his fans all the craziness that's in the world saints this is our release when we praise the lord we show god that we put our trust in him so [Music] team it ain't what i'm preaching but i just heard the holy ghost say to read to you isaiah chapter 3 and verse 10. and isaiah 3 10 say say to the righteous that it shall be well with them y'all think i'm just trying to make up something it's in the book isaiah 3 10 say tell the righteous it's gonna be well with them you ought to look at somebody and ask them are you righteous god's hand is on your life and tell them what you're worrying about then it shall be well with you [Music] i feel the holy ghost fixing it right now pastor you mean to tell me that while i'm at his house he's at my house working stuff him out yes sir yes ma'am why you in his house he just sent angels to your house and say make it well before they get back home i'm in the wrong church but i just believe that by the time i get back home something that was left in a mess getting ready to turn into a miracle i know i got to preach i'm sorry but promise out of somebody and tell them by the time you get home today so y'all don't know how to put a command on the atmosphere tell somebody by the time you get home today something you left it would have turned around in your favor [Music] [Laughter] [Music] do what i got to do the book of isaiah chapter 43 give me about a 20-minute window share this word from the lord i honor our first and second assistants and to all of our elders and ministers god bless you come your hands and welcome them on today the word of the lord declares and give me a moment to read a few verses to build this message reading from the amplified version and yes from the time of the first existence of the day and from this day forth i am he and there is no one who can deliver out of my hand i will work who can hinder or reverse it thus said the lord your redeemer the holy one of israel for your sake i have sent one to babylon and i will bring down all of them as fugitives with all of their nobles even the child deans i'm sorry let me just add it even kobit into the ships over which they rejoice give me a moment to read the word for i am the lord your holy one the creator of israel your king thus saith the lord who makes the way through the sea a path through the mighty waters who bring forth the chariot and the horse and the army and the mighty warrior they lie down together and they cannot rise for they are extinguished they are quenched like a lamp quick here i wanted to go verse 18. do not remember the formal thing neither consider the things of old because i am doing a new thing somebody prophesying just put it in the air and shout a new thing now it springs forth do not you perceive and know it all will you not give heed to it i will make a way in the wilderness rivers in the desert the beast of the field i'm almost done honor me the jackals the ostriches because i give water in the wilderness rivers in the desert to give drink to my people my chosen look at our neighbor and say that's me that's me last verse the people i have formed for myself that they may set forth my praise and they shall do it so for the hearing and the reading of the word behold look pay attention i'm doing the new thing don't remember the things of old because what i'm getting ready to do is to do something you've never seen before and i'm going to bring you out of everything that you are in for preaching these few moments just look at your neighbor and say the exodus god the exodus god some might argue with me on this afternoon and say how can you use the subject of exodus and not read from the book of exodus you picked this text from isaiah to share because the spirit and theme of the scripture really speaks to where we are right now while the children of israel have been captured and carried away into captivity into babylon the thing is they are in a strange land need to connect with somebody this afternoon and say even though you know your address and you living in the same house it's just a strange land it's a strange time it's a peculiar moment that as familiar as everything is it's still i don't know if you want to admit it just don't feel right it still seem like even though we're pressing on and we're going on it just don't seem right and in this moment we must then begin to rely upon the god that we serve the book of isaiah is very interesting to me because it is the only book in the bible that actually parallels the entire bible just like the entire bible the book of exodus i mean the book of isaiah has 66 chapters as 66 books if you were to look at the first 39 chapters of isaiah it reads as the old testament that deals with the old covenant and all of the things that were in the past representing the old testament and if you read the remainder 27 it reads like the new testament so it is in this one book that god reveals the plan of salvation it is the prophet isaiah that begins to talk about messianic prophecies about who shall come and give his life for us it is isaiah that say he was wounded for my transgressions and bruised for my iniquities and the chastisement meaning the payment of my peace was upon him and with his stripes i am healed the whole understanding and the whole nature of god is possibilities would you help me preach and just tell your neighbor the whole nature of god the whole understanding of god is possibilities see what the devil will want you to do is to deal in facts but until you understand facts don't cancel out truth there's a lot of things that are factual but just because they're factual it doesn't mean truth can come around and change it it's factual that the doctor may have given you some bad news but the truth is you're healed by the womb in his side so anywhere that you try to give facts god tries to give truth it's a fact that you were jacked up and messed up it was a fact that your sins were high and deep but it was the truth that what can wash away my sins nothing but the blood of jesus so the problem is so many of us are living in a factual world but we're not living in a