Bobcat reassembly part2

all right easy we need some light on the situation here area let me get them both the backside started I guess I should probably [Music] the truck run I'm not sure curious to see what the clearance is underneath clear out of the guy is not something that crap out of the way once I I'll have to do these mounts back here to you put a washer under them t I'm just curious what kind of clearance we got and I guess you can be able to tell to get the bullets in it and I'll see what kind of clearance I got what was it running before living right there poor we'll tighten everything down and then we'll see what kind of clearance I know everybody's gonna complain they can't see well [ __ ] I can't either I'm underneath the skid steer so much I can do about it right now obviously a long ways off there so I could oh good get this nut on this mount here and I got a took a bar took at our bar and pry it up on the pump in there and shoved a 2x4 on earth and I couldn't get the bolts in here and I still I got two of them started okay so the edge of it he needs to come up a little bit on this end I wonder if I can get the slap on there's got a three on one side one on the corner up here at the top come on now okay our brother chain [Music] down there I think I might've got it putting a belly against engineer she might actually get this one doing the same thing yeah we got them man cool all right I'm gonna get a wobble socket and zip those uptight [Music] [Music] tar-bar see look at this [Music] damnit slide over here I can see something gotta get the bar back up under here somewhere and get the pump you got to be careful because it's plastic fuel tank Oh why [Music] before kind of slipped into a spot to where it kind of just forgiving me from doing what I want to do there we go we got her out of there all right all those bolts of Charmin get a 21 millimeter socket and cinch those up a wobble the impact and then I gotta take this housing out here outside I don't really want to I've actually to be completely honest with you guys I'm really thinking about just brake cleaning it here in the shop and scraping it it's pouring rain out there I don't really want to go out there and stand in there and pressure wash this off I'm being a weenie so I'm thinking about just kind of getting the gasket scraper and going all over this thing and just cleaning it up with brake clean and putting it back on there I know Jay you'll probably mom won't mind at all it's just gonna be better than me standing out there getting drenched okay well let's throw this thing in there there ain't nothing in a way a little bit tricky I guess getting that mouth I don't think that'll be too bad actually I think we can get that we can definitely working around that I'm wondering if Ida means I'm not the it well six Bert and these Bobcats let's just see this part of the mount here she I just go ahead and stick bad boy I kind of stayed here no of course not of course not I wonder if there's like a Bock or something I could stick underneath that we can stay up in there and I could shut that mountain over that way I'm gonna lift the pump up with the bars of the access hold that might work right there huh there's that light had let's see if my block of woods just gonna fall down on me as soon as I showed that supported here my kind of huh no it ain't too bad actually I think I'll stay there that's where you you realize how spoiled you get when you got help around you know I just helped Blake's ass stick a bar in there and hold that when I shove this in there you know or something like that maybe something easy I stick this belt over here for now out of the way yeah see if we can shove this thing in there I took a gasket scraper and break clean hard to clean it up as best I could I just don't want to go stand out in the rain and do this stuff man I heard he pressure washed the block off this woman and get soaking wet just melt drying out from that I guess if I'd have been smart I'd it down on both the same time and only get wet once well I only got wet once I can see this being a finger getter we can't I can see this being a finger get er you can't grab that either because it turns on you can't grab that suckers kind of heavy just be quadword again truly grab it anywhere ah just waters falling down and getting in the way everything all right we're gonna do this somehow I gotta figure out somewhere to grab the damn thing ah okay trying remember what I did last time I think I kind of pulled it out as an angle to get it in and out of there I think how did I [Music] well tricky in trying to leave that nothing everything on that shaft that we'd kind of protected threads a kiss that there goes hiding away that clamp your feral stuff we're just not down now we're just not down where we need to be here I'm gonna get the bottom in so quite always need to be here [Music] Wow okay what are we up against you okay you get my bar all right pretty good now huh it is kind of a slotted hole so that's a good thing [Music] way that slotted hole yeah gonna come up over that mountain stud sticking out [Music] I almost need to take a pry up on that tie up on the pump a little bit to get it started in the pilot [Music] yeah like that [Music] maybe I can get the engine part popped down where it goes now all right look at the torque specs for these the engine set a little low in this end [Music] like a crane pick up on it just a touch I guess yes I can't go down my floor here no I gotta get it we gotta go forward a little bit I see I see oh my buck is falling down on me [Music] well I didn't work out so well [Music] cooking