Britney Spears: Plastic Surgery (2020)

appreciate beauty for those who want to better understand it and for those who want to attain it my name is Laurie Hill and I make videos about beauty and plastic surgery together we'll remove the veil of secrecy that surrounds plastic surgery because everyone deserves to feel beautiful today we're continuing our plastic surgery series about celebrities and I'll be analyzing the beautiful miss Britney Spears if you want to vote on the next celebrity that I analyzed check out my instant orys or the community tab here on YouTube now Britney Spears holds a special place in my heart when she first came on the scene I thought she was so beautiful and she had a lot of confidence and sex appeal these were all traits that I felt like I lacked and I think a lot of us identified with wanting to look like Britney Spears or at least have her confidence she was an unlikely combination of innocent and sex appeal Britney Spears is a 38 year old singer who's known as the Queen of Pop she's had enormous success all over the world let's look back at Britney's childhood and what she looked like then we first meet Britney in 1997 when she was 17 years old let's zoom in for a closer look at Britney Spears face the first thing we notice are her big brown eyes and her adorable smile so here I want to call attention to her high hairline her nose which is amorphous Lee shaped but still straight her eyebrows which are sitting low and they're sitting sort of on top of her upper eyelids and again her heavy eyelids her naturally straight teeth by natural I mean no crowns or veneers now we go to a photo of her just one year later in 2000 now this is the year of that amazing MTV performance which left everybody awestruck let's look at what's changed her hairline looks lower her eyebrows look higher with her upper eyelids looking more opened up giving her that doe-eyed look that she's well known for her nose now looks slimmer but not completely different her teeth are her natural teeth but they've become whiter this is the one thing that's very important to understand moving forward with these celebrity plastic surgeries the reason that they look so naturally beautiful is that generally and I'm talking about 90 to 95 percent of celebrities get their first nose job before they're very widely known to their fans they'll blame this on going through puberty and to the celebrity they can get away with saying well I just grew up but I want you guys to know that more than likely the celebrity has had their first nose job before they were very widely known that way it gets rid of that before and after effect that happened so often when the nose has changed so blatantly the nose jobs that they're getting are very minimal nose jobs they go in for a little shaving here little shaving there then a few years later they get that second nose job where they shave a little bit more off and a little bit more off now when we look at it before and after that's 20 years apart the difference is clear but generally we don't see a celebrity's before-and-after we see them gradually go through the years looking better and better so now we go to 2005 and we see some subtle lip work done prior to her pregnancy now this could be Juvederm but I suspect it's collagen because Juvederm and Restylane were just coming on the scene back then and of course she's got that beautiful pregnancy glow going on now here we are in 2007 where she has her breakdown and shaved her head this was not a glamorous time for Britney and it represented a departure from caring about her looks I do think that by shaving her head she was making a statement to her public her fans and maybe even her family as if to say I won't be repressed by societal norms anymore I don't care about being perceived as attractive in fact I don't care how you perceive me at all this wasn't just a psychiatric breakdown but a reaction to the public scrutiny as well now we come to 2010 through 2011 and we start to see some volume loss in the temple area now this could be due to stress it can also be due to the natural aging process her nose is still the first nose job that we saw back in 2000 and no other work has been done to my eye now from these photos we clearly see that Britney Spears has put in hair extensions these tracked hair extensions will create a sort of tension on her hairline which could quite possibly later lead to some baldness and will also contribute to her even higher hairline later this is called traction baldness between the years of 2011 and 2014 there appears to be no new plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures done once we hit 2015 though we start to see a new more sculpted nose for those of you who have that discerning eye you'll see this right away for others who are still learning I'll show you photo progression [Music] [Music] so now we come to 2019 through 2020 and 2020 is the year that I believe a lot of you were asking me about you all wanted to know why does Britney look so different and here's the thing you guys it's just natural aging and we're so not used to seeing natural aging in our celebrities what I really like about Britney is that she hasn't attempted to fill the volume loss with filler it's my opinion that right now Britney's not focusing on her looks and that she's involved in some life struggles from what I understand she's had some custody battles as well as a battle with her father who manages her finances one reason for her not having any plastic surgery or cosmetic procedures could quite possibly be not having the finances for it but a more likely reason is she has other life events going on now Britney's given us over 20 years of glamour I think she still looks beautiful even though it's not that perfected artificial look were used to seeing in Hollywood look at her can't you just imagine if she was a regular person that she would be the town bombshell I could easily see that and the thing about Britney is she started out so pretty that if she ever wanted to glam herself up again all she would really need to do is a minor facelift and possibly a little bit of that grafting let's add up how much it cost to look like Britney Spears nose job $15,000 brow lift with hairline raising $20,000 collagen or Juvederm in the lips five hundred to a thousand dollars second nose job fifteen thousand dollars let the Rope lasting eight thousand to ten thousand dollars total cost to look like Britney Spears I think we all have a little bit of Britney Spears in us and I know that sounds funny but what I mean by that is she's a person that seeks happiness and she's been through so many struggles and you can see that in her eyes I think we can all identify with that what do you guys
