all right guys my name is dan welcome back so today i have a really big update for you guys rhys puts out these telegram messages and every time he puts him out it makes me more bullish on the project as a whole he's talking about quite a bit of stuff here he recently said that he believes the vivi verse will rip through that reserve wallet faster than we think he also says that we're going to be burning circulating supply with new ome utility that will give us that short-term result we want when i hear words like that i hear we are going to the moon so i hope you guys really enjoy these subscribing to the channel now let's get to it so reese says yep half the reason we moved to immutable is that their smart contract allows for royalty structures i've said this before but i personally think all the license source will allow it eventually so basically he's referencing the migration over to immutable specifically the open c interoperability there's a lot of speculation in regards to that so this sort of kind of soft confirms that yes we're going to have royalty structures and what's the purpose of having royalty structures in regards to immutable it's possibly to be able to sell it over on open c it's a big boon for licensed source because they get a cut of the profits of every single sale so especially if there's a really valuable collectible that's gonna be worth a lot initially with the sale but when we resell it they're capturing six percent every time it sells that's a lot more revenue than even the initial sale so it's a no-brainer for licensed source to eventually allow that so that's going to be a really really big boon for us so we get a question for vvlan basically talking about are we behind in terms of metaverses and rhys says there's no behind this whole industry is new and we're the ones with licensed ip it's a common argument here our metaverse experience will look a bit different to theirs i would think so i believe that the metaverse experience we're going to have is not going to be like decentraland will be but it's going to be something completely new probably related to ar glasses or ar capability because if they've hyped that up so much you know we can play with our collectibles in ar so it only makes sense that eventually our v reverse experience will be an ar and this is actually kind of we do actually have some evidence of this dan crothers has talked about being able to play with your delorean or your ecto-1 and racing other people player multiplayer in an ar type world so it only makes sense that by extension our metaverse experience will be ar related so that's my thought there so the size of the reserve wallet is kind of a big point of contention within the community people think there's just so many tokens that buybacks don't matter because there's just so many tokens so people have even talked about maybe leaving some tokens behind rhys has said that before but we know that most likely won't happen but he says this in regards to the reserve wallet once we migrate to immutable of course we can consider other options but i really don't think people look at this the right way we're literally burning hundreds of millions of tokens every week now more than 13 billion are gone forever with multiple drops per week so many unannounced brands and new products hitting all the time this is big it really won't take long to rip through that reserve wallet it's not going to take long especially when the v-verse opens up wow that's huge right there but we're also building in mechanisms to start burning from the circulating supply instead of just the reserve which will have more of the impact that you're looking for short term so i have two big things here first let's just take the burning mechanisms of the circulating supply this in the short term obviously will reduce how many circulating tokens there there will be thus increasing the value of our tokens so that's good for us in the short term as investors of omi but long term they're going to have so many licensors lined up they're going to have so many unannounced brands products even not just things we're used to like the collectibles we see but maybe new things like how comics were new to us and the big thing here i see is especially when the vivi verse opens up that's key i don't know what they're planning with the vv verse but i think it's going to be big and i don't think it's priced into the token there's something i think and this is my opinion i'm not even sure if this will be correct but what happens if they actually reward us in tokens with the master collector imagine playing a game imagine racing your friend you have the delorean your friend has the ecto one you're racing playing multiplayer and you know by playing this game maybe you earn a couple oh me and maybe or maybe you can even bet some of your homie that'd be even more interesting i'm not sure if that will actually happen but but imagine if you can do something like that imagine how much omi you could earn that's taken away from the reserve wallet and then you have some omi that you can use to buy maybe a collectible or maybe if you do 20 races you eventually get a couple oh me there's just so much here and i think we just don't know what the universe really is and what their real plans are for we just have so many concepts based off things we already know but maybe what they're doing is something so cutting edge ar vr type metaverse versus something more conventional that we've seen already with licensed ips that could be huge i'm very bullish after hearing this another small thing he says here they've talked about the decentraland partnership we don't have a decentralian partnership at this stage that article info that is being referenced looks very outdated so maybe they talked about it but they're not going in that direction anymore great because decentraland is interesting but it's not the experience we really want now another thing we have here is in regards to the buybacks this is a big point everyone always wants to talk about as soon as i have a buyback update you guys will have it i emailed david about it again over the weekend so hopefully he comes back with something we won't be leaving tokens behind during the switch no so we aren't going to be leaving tokens behind i think they have another plan for those tokens but they've maybe hinted at it before but that's not happening so get this out of your head this is no longer a go this is not happening whatsoever and last thing last thing i have for you guys here is rhys says yes a direct trade sort of feature is in the development pipeline where maybe we can trade our nft so that's really interesting for all you collectors and flippers out there maybe it's a good way to even bypass that marvel license or fee is is trading you know that that would be really really interesting reese whenever he types on telegram everything that he answers is just gold so there's a lot coming in the pipeline he always he always leaks some stuff for us for us to kind of contemplate and consider and speculate on so i'm glad that he's doing that job it definitely helps keeping the community excited so what do you guys think do you think the vv verse is going to be bigger than we can even imagine do you think we can maybe earn omi tokens that's just my speculative piece probably won't happen but it just shows you what they can do to really rip through this vault wallet like reese is saying we need to rip through these tokens so our token value
