responsibility to once in a while go into these properties and show you what you know these properties in lagos nigeria look like and today we are in a contemporary six bedroom duplex located somewhere in the heart of ikoyi and as a matter of fact i'm just standing right before the link bridge so that should already communicate the worst of the property now i'm just going to give you a snippet of what the house comes with and then i'm just going to take you on a tour all right now this house is actually a six bedroom duplex it comes with a cinema it comes with the gym it comes with two living areas it comes with an underground water treatment plant a swimming pool and a parking space that can carry at least six vehicles with proper green areas all around the building two voice quarters and a very spacious and contemporary infrastructure now the house is actually fully fitted and furnished just to give you an idea of what the finished product actually looks like now the property is actually going for 1.4 billion error about 3.1 million dollars let us just go right into the property and see why this property is worth 1.4 billion all right so let's go and do not forget doing the video together and since he has a lot of expertise in logarithmic properties he's going to be highlighting and pointing to those details that we might likely miss so guys you're welcome let's let's let's talk about the video i'd like to start by saying welcome home guys so um i'm anthony and i run a real estate brokerage in lagos called the revit group yeah so this particular property i'm sure steve did justice with introducing this property tried my bed bro it's awesome yeah so he said six bedroom as steve had said so come in when you come in from outside the first thing you will notice about this house is this awesome okudo so it's a bulletproof door with an armored plate inside of it and check out this detailing this is awesome guys this is beautiful steve you don't see this on every every day so when you come in you have this area as your auntie room beautiful and it's awesome so we have to set it up and stage it to give you a feel of how it would look like when you decide to own this you know so leading from your auntie room is the living area yeah wow so steve when was the last time you saw a living area this beautiful i tell you i saw it in my dreams why did you wake up if i were you i was still i would still be sleeping dreams like that don't wake up i just wake up right all right so this is an awesome living area it's double volume as you can see house is different so i can see so many technicalities and features i'm like it's a no-brainer why it's that that price okay detailing the detailing of this house was done with a certain kind of client in mind okay again so that's why you have that level of you know quality quality yeah and also take notice of this um wood-like finish on the flooring okay beautiful yeah and also come along features of the house yeah please you have to go home after this store this is not your house probably i think we should just like chill when we're done right no please you have to go home unless you have 1.4 billion to give us right now okay okay so right back in the house we have the kitchen guys i've heard so many things about this kitchen online this is not your regular thing it looks empty but we're just going to show you something fine so first of all you would notice the brown and the cream contrast yeah it's awesome and then you have this brown lining on the cabinetry you know just everything quality everything exquisite you know now this is male appliances if you know me it's german german and it's it's not the regular regular you know so this is your oven and then your microwave and then also on this side you have a double door refrigerator okay so one side for your freezer one side for your refrigerator we have more storage space right here so you can put all your edibles and vegetables and you know and then also steve let me show you something do you like to cook i'm not a great chef you should learn how to oh my god this is this is 2021 we are we are taking stress from the ladies so you have this lovely kitchen set please drop it drop it you don't know how to cook before you do before i use it for you thank you so you have a mail bonner on this place and then you have a double washing hand basin and then also you have your washing machine over here you know very lovely and then you'll also have your dishwasher right here so this kitchen is fully packed wow it looks empty but it's fully purposed tony i think you should leave this feature for me because when i saw it online i was like oh my god all right now i'm gonna tell you one very nice thing i like about the kitchen is you can't see any tv here right and i'm just gonna bring out a tv in some seconds now the tv is actually right here fully automated guys it's motorized you know so you don't have to um go to the living room or try to binge on the movie while you're cooking you can have that feel while you're also doing the cooking in here okay this is good but i mean a kitchen um a tv in the kitchen that's thoughtful it was thoughtful so when you're having long cooks you can just you know keep spending time here feel comfortable do whatever you want to do so there's a back door that lives directly outside of where we're coming from okay okay so um what other parts of the house can i show my viewers so let's