so much to learn about it'll make you wanna shout with me hey it's me blippi and today I'm going swimming and we're going to learn how to be safe whenever we're swimming any kind of water a pool the ocean oh and don't forget ever you're swimming in a pool make sure you're there with a grown-up and a lifeguard I'm so excited to go swimming you need to get ready to go swimming oh I wonder who that was let's go find out come on hey I know who it is it's my friend sevi and Arya hello oh can I swing with you both yeah sure but would you like a push yes okay here we go first Debbie and for Arya okay and now it's my turn here we go whoa whoa take it out yeah I love swinging in the sun oh oh wait a minute I also like swimming in the sun if you think I'm ready to swim yeah no oh you need your swimsuit yeah that's right I can't go swimming in my flippy clothes okay here we go whoa check it out I'm in my swim gear and ready to swim yeah I think I have just about everything right REM Sammy no no I do need a towel whoa that's a lot of things and goggles sweet do you think you both can help me find the sunscreen and the goggles and the towel yeah okay let's go I wonder where it is okay I'm gonna look over here well it's not there [Music] well it's not over here wait do you see it up there yeah well I lost a sunscreen oh they found it yeah whoa look I found the sunscreen but now we just need to find where sebby and Arya went off to hey high five yeah oh and I think arya's coming down next okay here she comes yeah high five well that was Ramon here here's some for me whoa did I do a good job yeah oh yeah oh okay whoa I think I have too much on well maybe you can put some on and show me how okay sure oh yeah maybe sebby and Arya can show me oh and look arya's wearing a hat so the Sun Won't Get In Her Eyes [Music] okay now that we put on our sunscreen we need to find all those other things what were they again oh yeah goggles can you help me find them okay here let's go it's pretty tricky finding a sunscreen but these two are really good at finding things good thing they're helping me whoa did you find something goggles would be great for the pool protect my eyes but we still need to find a towel so I'm not soaking wet can you catch whoa whoa check it out why what's in this bucket it's items well we wanted to play a game what game should we play that game throw it on his sink thanks and the ring sinks okay can I try a turn yeah okay I'm gonna try this orange visor and I'm gonna try some goggles yeah what do you think which one will sink which one will float this one float this will float and maybe this will sink here we go are you ready three two one woohoo okay wait that one floats and that one floats they both float okay yeah try that one and here's a starfish for you Sammy okay okay oh that stinks too okay here we go oh yeah and all the other things sink and oh it looks like the boat floats too it's blue and flippy floats and the manta ray sinks oh yeah and Debbie and Arya I actually had a surprise for you when you wait here sure okay I'll be right back wait right here chicken check it out will you help me see if this sink or floats okay for keeping us safe when we were playing near the water of course oh and is there anything else we should know about being safe when we're near water yes there's two things you should know okay the first is you always need somebody's permission an adult permission to get inside the pool oh and good thing we're grown-ups so we can get inside the pool yes the second is if anybody ever needs help in the pool don't jump in after them just throw them something that floats and go get help whoa wait something like oh like this yes or like this whoa okay here and we back up and we can practice throwing this in the water to someone who's in need three two one whoa check it out oh that was awesome thank you Haley of course and now that we learned how to be safe around the water Haley do you think I could go for a swim I am also a soil instructor well do you think you could give us a swim lesson I can absolutely give you a swim less yeah okay let's hop in the pool okay whoa here we go foreign the water feels nice so Haley what do we do first the first thing we're gonna do is do a big water Bob go under the water hold your breath and blow bubbles okay I'm ready one two three one and now that we've been under the water what's the next thing we need to do next we're going to float do you know how to float yeah yeah I think so do I just take a deep breath and Float On The Water so you want to get your chin up and your belly up okay and relax into a big starfish and we're gonna sing ABC's to flow whoa yeah can you sing the ABC's with us [Music] time to float good job belly up a little okay head back and back head back relax go ahead good job baby straight now I know my ABC's next time won't you float with me look that was a little bit tricky at first but think with a little more practice oh there you are yeah I'll get the hang of it good job next we're gonna kick whoa I know how to kick but how do you do in a swimming pool we're gonna use these whoa check it out are those cake boards these are kickboards whoa what we're gonna do is we're gonna hold it right here okay and we're not gonna push down we're just gonna relax right on top of the water and do nice little splashes right on top okay I'll show you first sure oh that was awesome kicking all right let's see you try okay here let me try over here Haley uh kick across the pool and try not to push too hard on board this might be kind of tricky right on top well I think I put too much weight on that board [Music] whoa that's that's good job here we go again hey look I'm getting the hang of it now whoa that was fun peeking well what should I do now we went on Water I learned how to float on my back and how to kick you want to learn how to do big arms oh big arms what's that so that's when you swim from one to the other without something that floats oh that sounds really hard so what you're gonna do is do big arms and you can do big ice cream move your arms in and out of the water while you kick these little bubbles okay first oh I like ice cream Scoops so this should be fun oh can I try yeah I'll try it okay we're gonna kick just like we did with the kickboard but we're gonna add big arms and do big ice cream Scoops okay here we go oh [Applause] we did it now let's try going back the same way big ice cream scoops oh Haley look I did it well thank you so much for teaching me and us how to be safe and teaching me how to go underwater and float and swim oh it's so fun of course you did a great job well I'll see you soon bye with me thanks Haley did you see that wow it was a little bit tricky at first and sometimes floating in a pool can be hard but keep on trying you'll get it oh well now that we learned how to swim I think it's time for some swimming fun woohoo [Music] four three