truthful world and if you look at the facts of cobot and the facts of the day and the facts of this time i don't know about you if you don't tap into some truth you gonna give up my heart would have faded within me unless have seen the goodness of god in the land of the living it's enough to make you faint it's enough to make it pass out and if anybody want to know how you're still making it you're making it because you live in truth and not facts sitting there looking at me but it's a fact you ain't got enough money to pay bills next month or this month but the truth of god some kind of way even if it's the 11th hour guess what he keeps doing make it away out of nowhere until you embrace possibilities put your hand on yourself and say i've got to embrace possibilities it displeases god if you don't look to him to take care of your tomorrow that's why he told you take no thought about tomorrow what you gonna eat what you gonna wear what you gonna do because when you try to figure out tomorrow you insult what i have planned for you we need this exodus god i'm almost done to show up in our lives let's deal with the word god there because we use the word god but we have to understand a god can be anything a god can actually be anybody so let me tell you who god is right here it is the name l everybody say l l is the powerful component of who he is our god l has so many attributes and characteristics that there is absolutely nothing too hard for him why because he specializes in everything lord help me here he's unmovable even in my times of me being moved when i'm losing it he's cool when i'm stressing he's shalom y'all don't know he's almighty he's living he's truth he's miracles he's a shield and then daniel wrapped it up in daniel 11 and 36 and just simply said he is the god of gods his other god's out there but guess what he is the big g and all of them are the littles so moses asked the question hurry up pastor i'm coming who shall i say sent me and there he said just tell him i am that i am or if i am that i am that means i am whatever you need me to be when you need me to be i'm gonna make some vote mad with me but i'm glad he don't just say because if he just saved once i got saved and delivered he couldn't heal me no i'm glad he don't just forgive sin because if that's all he did then when i got sick nobody would be able to touch my body so he is a multi-faceted god whatever you need him to do he has the power and the ability to do it so why do you say brother pastor the exodus god because that word exodus is a very interesting word it's a combination in the hebrew of two words ek everybody say it and then haddos h-a-d-o-s so exodus means ek haddos echados means out of and the road or the route out so he is the out but he is the hot dose the path let me make it plain it makes no sense in about 30 minutes for you to go stand over there at that wall to try to get to your car because guess what that's not the exodus so why would i waste time trying to make a way when a way has already been created so god says some of y'all spending energy in front of stuff that that ain't your way out some of y'all got people in your lives thinking they gonna help you get where you trying to go and god say that's not your way out i'm the exodus god i've already made a way of your escape you just need to find the way that i've already created and stop wasting energy trying to make your own every door in this sanctuary has a sign hanging over it the sign tells you exit you all ain't helping my bridge that means you can get out this way exit really is extra dust the word you're looking over there is echados out this path now the good thing about now and then is this if it was night y'all ain't gonna help my preach and if there came one of tampa's famous lightning storms and knocked out power i feel praise right there in this building guess what would happen every exit light would still be shining red so that lets me know even in my darkest hour i still can see how to get out because jesus is the light [Applause] you wave at a neighbor and say god i'll never leave you in the dark and some of us feel like we're in the darkest hours of our lives this thing is wearing us out but he said preach to my people and tell them even in their darkest night i'm still the exodus god i'm still the god that's creating a way out what am i coming out of coming out of the slave to fear coming out of the slavery to sin and shame text says i heard this let me see what i can skip first corinthians 10 13. there have no temptation a test that has taken you is such common to man but god is faithful but with the temptation also he makes a what way of escape that you might be able to bear it let's see you you got to understand how words work in the scripture temptation means test and that don't just mean the devil trying to get you to sleep with somebody i don't just mean drinking some alcohol and smoking some cigarettes and cussing somebody out temptation is a test sometimes you can live holy and still go through temptation tests on the left and the right will hit you do i be depressed or do i keep my joy do i stress y'all are helping me or do i leave it in god's hand now i know people ain't gonna want to believe me but these things are choices we make if you get lost in despair and depression that's the choice you made i know your mind might have taken you there and i understand all of that we're gonna help you we're gonna sit i believe in if you you need counseling talk y'all i hope i'm in the right church ain't nothing wrong we're going to sit down talking to somebody and let them hear that's what's wrong with some of y'all y'all need to talk to somebody other than yourself amen it's all right but even after you get help after you get the word in you it's your choice whether i believe what god said or i don't book make it plain life and death is a choice that's why he said choose to live and choose to live don't mean i'm just going to wake up tomorrow and breathe no i want to live i don't want to exist i want to be happy as much as i can i want to be in a sound man i want