in there edgewise maybe you can't fall down as easy gotta get this now to get to see this whole thing's had to come this way a little bit go over the stud there you can't really see it [ __ ] or fell down again and the mount fell out of course [Music] yeah this is where you really appreciate your help when you got it I just need to go just to maybe a half a bolt hole over and then it'll be on there there it is it's over instead there is grandiose Oh wonderful all right now I'll see if I can get it over this in yeah [Music] to lift the engine up a little bit all right come again you mara thoroughly the crane controller - well the other did the one I'm gonna have to put a bar under or something and then raise it up a little bit and shove the washers up underneath it because I couldn't I kept falling off of there so I can't really do that but this is the one that had that square net on it I think these two both the front in the back when I had kind of a square looking nut and went up in the mount all right other pump bolt is right here it's just kind of hard to figure out where you can get your hand in there yeah I guess that's not gonna stay there [Music] of course not if it's too darn good in there can we do about that I can't get my left arm down in there to hold me now she had some way to hold the bolt in back here and then put the nut on all right oh wait I can reach it barely with my fingertip I'm gonna start it will be alright I think I'm telling me enough to get this on there and then leash around and hold the inner edge [Music] nobody hears something up against the impersonal balance off where's my my dad [Music] I'll come on stay some water would you [Music] [Music] all right got both of those in there that's a pretty huge leap forward [Music] he's talking to my buddy over there he's an ex John Deere mechanic ask him if he ever works on these because I don't want to work on that damn thing it was thinking of a in the butt okay so I gotta get this lifted up and get the washers underneath it someway somehow get ahead of her here right [Music] Oh yeah I'm gonna pull nut I end up pulling that let's pull the stud out of there I guess clear out how look at this is gonna work we're gonna give her a damn try that's for sure [Music] man yeah what's Blake was here getting spoiled without him [Music] not with my aster get it in there squirt of them just kind of curious to look at this the gap here the thing rub before if a guy can even see it now see how much clearance way better roughly in here and look at it I got quite a bit of room and when I changed a new mount over there I think it'll even be better you know I still haven't tighten these down when I tighten these down it should kind of pull this whole thing like this and I should make it way better all right guys I got three of the four mounts and this one over here I'm gonna have to I need a light so I can show you where is my little stick light hat what did I do with it here it is back the truck but it's got the same kind of setup to get an inspection hole we'll have to pull this tire off over here and get in here and pull this melon off and I'm gonna shim it too and get it raised up a little bit to works a little better anyways that's for now we can we can put the what that's gonna entail there's a speed sensor for the flywheel so this thing dry we better make sure that's pretty dry that's a tapered shaft it's not a some of these things are not tapered shaft so as kids'll never mind I'm not that worried about I'm gonna make sure this damn key doesn't shove out of there when I let's see I think I'm gonna have to go in through the scene here this is the big end roll that pulley down on him here [Music] line up here kind of see that key okay we're good to go there all right I gotta look up the tork different work that on here [Music] figure helping to hold that maybe I'll put the belt on there to kind of eat it and see what I could do could I stick I bet I could stick a bolt in here where you pull it and then to take a bar or something to wedge it in there somehow and that would hold that that's what I'm gonna do and then I can torque it down through the holes I'm just gonna take a long bolt stick in there and take a bar wedge it in here somewhere whoops I'm up against this frame mainframe here or something and it'll you know I'm turning it it's going clockwise it'll catch on it and I can just go ahead and cinch it down and torque it back and then the fire will put that on yeah that's not gonna be a whole lot of fun I don't think nothing about these kids here's is usually much fun to work on them you definitely earn your money on them I'll tell you that much got a brand new drive belt over there for free get the light pointed in the somewhat direction or maybe somebody can see something I don't know if this flywheel the holes are you know spacing would be evenly around it or not I'm not sure that's a pretty good heavy little fly will tell you that let's take a kind of a gander it sure looks like they're spaced evenly at me I'm gonna go ahead and pull these bolts out and I will probably take a little bit of blue loctite and put on these [Music] I don't want coming loose that was I have to go outside you check my messages on my phone when every once in office but sometimes I don't know what it is it some some some people will call the if you call my cell phone it'll it'll at the voicemail it tells you that if you can't reach me call the shop phone and it says the phone number on the voicemail well most people I don't know if they just don't listen or they just they don't ever leave a message or I mean some of