see the part of this house that i like to call the hall of fame so this is the hallway that links directly to the rooms and you know that takes you upstairs wow i think this is the path of the house where you can have your family pictures and your mentors and people you look up to you do you love art yeah i do so if you like collective act or something put everything just you know have them hung here set it up nicely okay you get so leading from the hallway you have an elevator that has still been installed so okay i can't even see people walking also downstairs here we have two rooms two guest rooms so you have one to my left let's check this one first before before the guest room this is your guest toy let's look you know for someone who's um who's visiting but not staying in the house so there's a guest toilet and leading from that is the first guest room you have this place as its restroom restaurant so this is the restroom and okay it's very spacious room this is actually bigger than my steve if you if you're a guest here and they gave you this would you really want to leave um i've considered that you know okay this house was designed this is the wardrobe yeah this is the wardrobe come check out the finish on the cabinetry i don't know if you guys can see from there from your end but this is nice glossy yeah and very nice you know and then there's some things in there and then also you have you know illuminated cabinetries and wow this is beautiful everything just has a name yo this is everything has a name so all of these are the controls for the ac and then now we're headed upstairs upstairs now other parts of this house all right so on this side you have a view of the lagoon wow beautiful wow i just love this house i see your views probably keep a chair you choice you know your preference anything you decide to do just it's your house just give me 1.4 billion and decide to do it i like the fact that sony keeps saying it's my house it's my house it's my house you know there's a power in there i'm speaking positive i like that bro all right welcome to the first floor on this property and on this floor we have three rooms we have a cinema we have a study we have a home office we have a box room we have a data room and we have a see-through into the living area downstairs yeah so it's a family lounge that's overlooking the living area so let's start with the box room on this side to my left or to my right whether you have the boxes they're all your garbage yeah so whatever you want to keep in there you keep them here now this is your data room please don't go into this place if you're not a professional you know you don't know anything about there goes this room for the techies place right and we have the elevator down here on the first floor still being constructed and then over here you have your cinema i got i've seen so many things about the cinema i know you've been to cinemas yeah forget that this one is indoors this one is unique all right are you ready let's see how it looks one two three you can check the star lights out there yeah and i think these are the things that they put on like bentley roswell yeah that's right and one thing i noticed about this is it has a very nice see-through to the lagos lagoon just directly the link bridge actually so tony i'm going to leave you there for a bit and show them something real quick right so i'm going to head over to the home office which you can pretty much use it for anything that you want to all right now this right here is the home office and just after the home office you have a nice terrace which you can set up however you want that is facing the lagos lagoon right so let's go so i mean guys you can set up chairs here you could put a very nice cam bed there's so many things that i could do here you know and by the time this particular estate comes into like it's fully completed you're going to see really nice structures and you still see the you know the lagos like going to link bridge and let me hand over to tony and we're going to go to other parts of the house welcome back steve so this is your family lounge you know very spacious you can set it up how you like you have this part where you know put up what you want to do just you can have the kids play here if you have lots of visitors downstairs yeah of course you know and also this family lounge has a nice teacher view directly into the living area so you can just come check out what's happening downstairs without actually going downstairs i really appreciate this chandelier lovely and then you have all this vent you know i told you it's um the center is because i've been looking for and it is yeah so these are the vents that you know okay does the cooling into the house and we usually would have the controls on it yeah you have lots and lots and lots this thing's not for the ac this is more for the lighting and every other thing you know it's a smart home and then that's for the ac you know those the controls and also i told you we have three rooms here so let's start with this one restroom yeah the one on my right okay oh nice closer and then this thing with the lights they put on behind yeah it's it's a strip lighting it's beautiful you know so that way you want to pick up or pick up clothes or whatever it's easier for you yeah even at night so come in i mean the developers actually tried decent space this is a very lovely house um space was done to to give