to enjoy life i want to go through life without regrets you got to know how to make a choice i'm almost done tell your neighbor make a choice to live oh here's the story isaiah finds himself talking to these people in captivity he opens up in chapter 43 giving them the reassurance that he brought us out before so he'll bring us out again so what does he do he rehearses miracles wait stay with me god say some of y'all don't need another miracle you just need a memory you just need to rehearse what i've already done hit the replay button i've been sick before and he healed me why wouldn't he do it now hit the replay button that's not the first time i needed some bills paid and he made a way hit the reset button i've been depressed and down and out laying in my bed weeping and quiet but in between tears i kept saying lord help me and before i knew it god sent a ministering angel in my room anybody ever been sad and then all of a sudden the holy ghost just walks in and flipped your sorrow into joy oh i ain't got nobody to help me anybody been angry and wanted to stay angry but the holy ghost came in and took over your emotions and before you knew it you had forgave somebody without them even saying so you have to replay what he's already done so isaiah began to replay who do y'all think made a way for y'all at the red sea that's what he's talking about who do y'all think may the army and the chariots lie down in the middle of the sea and roll water over and let you get away he said now what i want you to do is not remember and think that that's the way i'm going to do it again don't remember no you got to look at this word here because do not remember the old thing but bishop you got me confused because if you say do not remember the old things and then you're telling me to hit the replay button you have to see that the rehearsal of what god had done the bringing up of what god had done was a memory to release me to the future performance but it was not a memory to hold me to say he has to do it this way and that's all god is saying i want you to remember what i've done but don't hold me to that performance because what i did then is not what i'm gonna do now remember what i did but expect something new help me preach wave at a neighbor and say remember what he did but expect something new because what he's about to do this time it's going to be absolutely new now new means it ain't been done before stay with me i'm almost there in e i'm not smart there's a bunch of school teachers around here help me n-e-w is that right n-e-w is new if you put a s on n-e-w you go from new to what knows stay with me it's no longer news when it's no longer new they only talk about it when it first starts and once it's they're not talking about it because the only thing that makes news is new so god said get ready because you're about to be the news of the town and not in a bad way but what i'm about to do for you is going to be a perpetual open door of new things i'm not just visiting you one time and doing one thing this is a season of newness that's about to hit your life that one thing after the next i'm just gonna keep blowing your mind every day after the next i'm just gonna keep rearranging things to bless you every day after the next i'm gonna move out the pad and bring in the good i need about 50 folk in the building about 24 watching about 30 on youtube i need you to release a praise right quick because you understand the exodus matter of fact prophesy to somebody i'm telling god is about to give me an extra dust i've been locked up in a lot of stuff i've been tired in the spirit of depression i've been confused with all this stuff going on but i feel my freedom getting ready i god never takes back what he promised five minutes i said he never takes back what he promised so he says the foundation of this please stay with me is that i have chosen you you didn't pick me i know you walked down the aisle gave me your heart but you didn't pick me i picked you i picked you while that needle was in your arm i picked you while you were hopping from bed to bed y'all ain't helping my preach okay some of y'all looking real deep i ain't never did that i picked you while you were sitting in church being a hypocrite [Music] y'all rolling your eyes like i ain't never been there i'ma let me find where you've been i picked you when you thought you had it right but you were still wrong [Applause] you are my choice and i prayed about preaching this week he said to tell my people at browns they are my choice don't let covet intimidate them don't let the loss of a job intimidate them don't let people being in the hospital shake your face don't let the news make you weary because god said i'm getting ready to make you news our eyes have not seen ears have not heard neither has it entered in your [Laughter] [Music] too long first assistant jones too long i got my eye on the time first assistant too long we've been the possession of our past that's why you say don't remember the formal thing too long we've let mistakes hold us too long we've let regret hold us too long we've let an internal fight in our flesh to be delivered is a choice make up your mind just gonna live for god get up and live i'm gonna say something y'all ain't gonna be ready all of us had to get over a season i wanted to do our own thing i think if i hand them like to mother jones she can tell you there was a day i wanted to do it my way but i had to realize he owns me and when he owns you he can drop you in fire and you still trust him when he owns you he can put you in a flood and you'll say though he slay me yeah do i trust him god's told me to tell you today you are my possession that job don't own you they can lay you off and imma still take this pestilence of covet i don't care about comet 19 i don't care about delta i don't care about mew i don't care about the rest of them gonna come god owns me i'm not gonna let what's going on in the world make me doubt the exodus of god god said trust in me and watch me make a way because you don't even say the past can teach me but it can't hold me not