them leave a message though they'll leave a message so they obviously didn't pay attention in the voicemail and didn't hear the phone number I don't know anyway they I got to go out and check my messages outside because the phone one cell phone won't work in here but anyway I went out there to check him and I looked at the comments at this guy it this old guy he's 86 year old guy he says he left a comment on there and told me about the cummins swap I did on a remember that the Peterbilt job I did how I should just give up and quit because that just is an impossible job and and I'll never collect my money and he doesn't even have enough foresight to look up there and look at the description and the title of the video that says part two and if he would have just part two maybe there's a part three you know and and go on ahead and and go the rest of the videos and see that I've already collected the money and then he was tell him about how the guy will never be satisfied and that might be true there's if some of these jobs you'll do it doesn't matter how good you do if something goes wrong down the road it's always gonna be your fault that's just the way it is but yeah I'm not a job like that you don't let it go you don't let it go out of the shop before you collect your money you know pigby about his pissed off as he wants to be if he don't like it belongs you you know I mean I know I passed him for a good month there we had to do a couple other things to that truck the Jake's weren't working right night I kind of screwed up on the Jake's and was my fault I I was I was looking at Cummings Quick Serve on my phone and and I put it looked like it said pin 96 so there was no no wire for the Jake on pin 96 so I put a wire there and I put one I'm like 68 or something like that and I couldn't really tell how good it was working you know I kind of had a suspicion that it wasn't working that great with bobtailing around but it was really hard to tell and anyways he drove it a couple days said now they ain't working right so I said well bring him back in I won't charge anything well we'll get him working right well I pulled up Cummings Quick Serve on my laptop or I could see the screen bigger and it was pin 86 it's not pin 96 so I had to fix that and it one of the radiator hoses on it only about the well it was a heater hose a little bit short one not by the heater control valve up on the far wall he was going down the highway and the damn hose split on him that's like the only one I didn't change that's what he said he goes the only damn hose you didn't change the son-of-a-gun split on you that's the way it goes alright guys we're just about ready to fire this thing up between me and Blake we got the motor mount and on the other side got oil in it so gonna lift the cab down my wife's on the way we're boys started with putting the new injectors in it and then she's gonna show up here in a little bit Victor she just called me and I thought a witted around at the house for about another hour and worked on something else there then we wouldn't have to have somebody make another trip down here but finally got tired of waiting and I left and of course about an hour after I left she called me and said they showed up so yeah we had to oh and by the way this is off my phone because I was videoing the 6400 test-driving at this morning and left the damn camera laying in the full board of the tractor but we had to we had to get it barter kind of glad he was here to help on this one to get hold that up and get that new mountain we shim this one up too so we got some more clearance on it a little more clearance here so yeah that would have been you know well done that would have been fine but if you didn't have a clearance issue but the problem is that's a pretty pretty good clearance issue and if you left a little bit of too much of bead on there you know on that pan it would have rubbed a hole in tank you know that's probably what would happen so I'm kind of glad we just put a new pan on it and saved ourselves a lot of grief well I'm gonna get the cab down on it and help him with the tire and then we'll fire it up okay well tires on it see if she'll start up I've got it bled just got a little hand primer right here and a little bleed screw on the filter head get the goal plugs they get a cycle they're the fuel there's no all pressure gage is still warning light huh turn the key on see if that old pressure warning light comes on on the lamp check go back off and then go back on look to your right yeah it's working see the little not that one but if you go over to their right yeah it's working so if we didn't have any old pressure that theoretically let me see if the level went down that would tell is usually that it's well pumping well maybe not because we didn't change that filter yet you probably should have done that no it's pumping yeah it's pumping it's lower than what it was it's it was way up above the cross ashes and now it's we're probably gonna to add a little bit more oil but we'll probably let it run for a little while after we get it going again hold on let me check it one more time it's in the cross hatches yeah it needs it touch some more oil go ahead and fire it back up Blake Aristotle a little air-to-fuel system now if you smooth it out go ahead back to idle we're just gonna let it run a while Berdych some of that murdered some of that kill off the cylinder and children warm enough made a hackathon which gave these four objectors one take one leak after another we finally got everything but afterward ain't leakin there's another one in the book [ __ ] up to come get it
