250 g dried black bean filled with water to cover the beans. Soak overnight Place soaked beans with water in a large pot and cook. 2 medium onions 2 tbsp. oil Sauté onions for 5 minutes or until onions are translucent 4 cloves garlic Add the garlic and stir until fragrant 3 tbsp. tomato paste add tomato paste and fry for few minutes ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp pul biber, 1 tsp coriander seed, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp turmeric add spices and stir. Then set aside until completely cool 100 g walnut add the walnuts to a food processor and process until crumbly 400 g cooked black bean, rinsed and drained very well onion & garlic mixture 40 g bread crumbs walnut Process until well blended and just a few bean chunks remain Put on a plate and cover it, place in the fridge for at least 1 hour Shape the mixture into 6 patties. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp add cheese slices to the top of the patties and cooked for few minutes
