you guys don't know Angel Reese and Caitlyn Clark they took over women's college basketball they both went to the WNBA and they played yesterday so in yesterday's game there was a new chick that emerged who I had had no idea who she was and apparently her name is chinned Carter okay now this chick she pretty much was out there bullying Caitlyn Clark okay and a lot of people got upset about this a lot of people felt like she took things too far or whatever the case was okay so I was scrolling through social media and I came across a clip from Ryan Clark and he was talking about this whole situation with Caitlyn Clark and take listen to what he had to say Caitlyn Clark during the tournament as hate right as as animosity but it wasn't Diana terasi who's one of the greatest basketball players that's ever lived one of the greatest women hoopers that we've ever seen said it's going to be an adjustment period she won't do the exact same things right away in the NBA well that's true cuz what Caitlin Clark was doing in college was hisor she's not putting up the same number she's having more difficulty she's turning the ball over when you looked at Diana tas's comments and everyone got on her because they said it would be an adjustment period for Caitlyn Clark she was speaking from the experience and wisdom that we speak of when we are talking about football and she's saying yeah just like LeBron James just like Michael Jordan who end up being alltime great even though they were good as rookies they had to grow so yes she's going to hit picks that are harder than what she ever saw in college yes she's going to turn the fall over and lose basketball games yes she's not going to shoot as high a percentage she's going to have an adjustment period and people took that as hate and animosity when it was just Diana tas's truth that we should listen to and then the other piece of it is too it's like I love the way that angel Reese and Caitlyn Clark are approaching this because they're the two people that aren't complaining they're the two people that are just going out and play and whether it's LeBron James who feels the need to defend Kaylin Clark I don't think he has to whether it's Charles Barkley who feels the need to defend Kaylin Clark I don't think that that he has to because when you listen to her when you listen to Cameron Brink when you listen to Angel Reese who says I'm a rookie that's what they're supposed to do these young women understand the sport these young women understand that it's competitive and they're actually competing at a high level they're getting better every single week and if anybody needs to look at what is the overwhelming feeling of Caitlyn Clark remember this Caitlyn Clark put more butts and seats in the staple centers in one appearance than LeBron James did the entire 2023 24 season like that's her effect that's how people really feel about it it ain't about black and white it ain't about vet and rookie it's about that she's an absolute Superstar and anytime you play against a superstar you want to go make your name whether they got it whe you feel the way they got it is correct or not and so like I just hate the entire narrative that's being spun around it all so you guys just heard what Ryan Clark had to say um a lot of people have been speaking out on Caitlyn Clark's behalf Draymond Green took to social media and he said that the fever need to get an enforcer on the team I've seen Austin Rivers make a video addressing the CATE L Clark drama and everything like that this is what I think and I'm going to be all the way 1,000 nobody in the WNBA is going to make life easy for Caitlyn Clark Caitlyn Clark is going to have to earn everything in the WNBA they're not going to roll out the red carpet for all right it's not going to happen I remember when Lonzo ball got drafted to the Los Angeles Lakers his daddy Lavar was talking all this trash about him and then in game one uh they played the Clippers and Patrick Beverly essentially snatched his soul okay literally was bullying the dude in his first NBA game nobody felt sorry for Lonzo ball this the NBA dudes are out here fighting for for for mortgages and and and car payments they're fighting for their livelihood okay so yeah this isn't College where you're playing for tuition and and you know school lunch no God guys are playing and fighting for millions of dollars they're not going to make it easy on you just because your name is Lonzo ball or in this case with Caitlyn Clark nobody's going to make it easy on you just because you're Caitlyn Clark if you're good if you're going to be this you know superstar in WNBA you're going to have to show and prove it nobody's just going to lay down for you so that's really what I think man um you know obviously you know she's been kind of getting bullied a lot maybe she's just got to get stronger maybe she's just got to get more physical maybe she just got to let these girls know I'm not the one to play with so like Diana terasi said there's going to be an adjustment period for Caitlyn Clark and we're seeing it in real time but like I said they did get their second victory of the Season against Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky funny enough Angel Reese actually didn't want to talk to the Press after yesterday's game I wonder why I think I saw uh a report that said that they fined her for $1,000 so yeah I don't know why she didn't want to talk maybe she was embarrassed about the loss who knows but like I said man I love Caitlyn Clark and what she's doing for the WNBA Angel Reese as well I think they've you know done an excellent job at just making the WNBA exciting to watch again even me yesterday I'm not gonna lie and say I watched the whole game because I didn't but I did tune in and I think that that's a step in the right direction for the WNBA the fact that people are even tuning in that otherwise wouldn't tune in that lets you know the star power of Caitlyn Clark and of Angel ree so yeah man um that's really all I got man you know I wish these these two the best and as far as chennedy Carter goes listen I don't blame the chick right she got to get her money too she ain't going to to sit up here and and and bow down to Caitlyn Clark so I really don't have no issues with what she did but y'all let me