somebody else to say the past can teach me when it came home so i press you see i press i press i press can y'all see me there's a difference between a reach and a press there's a reach it's within my preview my touch but press means it's a little farther from me so i got to stretch i got to create a stance that's going to support my daughters you ain't pressing yourself to say this is uncomfortable but i got a goal in mind it don't feel good [Applause] but i have a goal in mind it's moving muscles that i didn't even know i had but i got a goal in mind and god said this week i'm gonna anoint you the press and no matter what comes against you and no matter what door shuts in your face and no matter what bad news you hear god say get ready because i'm about to be the exodus god surely i will make a road in the wilderness wait did y'all see this with me eldest preachers he said what i want you to stop doing is trying to get out of it and let me visit you in it because if i get you out before i get in i don't get no glory because people didn't get to see you while you were in it i ain't showed up yet that means a crowd ain't big enough so he said sometimes i don't show up when you call cause it ain't enough eyes watching you so i delayed my help to build your crop that when i do bring you out more people go nobody jesus backs me up martha and mary talking you should have been here four days ago if i came four days ago i wouldn't have got the glory i'm about to get right now i need to wait until he's good and stink some of y'all ain't ready you crying but god said it ain't stink enough yet i needed to get a little more power and then i'ma show up when everybody else said ain't no way to get out now and when the world say it can't happen it's when god appears and said who said i wouldn't take care of my own who said i wouldn't make a way out of nowhere so remember not the old thing neither consider the thing of old because i am about to do a new thing this is it wave at somebody and say get ready for your new thing the bible makes it plain you cannot pour new eyes in the old skins because they will all burst so god said i want you to know don't box me in get out of my business stop telling me how to pay your bill stop telling me how to heal your body stop telling me how to fix your marriage stop telling me where your children at i am the god that is omniscient i know all things what i need you to do is to lift your hand and praise me and every time you praise me just say god do your work every time you dance just say god do what you do however we've been saying for years that jesus will make way but can we tell the truth not only does he make ways but he is the way he is the exodus god and so pastor is here to preach to you by faith to build your spirit and to encourage your heart try your eyes and look for the exit sign because god said i've already made a way of your escape trust me and never doubt but all i want you to do is don't remember how i did it last year i'm not doing it that way you used to borrow money but the new way is that you shall [Applause] and there is absolutely nothing too difficult for me trust me and being a controlled person i'm here to preach to all of y'all that you got to be in control your ducks got to be in a row your budget got to be met but god said i walk in your life and knock over everything and tell you i am the god of all flesh and there is nothing too hard for me run in my last 30 seconds wave at a neighbor and say neighbor get it in your mind he's bringing you out but it's a new way he's going to turn it off but it's a new way i can't close without telling you what i said really meant he said y'all are looking for another red sea to open y'all are looking for more manner to fall in the wilderness but that's not the way this time there's gonna be a man by the name of jesus that shall walk through 42 generations wrap himself in flesh and to live on the earth for 33 years and then go to a cross and shed his blood go in a power tomb from joseph but in three days he gonna kick open the grave and declare all power is in my head and now i can say let me loves me dying to save me buried he carried my sins forward but rising be justified and freed me forever and one day he's coming back i say trying to tell him don't look for the old way for the new way is jesus and i'm here to tell us god will not forgive about us god will not about you y'all ain't telling me i don't care how many tears you've got to share god will not forgive about you i with my truth that after they try vaccinations and mask and everything else and see it ain't working y'all ain't got to help my preach first they told us if you get the vaccine you can't get it i know a whole bunch of folks got the vaccine they end up getting the virus they may not get in the hospital but they're still here but the lord said the hour of the prophets is about to happen the true men and women of god about to have a moment to call on god you mock my word they're gonna end up inviting preachers to the white house not preachers for a photo op but real men and women of god that's gonna decree even if people don't live for them this country has got to decree publicly that there is one law one faith and one they got to decree that there's a god that sits on the ground and i heard the lord say if you want to keep yourself safe in this season just keep the queen jesus is lord over my life jesus is lord over my children jesus lord over my house if you keep jesus as law even if it comes your way it's not gonna do the same thing to you that it did to everybody else i wish i had somebody that's willing to admit i've been sick but i didn't vote like they were my mama [Applause] him in the kingdom hallelujah for your glory and for your honor as we that are believers stretch our hands to him we accept him into the family of god father do a new thing in his life and we'll give you praise forever and ever i need somebody to get that young man's information and make sure we connect with him somebody praise god for a new soul in the kingdom oh come on our hearts and our doors