you that comfort irrespective of whatever room you're staying in yeah and also each room has lots of windows for cross ventilation and then proper lighting together so some sound systems you have your music system upstairs you know connect your bluetooth speaker and then there's also um a water sprinkler for your fire alarm all around the house all around the house and this i love this toilet you know the toilet the quality of the towels you know everything you feel like your butt every time all right so welcome youtube family to this room now this makes it the uh what room we're seeing on this property you know we saw two downstairs yeah it's the fourth one that's the window and that's the lagoon i was telling you about over there and then you have your restroom here it's beautiful yeah very unique yeah okay and then you have all the pictures you know yeah all the features you have the synth speakers the same speaker sprinkler for fire steve you want to hear the quality the quality of the sound that comes out from that speaker well one of these days i'm going to come down here and check it out for myself all right leaving from that you have the study so beautiful you have all your library cabinetry already installed you know have your books on your shelf so now this i think this is so this is this fifth room on this property very spacious you have lots and lots of windows for cross ventilation and lighting i think this room actually has the best view so far yes straight into the lagoon you think it's the best of you oh okay okay i don't wait just wait till i show you the master spectrum bedroom so now this is your living area very lovely beautiful um feelings and just it just gives you that quality i'm there yeah it's very nice now let's see where we're going to tony we're going to the masters bedroom now finally the best of all of them you want to see how it looks like come with me you guys are curious right masters is like usually the best in the house so let's see what that's where actually that's where they own all the hounds out of the house stays you know campaign 1.4 billion for a house i'm going to want to live in the masters so we didn't also mention that i can see cameras although yeah so there are cctv cameras everywhere so your security is guaranteed a lot lots of lot even though the asset itself is very very secure this is prime this is not um where you on this estate you have about 60 i can't i don't remember exactly i said 465 plots and on this estate you won't be having anything like semi-detached or it's just a single family home so you're guaranteed at the end of the day once it's done you'll be having about 60-something families living in here so it's foreign right so let's head upstairs to see the master's bedroom all right so this we're headed to the topmost floor now you still have that same view that we have on the first floor awesome welcome to the master's bedroom ladies and gentlemen awesome so this is very spacious we're going to take my spoon steve you said earlier that the other room has the best view now okay i was lovely makeup done and it has lots of cabinetry to store now to the main walking closet itself guys i just have to say welcome home welcome to another home inside your home now you have all this illuminated cabinetry on both sides you know lots of storage you know set up your watch nicely here you know crazy everything everything here was thoughtfully done wow it's going to take a lot for it to happen that will kill up these things it's going to take you a lot to have things out i'm steve you've not seen some people's wardrobes people have clothes wow some people have please yeah they are beautiful women they have clothes lots and lots of so leading straight right into the restroom so this has your bathtub very contemporary you know lovely you have the double vanity on the side so you have this lovely mirror comes the lids when you know you tap on it on it then you have your shower cubicle on this side lovely shower cubicle you know come check out the quality of the shower head beautiful and then you have your water closet here with this um black lovely backdrop on it it's awesome guys check out the quality of the tiling on the wall premium the mate finish on it just gives you that exquisite finish exclusive space once again keep whatever you want to keep in there yeah now steve is it time do you want to go see the best part of this house yeah there's always something new to see right here beautiful steve i just want to fly away you should you should fly this is awesome guys so i mean this is actually the best terrace i've seen in lovely first of all it is so spacious massive you can actually throw a party on this platform and you know accommodate so many people yeah so many again so it has the view of the um lucky coiling bridge yeah right from your balcony and then on this side you have this lovely asteroid off that was beautifully laid you know and it runs through the back of the house so yeah so you have you're getting two for two for the value of one so you have a view of the lagoon in front and you know lovely boats that's one there one right there and then you also have the view of the lagoon right behind your house so it's lovely you also have the lagoon by your side here by the side so it's fully surrounded by water you know and it's beautiful so um tony this is when i come to properties like this it just tells me we all need
