Bikes in barns! rescuing several rare 1960's - 70's drag bicycles from a salvage yard

I am just about and the scrap yard with all the cool stuff so to park on the side of the road here this is the gate where my ambulance came out of and today we're gonna try and get some cool bicycles and who knows what else out of here the bikes I'm after today are mainly old rally choppers or old drag bikes if you are a kid back in the late sixties and had one of these you are pretty cool and even adults go to do these two they're really fashionable and very stylish so the great trick bikes great fun and I'm hoping to find a few of these in the scrapyard today and bring them all no cutting the tree out of the bike you know it's been sitting a while and it's got a big branch going through it this model was a little bit more rare it was a fastback princess and they made them in very small quantities next stop up to the barn where there's a couple more waiting for us just up top come on yeah sure I'll come up looks like this ladders been here a while I'm probably a heavier guy when you are well there's a sled up here - oh just the hood okay okay up Central yeah I'm just I'm uh oh good in the roof of the barn you deaf have to be careful Ria's step is there's potentially good stuff kind of everywhere any other old coke signs or stuff over by the wall there the at low center cast as ladder he's got a little bit more life left in it but not much yeah a climbing we will go I forgot you had that Alouette snowmobile assigned you well that's that's probably a keeper because you're big in the snowmobile well you definitely can't be afraid of climbing around here there's only like a one and a half foot to foot spot to get through that door well we did find it really nice fastback 101 sitting wait the back of this shop so it's a pretty good little haul today all the old bicycles so are these upside down a song yeah okay and there's probably enough to make you know enough pieces to make one Falls Hutton it's an old federal signal for my police car project so surprisingly all that stuff fit in the back of the van and it's getting pretty full back there full of cosines and bicycles and yes a lot of those bikes are not in really the greatest shape but yeah I think it doesn't take that much to restore a bicycle and when they are done those old Mustangs and the bytes of the shifters on them are becoming very popular so restored they can be worth some good money so they're worth picking up now so a guy can do a restoration and ride those around in a car show or at events really really cool so after all that work we were able to get the pink one from the tree it's an early girls might call the fastback princess this guy which is a Mustang and the other green one here both came from the scrapyard themselves we talked with Carnes a couple of these guys came from upstairs in the barn we're a little bit better shape and also a little bit more rare so a couple of fastback 100's and we also dug you out a fastback 101 so good haul and lots of cool stuff now I've got them home safe and sound was a little bit of elbow grease these bikes just might come back to life I sure hope you like these videos I'm not going on these adventures and finding cool stuff everything reminds some motorcycles the cars and antiques and everything in between if you like our channel subscribe you can also check us out online at curiosity Evans and dodge c8 thanks for tuning in and bye for now [Music]
